There are two issues here: (1) Her and (2) Hollywood.

(1) Her, the lady: She is overweight. Big deal or not. She should grab as much as she can while she can.

(2) Hollywood: Hollywood does not like big/fat people. Hollywood does not hire them. Unless they play fat men with skinny wives. Fat is simply not attractive and hollywood goes for what is attractive.

OK, for those of you who are not aware, SNL is NOT HOLLYWOOD. Stern said that fat people black or white, male or female only work in COMEDIC roles which is what SNL is a COMEDY show. Gabby is such an inspiration for many of our young black women because she is teaching them to love themselves no matter what. With self love comes self improvement. Gabby knows what she needs to do and its HER decision to do it.

It’s sad to read all of these comments about this YOUNG BLACK WOMAN from BLACK PEOPLE. Most REAL MEN I know would rather be with a CONFIDENT BIG GIRL than an insecure skinny woman.
