Good way to look at it maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I hope so. I hope they aren’t playing games with this. I was looking forward to this album.

Clearly anyone can see the real deal here. How come something always happens to Kelly and Michelle’s albums? Michelle was dropping 2 weeks before Solange and was getting more buzz about her album so of course Daddy Knowles didn’t like this. Plus he didn’t want anyone up against Beyonce’s album coming in November either. People say it’s the record company, but that’s why these stars have managers to monitor and protect them from these problems. Mathew should’ve been on top of this months ago with the marketing of the album and how Columbia was gonna promote it. People will forget about Michelle’s album by October which is the perfect plan by daddy knowles. By that time I’m Beyonce will have her single out and the marketing for her album will outshine Michelle’s as it did Kelly’s weak promotion. These ladies need to stop being zombies.

The truth is Columbia records isn’t happy with the direction of the album. As a manager Matthew Knowles is involved with managing her career, and Columbia the distribution of her record.

She needs to leave Matthew behind cus, Letoya Luckett was out of the group for years and had a #1 debut and her album went platinum, a feat that neither Kelly nor Michelle has ever attained with their solo efforts, and they both have the DC fan base.

The break the dawn remix with flo-rida was pretty good. I hope she sells

It’s some fake ass people on here. Ya’ll know good and well that ya’ll wasn’t planning on buying Michelle or Kelly’s albums no way so shut the hell up with all the Knowles bashing.

I visit this blog daily and I know for a fact that none of you are hardcore Kelly and Michelle fans. Ya’ll are just hardcore Knowles haters. That’s a huge difference. So stop with all the fake sympathy. Ya’ll don’t care about those girls one bit. Ya’ll just root for the underdogs but as soon as they get on top, you’ll be hating them like ya’ll do everybody else that’s really successful.

As soon as Bey drops her album, none of the chicks in the industry will matter anyway. She has no competition and anytime she drops an album, it’s a huge event. Michelle and Kelly just don’t have that same “it” factor. A different manager won’t make a difference. Have you ever seen them perform live by themselves? Enough said. I like Kelly and Michelle but they are better in a group than they are solo. Not everyone is meant to be solo stars. Get over it.

Michelle,a word of advice sweetie: Don’t even bother releasing the album. The day it actually does release a Beyonce track will be magically leaked over the internet. Love the new look though.

Really isn’t it all a gamble? You never quite know what people are looking for or what will be a big hit. It could be they were so used to being “Thing #2″ and “Thing#3″ that they just don’t know how to ‘pimp the pen’ and be #1. I still think it has to do with their associations. I don’t think Michelle can sing and never thought she could even with Destiny’s Child. Kelly sounds okay and had a couple of good songs on her album.

I blame this on Michelle for trusting Mathew with her career after seeing what happened to the other ladies. Maybe her and Kelly really thought Mathew was gonna push their solo careers. Blame the label yes, but also blame the manager. He’s suppose to monitor these things for the client’s safety. That’s why celebs hire managers, to monitor their careers, get gigs, and talk to the labels and marketing teams. Solange has been showcasing her music at small venues for months. They have also been promoting her album and making sure sure video channels have her video. So what happened to Michelle, she gets one interview on Wendy Williams and some cameo shots at events. Why hasn’t Mathew been getting her showcase gigs as a pop artist making a crossover from Gospel. That is what managers are suppose to do.

Kelly and Michelle need to come to the realization that w/o Beyonce nobody cares.

In the end, they got permanently shelved!

Now it’s at a clock. If the label doesn’t put out the album by September 30, she should seriously consider asking for a release from her contract with Music World/Columbia…Destiny’s Child is over, so you don’t need Matthew anymore! You have so much potential, go out and realize it by controlling your own destiny! (Sure worked for LeToya)

Michelle needs to wise up. So does Kelly. You can’t be successful if you share the same management and label with your competition. Especially if managemnent is the father of one of your competitors!

Why do people act like Letoya was some HUGE success after Destiny’s Child? Yeah she had a #1 album and barely went platinum but that is not a huge accomplishment. Anybody can do that. She didn’t win no awards or become some huge superstar. We haven’t even heard from her since. People only took interest because of the DC split. She cant get anymore sympathy for her next album so I wonder if it will even be released. Do you even hear about Letoya? Hell no. Not hating just saying. Nobody cares about Letoya just like nobody cares about Kelly and Michelle.

I believe there are a few people that may enjoy their CD’s but won’t buy anthying associated with Matthew Knowles. I think that people ignore them out of spit because they both sat back and watch how other people were not treated fairly, but sat back and said or did nothing. Now the the shoe is on the other foot they can’t understand why they are not being treated fairly. True someone that there are no female singers on the level of Beyonce, but Letoya Lucketts and Jennifer Hudsons of the industry don’t have to worry about their projects being undermined because of nepotism. Do you’ll rembember when Matthew Knowles tried to get Jennifer Hudson parts edited out of the movie because she would sign with him. Can you image how messed up her career would have been if she had actually signed with him.

For one calm down before you bust a blood vessel with your crazy Beyonce facts. I like Beyonce and Alicia Keys so let me make some differences for you here. For one you can’t compare a solo artist who gained fame from a group to a solo artist that came out as a pure solo artist. Half of those numbers you stated belonged to Destiny’s child and say what you wanna say about Beyonce as the lead singer, but people bought Destiny’s Child CD’s because they loved the group and their harmony. Maybe you only bought the CD for Beyonce, but obviously Mathew knew that Beyonce couldn’t do it alone as a solo artist because he would’ve never brought out the group. He shined the majority of the light on her and had he shined equal amounts of light on the others then they would be selling as well.

Beyonce as a solo artist sold a total of 9.2million albums. 4.2 on dangerously in love and 3 million on bday and with its re-release 2million. Beyonce has won 10 grammys. She made 80million last year because of her successful world tour (which consisted of half of DC songs, I was there so I know) and her endorsement deals.

Alicia Keys who is a solo artist, songwriter, and composer has sold over 14million records in the US alone. Her most recent album went 3x platinum in under 3months. She has 11 grammys by herself, 85 awards total. Let alone she has five books two of which have been on the best seller’s list. She’s still on the “As I Am” which is also a great tour.

She’s only been out out for 7 years while Beyonce has been out for 10years. You dare compare them for what reason? Both ladies are good yes, but you can’t compare a solo artist that streamed from a top selling group to a woman that came out on her own.

blah blah blah. if you honestly think DC is the best selling female group of all time because of michelle, kelly, letoya, or latavia then you are in denial. letoya is solo and she still dont sell like bey. it’s bey’s voice singing lead on all the songs and say what you want but those are BEYONCE’s numbers. Nobody cares about the others and that’s evident in their record sales, Letoya included.

Point blank. Beyonce has sold over 130 million records and made 80 mill last year which is way more than what Alicia made.

Like I said before the only black female artist more successful than Beyonce is Mariah Carey. Even Rihanna is more famous than Alicia Keys. It is what it is.
