Lil Kim performed in Sweden yesterday. All that dough she has spent on plastic surgery, one would think that ole girl would look a little bit better than this. Just a thought…

i actually think this is the best she’s looked in a long time. she looks good for once in my opinion
She used to be attractive before all of the plastic surgery and lipo. She has wasted her money, she looks old and tired and you can see where the lipo was performed on her stomach. She really messed herself up!
I have to agree with tintin…. This is one of the few recent photos of her where she looks normal.

her body really doesn’t look that bad…she did get lipo on her stomach area and it shows…but thats what happens you dont have much money to keep it up. she not gonna be skinny.
She just really needs to wear a top that compliments her body. She does not think she can be sexy without showing her stomach.

It looks like she had recent work on her belly. The last time I saw it out it was looking kinda fluffy. Istead of depending on procedures she needs to invest in a personal trainer. It might be too late anyway. Her stomach is probably permanently deformed at this point. Who would have thought Lil Kim would turn out to be a plastic surgery addict the likes of which we haven’t seen since Michael Jackson.
This is her everyday look, except her weave is looking particularly sh*tty.

Lil Kim shouldn’t have gone that far with the surgery. I actually met her once in the airport and she was the nicest, sweetest person so I don’t want to way anything bad about her.

Lil Kim did this lipo like 10 years ago. She needed it because she had a big stomach and probably does not like to exercise. She doesn’t even reach 5 feet so she tends to put on weight.
She needs to stop looking for a quick fix with the knife and talk to a therapist. She should also hire and trainer and hit the gym. A Tummy tuck and lipo is not going to keep the fat from appearing in other areas.

Well actually, it’s obvious she did some lipo on her stomach and sides (to give her a smaller waist).
The only problem is, when you do lipo and are overweight to a degree, the result will be lumpy like Kim’s tummy.
The best candidates for lipo are those very close to their ideal weight.
Her belly button is creeping up to her cleavage.
Bossip is crazy. The human body is meant to crumple and move. Photoshop has created unrealistic expectations. She shouldn’t have gotten all that plastic surgery, but I’m not going to condemn her for the times when her body moves as it should naturally.

People criticize her so much for the plastic surgery but Kim has always kept it real when discussing HER self esteem issues and wanting to look like what (in her mind) is considered beautiful to many in the black community (and we all see the slavery induced ideal of beauty all day everyday on BET). I’m sure she realizes that she needs to stop with the plastic surgery, but like so many people with body image issues who look to plastic surgery as the answer often become addicted and unfulfilled. I’m not going to say anything bad about Lil Kim because she oviously has been brain washed. The poor thing doesn’t believe she is beautiful the way she was created. She lives in a world where only pale skin that can’t withstand the sun and blue eyes are beautiful or so people want us to believe and she heard it and saw it all around and it got to her. She is a lost young lady whom I hope will one day find her way before it’s too late.
