While Lil Kim was busy sucking on Lisa Raye’s fingers, some grimy ish was going down at her birthday party:
According to law enforcement officials, a 24-year-old woman was found dead on the roof of Spotlight Live. She was wearing only her undergarments. The woman, Ingrid Rivera, was reported missing by her family after she didn’t show up at her Queens home after attending a party at the club. A police source told Eyewitness News that they believe Rivera attended a birthday party at the club for Lil’ Kim on Sunday into Monday.
Lil’ Kim knew nothing about a brutal murder that may have taken place at her birthday party — and left the club without having seen a thing. Spotlight Live is “very, very worried” about getting serious heat from the cops because this isn’t the first time it’s had some bad biz go down. There was a murder that took place just outside the club in January involving people who got into a tussle inside Spotlight. Cops believe that an employee of the club could be responsible for the murder.

Sources said Rahman Syed, 24, a bartender’s assistant, admitted that he killed Ingrid Rivera, 24, of Richmond Hill, who had been kicked out of the party at Spotlight Live on Broadway for being drunk, sources said. Rivera’s body was found in a deserted area on the roof. Investigators said she led her to the roof, after telling her to “come take a walk with me.” He led her to a restricted area for which he had a key. Police began looking at Syed when they learned of his access to the area. Earlier, sources said, Syed had brought another woman to the roof, where he kept trying to rub up against her. But that woman got away, called him “crazy” and complained to someone at the bar. Syed worked at the bar for a couple of years, making sure serving trays were filled with ice, and stocking the bar with glasses and liquor. He was arrested at his home on St. Nicholas Avenue. Investigators were also testing to see if his fingerprints match a set of fingerprints on a champagne glass and champagne bottle found on the roof.

This is why i constantly preach to my kids (especially my daughter) to please avoid these sort of shindigs. They’re notorius for drawing mal-adjusted individuals. This is really tragic for her family. My condolences.

It’s not safe to go out anymore, not with out being fully aware of your surroundings. That date rape drug leaves your systems with in hours someone can put it in your drink have there way with you, even cut out a kidney (that has been reported.) This is a really f**ked up story. I can’t tell you if a man or woman did this (judging by the missing clothes, I’m inclined to go towards a male), because a woman could’ve had some kind beef with a female too. Regardless, this is real life, things like this happen and I wish it doesn’t. You get dressed up, leave feeling confident and then feel like a piece of meat by the end of the night by the way men talk to you.
I feel sorry for the ladies who attending this club and took pictures, because they’ll have to remember this event when they have to see this. I feel sorry for her family who will have to bury her. Death doesn’t just affect maybe her parents or boyfriend, but siblings, aunts, uncles, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.
Lastly, it’s sad Lil Kim still wears clothes from 1996.

A law enforcement official, speaking to The *****ociated Press on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, said Thursday that police were questioning a club employee in the death of Ingrid Rivera. The 24-year-old woman was found dead in a utility closet on the roof of Spotlight Live. She was reportedly wearing only her undergarments.
She was last seen arguing with one of the club’s bouncers, police said. The investigation is focused on a club employee, they said. That’s who was being questioned on Thursday afternoon.
The woman, Ingrid Rivera, was reported missing by her family after she didn’t show
A police source told Eyewitness News that Rivera attended a birthday party at the club for rapper Lil’ Kim on Sunday into Monday.
Rivera was at the club with a friend when she was escorted out by bouncers from the club, according to the source. The friend wanted to follow her out of the club, but bouncers told the friend to go away. What happened next is not known.
She was found by workers doing work on the roof on Wednesday afternoon.
A police source said it appeared the woman had been bludgeoned to death. An autopsy will be conducted to determine what caused Rivera’s death.
Investigators will also be checking to see if the victim was raped, a source said. They said signs suggest a struggle and a sexual *****ault.
Detectives spent the evening reviewing surveillance video at the club and trying to track down people who were at the party.
A spokesperson for Lil’ Kim said in an e-mailed statement that Wednesday night was “the first Lil’ Kim has heard of this matter.”

the facts are pretty clear even the NYPD couldn’t ***** this up. The *****ailant had to be a strong male, capable of killing the victim with bluntforce trama that left no blood trail, he also had to be able to carry her to the roof on his own. He must’ve worked there to be so brazen and have access to the shed on the roof during a time where he wouldn’t draw attention. I’m not being cruel right now, I’m serious, if the killer was smart instead of storing her up there he should’ve thrown her off the roof. There’s no way they could’ve determined if she jumped or not, and the blunt force trauma couldn’t have been ruled out of being a result of the fall.

So alot of people told he did it, and the babylon boys were looking , but he fled the state, he went to Texas, 2 weeks later they called to tell his family he had drowned, autopsy reports showed he had a charlie horse while swimming and died! GO FIGURE! you never get away with anything!
