That is hard to beleive his oldest son is too cute. If she acted like that which I am not sure I beleive, that means she is the one who received the karma not Akeys.I don’t beleive him it is what it is. He fell out of love with his wife and moved on. My friend called off an engagement because his fiance was trying to make him choose between her and his two sons. Everytime he went over to his ex-wife’s house to see the kids she got jealous. The ex-wife had MOVED on and remarried but the fiance was acting all crazy.
He dropped that chick with a quickness. My friend loves his boys more than his own life. He is the TOTAL opposite of a dead beat dad and this chick was forcing him to choose.

Why is it so hard for people to believe that Alicia was not the reason for their marriage breaking up? They had been having problems for 10 yrs. Honestly, Swizz should have divorced Mashonda a long time ago before she even had a chance to have a baby. That’s why Masonda is really so upset b/c she thought even though her and Swizz were having problems, and had been for so long, that her having that baby would keep them together.

If Mashonda did that, then that’s just wrong! No man wants to have to choose between his child and his woman, and if they really do care, they won’t! I don’t even have any kids, but if I did, I’d be damned if I wouldn’t have a good relationship with them just because a woman I was married to had a problem with it. Your kids didn’t ask to come here, and by virtue of you bringing them here, you have a responsibility to be a part of their lives and love them, be there for them, support them, and take care of them…Even if you aren’t with their mother..Shame on her if she did that!!

That child looks a little younger than 10 to me. Regardless, I’ve read reports that Swizz & Mashonda have been dating since 1998.

Swizz, Mashonda and possibly A Keys know the truth in this situation. All we can do is speculate. Karma is a b and A Keys actually wrote a song about it, so hopefully her involvement in all of this, won’t make her a victim of that big “K” The fact is that he and Mashonda have children and he needs to be there for them and hopefully they can be civil, b/c it’s always them that suffer, not the adults.

but you live and you learn. plenty of people stay in relationships because of “years” when they know that they have grown apart. plenty of people wait years to get divorced so you can’t be mad ink dried on the paper hell. we not together. they were young what you think you want in your 20s may not be what you want in your 30s it just hurts when you’re in it. relationships takes 2 people and both have to be happy. hopefully swiss learned and he found what makes him happy.

Not too many people have the ability to stay the course and many really try… We always think that they next person is better but if you have the same bad habits and the same destructive life patterns you will ruin that relationship as well… When people do wrong they love to blame the party who is there for the moment but the truth is you started the process alone despite the excuses…

Gotta cosign on that 100% Looking for,or expecting someone to complete you or make you happy is always a recipe for disaster. I have the utmost respect for any couple who can make it long term,but people need to accept that monogamy is a CHOICE! You have every right to expect that promise to be kept to you in a relationship,but the truth is being with one person for the rest of your life is a noble endeavor,but it is far from a realistic one. Now i fully expect someone to cite all types of examples of their parents and grand parents who have been together for a hundred years,and that is all well and good,but those relationships were as much a product of their times than they were anything else. You are going to be attrac ted to other people despite whatever deep and abiding love you have for one another. If you CHOOSE to remain faithful,then great,but if you choose not to,then be HONEST! I do not condone cheating in ANY relationship,but i also understand why some people just can’t make it work,being with just one person as well. It all boils down to choices.If you feel as though the person you are with is enough for you and you can HONESTLY tell yourself that,then by all means go forth and all the best to both of you,but if you know deep down that you can’t be with just one person,then you owe it to yourself as well as the other person to be upfront about that so that they can CHOOSE whether pr not to be with you.
