And it turns out there was a serious prize at stake, the Diamond Billiards team defeated past 8-Ball Challenge winners Alonzo Mourning and his partner, Alonzo Adams, to win a grand prize gift package worth more than $10,000. Over the years, the 8-Ball Challenge has raised over $750,000 to benefit charities supported by Alonzo Mourning Charities, Inc., the Magic Johnson Foundation and the Tom Joyner Foundation.
