Last week blog readers and celebrity magazine enthusiasts were treated to photos of actress Halle Berry and her new baby Nahla. The blurry snapshots were the first the public has seen of the infant since Berry gave birth in March.

The Oscar-winning actress has now lashed out at a paparazzo she claims wandered onto private property to get the shots of mom and child. Berry sent out a brief statement to the media on Friday, claiming shots of her holding four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry in her back garden were taken by a trespasser.

“The paparazzi have gone too far,” the star said in a statement to The Associated Press. “I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can … to keep her out of the public eye,” the statement read.

Berry reportedly flew into a rage when she saw the pictures on the Web and in two celebrity magazines, and has refuted claims the shots were taken while she was “out and about in Los Angeles.”

Her attorney, Evan Spiegel, has filed a criminal complaint and an investigation is reportedly underway. Spiegel claims he has witnesses who saw the photographers conducting a “very

blatant and invasive trespass.”

We didn’t see that much of the baby at all. I would hate to have my privacy violated like that, that is why I wouldn’t choose the life she is in. Everyone is entitled to privacy, but in that life it is few and far between.

Its only trespassing if they were physically on her property, and from the out of focus shots it looks like these were taken from quite a distance away. Sorry, Halle, No trespassing.

I feel her pain and hope she wins. With her being a celebrity, yes you guys are right saying she should expect photogs, but not on her own personal property. It is against their contract to go on private property or invade personal space. I could care less of why she wants to hide the baby. 1. Not wanting to be bothered in the privacy of your home.

2. Not wanting anyone not invited on your property.

You don’t have to be a celebrity to feel her pain on that one and if I had a child I too wouldn’t want anyone in my child’s face. Let her enjoy being a mom. Being a celebrity does not mean that you are not human anymore. Some celebs love to display their children. She’s not one of them and so what. Trust I have more than one digital camera and I work with graphics. Just because it was a zoomed in photo doesn’t mean they were not on her property, just means they were far enough for her not to seem them. Look at the angle and you’ll see they they were probaby up on a hil hiding between some trees. If they were 20ft away, and thats within her property then newsflash they were on her property and so far it seems they have visible proof that the pap was.

I am not a celebrity, but I would not want my baby’s pictures taken like that. She has made the choice to not take her child out into public, for the very reason of keeping her protected. I am sure she was offered money to put her baby on a magazine and maybe she turned it down. Plus, I have friends that don’t take their babies out for at least two months, must keep the curtains drawn, etc because that’s the SC county tradition. For all of you talking about her having a baby out of wedlock, baby being mixed, that doesn’t have anything to do with anything. Any mother, worth her salt, would try to do whats best for her child. If you don’t have children, then you probably can’t relate to this type of protective attitude.

No one belongs all up in someone else’s backyard, telephoto lens or not, celebrity or not. The paps definately violated. Celebrity doesn’t mean public property….in your own backyard with your baby and your mom.

They said that at least 15 paparrazzi were camped outside her house to get the first picture of the baby because it could have got photographers at least $1 million dollars. So when Halle was spotted showing the pics of her baby they were mad because she caused the value to go down for them. She was basically saying that they were not going to make any money off of her child. So ya’ll need to shut up with all the asumptions because you sound stupid.

Brad Pitt bodyguards had a bloody altercation with the paparazzi on friday because they came one his property hoping to snap photos of the twins. His bodyguard beat one of the men until he was bleeding and needed stitches.

OK it was first published that Halle was holding out pictures because she was upset that J-LO..Angelina etc.. were all getting large sums of money for pictures of their kids and they only wanted to give her something less than a million or maybe a $$million..well she needs to realize they view her baby as a “Black” baby and they usually don’t pay too much for our babies even though the dad is white…
