BOSSIP has learned that one of Steven Seagal’s sexual harassment victims was Ray Charles’ granddaughter –Blair Robinson. Pop the hood for details.
Robinson says she met Seagal in 2004 at the funeral for her grandfather, Ray Charles. Shortly after she was invited to Segal’s home to interview for a personal assistant job. She was accompanied by her father Ray Charles Jr. to the interview and hired immediately.
Several weeks later Blair flew to Memphis, TN, where she and other co-workers met up at the hotel where they’d be based. Segal held a staff meeting with everyone, before deciding to hold a private meeting with Blair.
Robinson said Segal came to her room and immediately started to discuss the art of Japanese massage, which he explained would be expected as a part of her job. She became very uncomfortable as he began to demonstrate on her arm and shoulders and Robinson asked that he leave the room.
Blair phoned her mother, who booked a ticket for her to fly home to Los Angeles immediately. She did not return to work with Segal after that experience.
We’re glad Blair had the good sense to get out of there before Seagal really did some damage! SMH… What a shady character!
