Former child star, Gary Coleman, is dead after experiencing brain bleeding as a result of a head injury he received in a recent fall.  Details on the flipside

TMZ reports:

Gary Coleman has died as the result of injuries he suffered earlier this week, the hospital tells TMZ.

We’ve learned Gary’s wife, Shannon, made the decision to pull life support early this AM.

We’re told Coleman died at 12:05 PM MST. He died of an intracranial hemorrhage.

Family members and close friends were at Coleman’s side when life support was pulled.

This is the second recent tragedy related to the cast of Diff’rent Strokes. The son of Coleman’s late co-star Dana Plato killed himself this month. The show, which was on from 1978-86 also starred Todd Bridges, who  has also been plagued with personal crises.
