For anybody who actually TRIES to be healthy, we know that ish COSTS. MONEY. Healthier foods = EXPENSIVE. Gym memberships = EXPENSIVE. (Because let’s be honest – walking for free may get rid of a spare tire, but sometime you need some intensive focus on particular areas. And the equipment at the Y is ALWAYS broken… LOL)

I’m not even mad because Fivehead has the money to do what it takes to sell her image. She does her share of philanthropy on the flip, so cut it out…

Well it shows – She looks damn good – I wasn’t going to the gym today but now after reading this I am.

You don’t need any money to get fit (except for healthy eating cost $$$) a couple cans of soup, a bench and chair and you can look banging with a little discipline and hard work. There is no quick fix to getting fit, just sweat, protein and sleep!

I’m not a Rihanna fan, but this sounds about right. Having a personal trainer alone is expensive. Then to have them train only you AND travel with you. BIG BUCKS! Her chef may also be a dietitian or specializes in healthy foods.

Someone mentioned that she said in an interview that she ate like a piggy. I bet that was in the beginning of her career. I doubt she can do that now. Even if she has a fast metabolism, crap foods weigh you down when you have to be on the go like that.

Hell, i need motivation to get my workouts in, its been three days now and I haven’t even stepped on the threadmill, yeah a personal trainer would help, and a personal chef would be the icing on the cake. You all don’t realize that when you are an artist, all that stuff is taken care of for you. Of course rihanna could work out herself, but where? She and other artists can’t just go to the regular gym to work out, so the gym has to come to them so to speak, and if their traveling, they have to fit their fitness in, so i can understand why celebs turn to personal trainers.

Even though it cost a million dollars, It’s still a wise investment. In the entermainment industry, if you start to put on weight or not taking care of your body, that will cost you money in the long run. That means she isnt eating fast-food all the time and do 2 sit-ups and call it the day. That million dollars invested, probably made her 10 million, who knows.
