i actually think this is the best she’s looked in a long time. she looks good for once in my opinion

She used to be attractive before all of the plastic surgery and lipo. She has wasted her money, she looks old and tired and you can see where the lipo was performed on her stomach. She really messed herself up!

I have to agree with tintin…. This is one of the few recent photos of her where she looks normal.

her body really doesn’t look that bad…she did get lipo on her stomach area and it shows…but thats what happens you dont have much money to keep it up. she not gonna be skinny.

People don’t realize that when you get lipo, you still need to work out, or your ass will gain that weight back. She probably just haven’t been getting her workout on as regularly as she should have.

It looks like she had recent work on her belly. The last time I saw it out it was looking kinda fluffy. Istead of depending on procedures she needs to invest in a personal trainer. It might be too late anyway. Her stomach is probably permanently deformed at this point. Who would have thought Lil Kim would turn out to be a plastic surgery addict the likes of which we haven’t seen since Michael Jackson.

Lil Kim did this lipo like 10 years ago. She needed it because she had a big stomach and probably does not like to exercise. She doesn’t even reach 5 feet so she tends to put on weight.

She needs to stop looking for a quick fix with the knife and talk to a therapist. She should also hire and trainer and hit the gym. A Tummy tuck and lipo is not going to keep the fat from appearing in other areas.

Well actually, it’s obvious she did some lipo on her stomach and sides (to give her a smaller waist).

The only problem is, when you do lipo and are overweight to a degree, the result will be lumpy like Kim’s tummy.

The best candidates for lipo are those very close to their ideal weight.

I dare not complain because this is the best I’ve seen Kim looking in ages! LoL… Yeah she’s a bit chubby in the midsection but she’s not totally obese (not that there’s anything wrong with women with some extra baggage) wearing a 1/2 of a shirt. Her bra is cute, reminds me of itty bitty lingerie!… Umm I really don’t know what to say about Kelis, I will be watching her and her husband’s upcoming reality show. I too believe that she looks good. Not sure why she got her hips/thighs/ass done (tranny move). But I still think she looks great. I hope she finally feels good about herself. People criticize her so much for the plastic surgery but Kim has always kept it real when discussing HER self esteem issues and wanting to look like what (in her mind) is considered beautiful to many in the black community (and we all see the slavery induced ideal of beauty all day everyday on BET). I’m sure she realizes that she needs to stop with the plastic surgery, but like so many people with body image issues who look to plastic surgery as the answer often become addicted and unfulfilled. I hope she stops for good.

There is no substitute for exercise and eating right. Period.

I’ve seen her look worse. I think she missed the part that said eventhough you get lipo you still have to exercise the new stomach area. Kelis looks nice I just want her to go back to the blk hair. It was sharp on her.
