Tiger Woods has been spotted with a beautiful blonde – not his wife – for a second time, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. With wife Elin Nordegren about as far away as possible (she’s in China), Tiger has been relaxing with his buddies in his home near Orlando.

And when he hit the driving range earlier this week, another beautiful blonde was in his golf cart, an eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com. This is the second time the golfing great has been spotted with the same woman.
