Who cares about what a comedian has to say about a percentage of women. People say things nowadays to stay relevant to stir controversy. People aren’t original in their thoughts and actions. John Msyer made that comment about never sleeping with black women, now Kevin Hart writes on tweeter about dark women. It’s ridiculous. Noone in Hollywood is original, and it’s sad that one must resort to controversy to garner attention.

I won’t even talk about the race issue, because that is so yesterday.

If darkskinned women weren’t so insecure bring negative attention to themselve ie alway commenting when black men are with light skinned black women and only dating lightskinned black men so their kids aren’t a reflection of themselves and telling their kids to stay out of the sun etc, then it wouldn’t be an issue! It’s their own self hate that makes them an easy target! If they didn’t act as if being a darkskinned black women were a disease, then they wouldn’t e such targets.

I live in the UK and I have noticed that a few US black comedians seem to make a career of putting their race down, what makes me cringe is when they do it on white peoples shows, ie chelsea lately. They just end up making themselves look stupid and the white people just shake their heads and wonder WTF or even laugh. Any comic who tries that over here has a mailnly white audience or wants his career to be over.
I don’t know whats happening in the states as far as interacial relationships are concerned but there seem to be more sisters giving white guys a chance and I think there is a direct link to years of black guys devaluing their race and black women.
