That man in the white, Bill T. Jones, is the director/choreographer of FELA. He has more of a reason to be in the pic than errybody else. It’s HIS show. Everyone else jumped on the bandwagon AFTER he did all the work (like Oprah with The Color Purple musical).

Will and Jada are both intelligent individuals that have been married for 12 years now with kids, and proven to be very successful. Jay-z is also pretty smart. Beyonce not so sure.
