@ Miidnight Snack…LL Cool J came on the scene as a teenager with a bangin body. I believe it was him that made the rest of the industry want to shape up. As for Dre, I can agree that he may be on the roids..Nelly and No Cents had bodies when they came on as well…what they did to get them who knows, but I am a believer that LL worked for his look and was blessed with good “fit” genes.

@Midnight Snack..I said this before and I will say it again..that should be motivation for you men who sit on your tails eating and drinking all day until you look as if you are 19 months pregnant…with a name like yours, I’m sure that that my comment fits the bill..In addition to what I said afterwards, men like you should get motivated and HIT THE GYM rather than criticize another man/men for looking or being the part chime in and parti*****te in this wave of fitness. I bet you are one of those types that always talk about how your ideal woman have to be “a dime” well, how are you and any man in the league of extraordinary “out of shapeness”, going to get a dime if you are looking like a penny with a hole in it? Lets not talk about us men being out of shape its black women that have the obesity problem. It’s your demographic who refuses to “get in the gym”. I don’t have to look at your name to know if you wear big draws. the census bureau says there’s a 49.6% chance you’re getting seconds at Applebees. And as far as Black men doping to be cut up. Put down the pipe y’all. Walk around any hood on any given day and *****s be broke as *****, cut the ***** up. That’s just how we built. As far as my sistren, stop eating pig, beef and cheetos. Watch you high fructose corn syrup and run (don’t walk) 10 minutes a day. my little sister was fat and I got her walking with me a few blocks every day. Even though she’s back at my mom’s now, she’s still in shape and she lost all the fatness. Just don’t eat stuff you know its bad like pizza and fried food and walk. If you can’t because you’re busy and you have babies you can’t leave alone, “power” everything. Power sweep, power mop, power scrub the bathtub. It looks stupid lol, but it gets results.
