While the whole world seems to be against Sandra Bullock’s cheatin azz husband Jesse James, comedienne Whoopi Goldberg defended the tattooed up motorcycle lover on “The View” yesterday, while admitting she has committed adultery herself — on multiple occasions. Pop the hood for details.

Whoopi suggested to ‘The View’ panelists that maybe Jesse was “looking for something different” outside of his marriage to Sandra – adding that she has been a repeat offender when it came to infidelity:

“Hey, listen, I did it five or six times … Yes, I screwed around. Yes, while I was married. I made those mistakes too, yeah. It happens sometimes. It happens,” Goldberg said. “Maybe he was trying to find something different too.”

Whoopi’s opinion is certainly not the popular one, but let’s be real here… A lot of the folks firing shots at Tiger and Jesse James haven’t been the most faithful of spouses themselves. Should we really be sitting here judging these men when we have no clue what has been going on in their lives and marriages?

The other issue Whoopi raises with her admission is that while these men have been the focus of the tabloids over the last few months, women cheat too!

Does it surprise anyone that Whoopi came clean about cheating? Was she wrong to defend James, considering she was in the wrong by breaking her vows too?
