I see it as a cute way to model career wear, instead of the usual boring spread with a model “jumping in the air” in a wrap dress or slacks.

While I know that some things have hurt Obama’s campaign–like Rev Wright and Ludacris’ song, I don’t think that Tyra’s photo shoot will hurt them. At the same time I hope people don’t go overboard with all this attention on the Obama’s as a couple. Let’s focus on him becoming our next president. I actually think that Tyra is a smart business woman: just because she makes jokes does not mean she’s dumb. It’s like that saying, ‘If you want to hide something from a black person, put it in a book’ or something like that. That’s why we have to educate our kids.
