Jay took his longtime sweetheart to the Time Warner garage early yesterday morning and surprised her with a 1959 Rolls-Royce convertible, said to be worth $1 million. Our spy says Knowles was “speechless.” Knowles’ official birthday was Monday. A rep for Knowles declined to comment.
