I’m ashamed I had a crush on him in Clueless when I was like 13…he has really turned out to be a damn fool.

He has money. He probably couldn’t sell the apartment building so he is letting the bank take it. This is common in cities where the real estate market has fallen into ruins.

This is the thing about gossip sites, you only get a piece of the picture. This is just one property certainly not the one he lives in. I suspect there’s not as much of a cash flow issue as there is a management issue with whomever he’s asked to keep up with all of this.

The only people that do this, are the people that can’t AFFORD to pay their homes off. Faison & the money he gets from the show he’s on, can deff pay for that 1/2 a million dollar home he has. When you do the math, he’s only paid about $10,000 of that home. Why? We all know he can put more down, if not all of the money. Have you seen what kind of car this dude drives? He can pay, he’s just choosing not to for whatever reason…
