Beyonce is barely recognizable in this L’Oreal ad. With her pointy nose and pale complexion, it look’s like she’s had a touch of the “Michael Jackson special.”
On the brighter side, peep Jay-Z the Camel and Bey (rockin the Barack Obama tee no less) all cozied up together on the streets of NYC yesterday.

In her earlier L’Oreal hair ads, she was darker, and had highlighted hair. When she does their makeup ads she is darker. Hell – when she is in public she is darker. It just looks like they want white women to buy the hair color, because if they showed her more brown than pink, white women would not buy it. They want her to have universal appeal. But I guarantee that if it was for their Women of Color stuff, she would almost be the color of India Arie.

She had to fly home with one real big sneaker and one of the same style in the correct (two size smaller) size. When she got home she found out she broke the baby toe. All of these young women are going this route. Look at Ciara: when she first came out, she was athletic-looking, and pretty – couldn’t sing worth a doo-doo, but she was pretty. Then she went blonde, then back to black, then she lost all this weight and had collarbones so sharp she could slice a roast with them. Still can’t sing, but she looks so angular and Nicole Ritchie-like these days.

i don’t care how much proof they try to give, the truth is god is the creator of men and don’t say techinally a chiristian because if you have doubt and even begin to think we came from fish then you need to head back to the alter. god spoke on everything and that’s why i keep my head grounded because unlike our grandmothers we have less time and i refuse to let any scientists fill my head with nonsense anyone can come up with logic as to why they believe a certain way. everything he spoke of is coming to pass. so the best thing i advise it to not even allow this type of thing into your mind,

Not on internet might be able to get from a Major Libarary to order for you.
Only one is out this year , next might not come out until 2010.
I dont own a copy my freind is a researcher @ MIT and she let me read cause she knows about my intrest in African studies.

I liked your points about “scientest” from the past being upset over discoveries (round earth,microbiology). You know, in the end “science” always wins. It’s undefeated in millions of years.
I read in a NewsWeek scientest are about 10 years away from creating life out of nothing!! Sort of recreating how life began billions of years ago. Also, some countries are already “investigating” human cloning. You know eventually, all of these things will come to pass.

but yeah thats the crazy part. i was on the train years ago goin to school and they stopped the train on the elevated tracks and we had to wait for paramedics to come get this guy who had been stabbed by a schizo chick. He was just standing over her cuz there was no room to sit. After bout 20 mins she just started stabbing him. they didnt handcuff her either.
