She used to be attractive before all of the plastic surgery and lipo. She has wasted her money, she looks old and tired and you can see where the lipo was performed on her stomach. She really messed herself up!

It looks like she had recent work on her belly. The last time I saw it out it was looking kinda fluffy. Istead of depending on procedures she needs to invest in a personal trainer. It might be too late anyway. Her stomach is probably permanently deformed at this point. Lil Kim did this lipo like 10 years ago. She needed it because she had a big stomach and probably does not like to exercise. She doesn’t even reach 5 feet so she tends to put on weight.

She needs to stop looking for a quick fix with the knife and talk to a therapist. She should also hire and trainer and hit the gym. A Tummy tuck and lipo is not going to keep the fat from appearing in other areas.

The only problem is, when you do lipo and are overweight to a degree, the result will be lumpy like Kim’s tummy.

The best candidates for lipo are those very close to their ideal weight.

People criticize her so much for the plastic surgery but Kim has always kept it real when discussing HER self esteem issues and wanting to look like what (in her mind) is considered beautiful to many in the black community (and we all see the slavery induced ideal of beauty all day everyday on BET). I’m sure she realizes that she needs to stop with the plastic surgery, but like so many people with body image issues who look to plastic surgery as the answer often become addicted and unfulfilled.
