Body banging…she is so pretty but i don’t care for the way she is holding her mouth or something in this pic.

  18. Hot pic, but strange makeup…???

  19. KayGee

One magazine made her to pale, now here is another that has distorted the way she looks. I prefer the papparazzi pictures myself…

Photo journalism sucks…airbrushing has taken over true creativity.

  20. I'm Just Me-WE OFFICIALLY HAVE A FIRST GRADER ON OUR HANDS!!! BTW: 1/2 OF A PARTNER @ I'M JUST A DIVA FLEA MARKET!!!!! DIVA YOU AIN'T TELL ME RAY RAY GOT OUT!

    Hey Auntie V

She got the heroin sheek face going on…i think that is why i am not impressed with the way her face looks.

  22. life2fullest

I just got a small question…..how come (yes how come) she looks black in this magazine but looked like Becky Sue in that other mag?

  23. Said

why would loreal make her look like Casper the Ghost when she looks a lot, and I mean a lot better without that bullshit?

No black power bull, its the truth

  24. Juicy R

    Go B u look fabulous!!!!

  25. Corree

She looks nice, but the top of that wig near the part looks dry as hell.

  26. elovely

    @sexychick

Errbody wears weave famous not famous so stop haten worry bout how long your hair is. Actually she has been wearing weaves so long her real hair may possibly be that long with a relaxer. If you get your hair done u must know it is easier to do a weave than your own hair if you have a c razy schedule. Sewd in is the way to go girl. She fly give her props. Is she more sexy than u really though what’s ya problem. I am the issue and I can congratulate a person so if u that sexy chick congratulate don’t hate cause she can care less about your hair her man like it.

  27. PRTTYBRWNGIRL

people cant just give this girl a compliment. they gotta be backwards ass compliments. beyonce isnt a dark skinned girl to begin with. i saw her in new york a couple years back and she actually a red bone .. well not red bone but she a hell of a lot lighter than this and the people talking about her wearing weave probably aint doing it 100% natural either.

  28. lala

Are you looking at the same picture as I am?

Girl you are not 20 anymore…and gravity affects ALL of us! That right titty of hers is sagging like a mofo…not cute!

  29. Jae

She got that saggy boob thing going on. Not cute.

  30. blaq

    @ Sexy

does anyone really care what the length of her hair is, she’s been wearing weaves and her mother is a hairdresser, she probley does have long hair, or maybe loreal has broke it all out. Either way her hair always looks nice. But you’re annoyed because someone may think she has long hair, I don’t understand

  31. Ayame Zureika Reizu

I don’t understand her appeal at all. I’m tired of all of these fake azz shitty pop singers dominating music and TV. I dislike her and Rhianna equally. They are the same person to me but with different hairstyles. I find her boring and overrated as far as looks, talents, etc. Not to mention she copies a lot of other peoples music/style. I like real artists like Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu,India Erie, M.I.A., etc…

  32. pm

    wow

  33. Rayna

Here come the stans! Acting like everyone is suppose to adore this chick, from her weave to her damn feet.

  34. JustMoi

    *LMAO @ lala

yeah she looks a bit “lopsided” and ULTRA airbrushed, she is a naturally pretty young woman all of that “extra’ stuff that they call “glamming up” is just to much for her she needs to calm it down………

  35. blaq

    @ lala

real titties sag, even young ones. only silicon stands up like balloons. she’s not wearing a bra and leaning to the side, c’mon. Do you really think this girl is not hot with a bangin’ body?

  36. JustMoi

^5 Ayame Zureika Reizu & Rayna

Just becareful those “Stans” can get voilent *LOL

  37. bored

She looks nice, but I’m tired of her hair too…

Curly maybe, or shorter not riri short cause riri is looking more and more like a boy.

  38. Ayame Zureika Reizu

@ Rayna- I completely agree. Everyone acts as if she was the fucking messiah or some shit like that. All she is plain light-skinned girl with a great weave who happens to know how to sing a little bit. It’s not really hard to make someone like her into a star..

  39. RhiRhi

Well, I see she has that deer-in-the-headlights look on lock.

  40. JustMoi

Blaq: That is NOT Bey’s shape that is AirBrushed finest, haven’t we seen that before on MiMi ;-)

Bey looks 1000% percent better than those over airbrushed make up’ed pics of her

Natural beauty is always best….in some cases

  41. blaq

I guess that is what this site is for, to tear apart people who are doing more than you are.

  42. I love you girl, keep doing you. Later for the haters. Nobody has anything on you, you are bad. You are like Michael Jackson during his day. I know your parents and Jay-Z are so proud of you. Everything you touch turn to Platinum. Her lately you try to stay out the lime light. To give your sisters and chance, but you shine all over them. I know you love Kelly, Michelle & Solange, but when they put your picture up, what can say. Bad Bad Bad. I know Jay-Z is doing something special for your birthday. Tell us what it is. Smile

  43. JustMoi

Ayame Zureika Reizu: true but it is good to see an African American woman holding it down for once n an industry that hypes up crack heads like Amy Winehouse & Britney Spears

  44. danadane

wow! she looks like a real negro……

  45. Ayame Zureika Reizu

JustMoi- Lol so true…They get upset when people have refuse to bow down to Her Royal Majesty Fakeyonce

  46. Jaxon

    Hmm…I can’t really decide

She looks nice but something is off..and I did notice the sag right off the bat lol

Anysag, the overall look is pretty

  47. Rayna

@Ayame:If this chick were 2 or 3 shades darker and rocking her own hair, she’d be a nobody. She would have played out a few years ago. These folks act like she’s the second coming.

  48. Jaxon

I think it’s her waist on the right side…it’s like they photoshopped it too much plus she is kinda cocked so it makes her middle seem “off”

    Still nice looking though

  49. Lou in the Chi

    @elovely

Amen sister. Please tell them again. Women need to stop being so insecure. Noone is perfect including celebrities.

  50. Ayame Zureika Reizu

JustMoi-They act as if Beyonce, Rhianna and Halle Berry were the only 3 Black women who exists on the planet. I hate how the White(and sometimes the Black)Media flaunts them around saying that they are the “sexiest Black women alive” or that “this is how Black women should look.”

  51. JustMoi

Uh… I like RiRi… I think she is a neat lil gurl and her and Chris are to cute together :-)

JAXON: yeah Photoshop can be addictive but should be used in moderation *lol Shoot we ALL will look like Bey/MiMi or LL/Nelly if we had that photoshop hook up

Lil Kim needs some photoshopping *LOL

  52. Goddess

Beyonce is just an indication of the problems and low self esteem that many african american women suffer from with regards to their hair and complexion. In this day and age I will probably never see a black entertainer/singer with her natural un-relaxed/permed hair and it is a shame.

Black woman have been taught for generations to hate themselves and are so steeped in self hatred it is very sad. That is why so many burn their scalps with damaging relaxers using excuses such as it is “easier to manage” etc which are all lies. All you are doing is lining the pockets of Asian and European companies who are making billions off of your use of weaves and relaxers.

Do you really believe that other races will think that your natural (un-relaxed) hair is silky and straight – they are just secretly laughing at you!!! There are many natural and proud sistas with beautiful hair who dont have to conform to a western/european standard of beauty in order to think that they are beautiful. For all the burnt scalps and balding alopecia heads from constant weaving black women will never be accepted as beautiful because you hate yourselves so much. That is why when you look at American and European magazine covers, fashion shows and movies you never see your faces – the media has chosen to blatantly ignore you yet you are still pandering to conform to a western concept of beauty…so sad.

Black women really need to re-claim their identity.

  53. JustMoi

Ayame Zureika Reizu: SOOOO true…..I could of sworn there were more artist out there *LMAO

  54. pm

she has that newlywed scewing all day glow about her lol

  55. JustMoi

PM: *LMAO welllllll Jay-Z is pack’n and I think ANY WOMAN would be glowing if they were rocking with jay *LMAO

  56. blaq

    @Just

so are you saying she doesn’t have a banging body, or that her tittie is saggin?

    @ Ayame

what makes a star? being able to sing, dance, and sell out a stadium perhaps. I’m sure you have great things to say about the singers in your collection. Why is it we prefer to insult people, our people instead of compliment them. Beyonce is just a black woman from texas who worked hard to make her dreams come true, but she is no different from any of us, maybe has more fans, but she worked hard to have them, and I wouldn’t mind my niece or daughter looking up to her.

  57. JustMoi

Ayame Zureika Reizu: that is just it those 3 are the eipitome of what WHITE men find to be black attractive just liek how a lot of Hollyweird Black men are all sporting their Kim Kardashians or Kimora Lees around….they don’t call it hollyweird for nothing

Though I do admire Kimora she handles her business opportunity knocked in the form of a lil gay yoga man and she embraced it :-)

  58. JustMoi

Blaq: her boobie is sagging to the left to the left *LMAO

And if you saw her in person you would see that that pic looks like poo compared to her natural beauty

  59. JustMoi

LOU: HUSH YOUR MOUTH EVERYONE OF US IS PERFECT WITH PHOTOSHOP

    ;-)

  60. lala#1

Beyonce is back!!! really? I don’t recall her ever leaving center stage…..

  61. Goddess

    Good point lala#1 *LMAO

I wonder how her 2 movies are going to do? I wonder if she will get an Oscar for them? *lol ;-)

  63. Just_Wanna_Know

What’s with her waistline on the left side? They could have done a better job. I know she’s lost weight but that looks a mess!

  64. Enaya

HMM IS IT ME OR SHE DOESNT LOOK LIKE HERSELF IN THIS PIC…

  65. Ayame Zureika Reizu

@Blaq-She didn’t really work hard or struggle like real artists do in my opinion. Beyonce and her ill-mannered sister grew up with silver spoons in their mouths and they’ve had it good for most of their lives. And the thing that pisses off the most about her is that her father put her in a group, Destiny’s Child that was basically centered around her and of course she had extra help because she was lucky enough to be Jay-z’s woman. Why should I compliment her. She has no loyalties to anyone, that’s why all of those girls I kicked out of Destiny’s Child because she was too selfish to share the limelight. She’s fake! Her music is irrelevant and pointless. If you wanna talk about hard work talk about someone who actually graduated from high school and went to college and made their millions why using their smarts and credentials instead of using their body.

  66. Ayame Zureika Reizu

Just Moi- I like Kimora…She can be a little opulent and draggish sometimes but I still like her….

  67. I'm Just Me-WE OFFICIALLY HAVE A FIRST GRADER ON OUR HANDS!!! BTW: 1/2 OF A PARTNER @ I'M JUST A DIVA FLEA MARKET!!!!! DIVA YOU AIN'T TELL ME RAY RAY GOT OUT!

YOU SOUND STUPID.. I HAVE LOCKS NO WEAVE IN THIS SHYT. IGNORANT TO THINK THAT ERR1 WEARS A WEAVE!

  68. blaq

    @ goddess

Self hatred is evident even in you. All Africans do not have kinky hair, neither do we. Why do you have such disdain for black women who choose to wear weaves wigs, whatever. Africans traditionally have spent the equivilent of thousands of dollars on the making of wigs for marriages and ceremonies. Many weaves do not imitate caucasian hair. All cultures wear wigs and hairdresses traditionally. I personally think the weave is a testiment to our beauty and creativity, like everything we do is imitated by the world. Our hair is part of our flair, When I sew my weave in it is not to look white, it’s because I want to change my hairstyle, just like when I take my weave out and wear my natural hair in a huge afro. This is our style and our weaves look so good white girls go and get them now too. Stop belittling people because they don’t prescribe to your brand of blackness.

  69. *sighs*

that is my girl right there get em BEE she is BACCKKK

  70. JustMoi

Interesting point Goddess BUT black women come all many MANY different shades & shapes and have MANY different hair textures… granted the media seems partial to the interraical black woman but I would never say we all have low self esteem…it takes a lot to do a loe scene like Halle did in Monster’s Ball and it takes a lot to be on the cover of mags sans shirt & bra. SO I think MOST have very HIGH self esteem……..

  71. cutie pie*kindly putting people on blast est.1985* I got good hair...I got African in my family

she looks pretty..a little darker. What is up with that right boob trying to make an appearance?

  72. JustMoi

I put it MUCH nicer than Blaq :-P *LMAO :D

  73. JustMoi

I wonder if that is the new way to wear a blazer….wonder how it would look if we rocked that look to our jobs *LMAO

  74. why do they always have beyonce looking OLD

  75. Lou in the Chi

    @ayame

Please get off of your soapbox. However she made it, she did. And no matter what you believe that takes smarts and determination. This is evident by how many don’t make it. If you don’t like her, fine. But why can’t you leave it at that? Why make it personal when you don’t know her? Are you jealous of her success? If not, then why all the hate? And I know the term ‘hate’ is used casually around here, but what you are doing is clearly hating.

  76. Hannibal

DAMN, WHY DO ALL THE LADIES ALWAYS GOT SOMEHTIN NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT BEYONCE?!

  77. why does she always look old?

  78. ohf@ckthat!!!

Bodies bangin. Is it ME or is Beyonce loosing it in the looks department??? I know Beyonce Stans, it’s me but Beyonce used to be undeniably BEAUTIFUL!! But NOW she is just Aight like the rest!!!

why does she always look old?

    _________

Maybe that’s it!!! She can’t keep up the facade of her “age” anymore. Maybe she really IS in her early 30’s which in THAT CASE she is still a BANGER but if she really is about to turn 27 tomorrow than I don’t know…..

  82. I'm Just Me-WE OFFICIALLY HAVE A FIRST GRADER ON OUR HANDS!!! BTW: 1/2 OF A PARTNER @ I'M JUST A DIVA FLEA MARKET!!!!! DIVA YOU AIN'T TELL ME RAY RAY GOT OUT!

Hope ya’ll had a good weekend….we’re already apporaching the next one!!!

  88. Lou in the Chi

    @just moi

somebody is smart. So if she’s got enough sense to keep Papa Knowles running the show, then I give her credit for that. I’m just saying she’s doing something right cause the girl’s been in the industry for ten years and is still going strong. When many of her contemporaries are not. So whatever works.

  89. She looks hot on the cover! Go girl!

  90. JustMoi

    *LMAO @ LOU

    __________

I am a 29 year old FULL BLACK woman and I have NEVER worn a weave and never want to. I have wavy black hair that goes just past my shoulders and I’m happy with my natural hair so that whole “everyone wears weaves” is BULLSHIT cuz the majority of the women in my family mixed or not have natural length and no weaves.

  92. JustMoi

LOU: who is going to tell Papa & Mama Knowles to bounce? I dont know ANYONE that brave that man looks like he would whoop ass Ol Skool style *LMAO Shoot they brought her into this world they would take her ass out *LMAO

  93. Lou in the Chi

Hell Ursher told MamaDukes to hit the road and she look like she don’t play either. Sometimes ignorances is beyond comprehension.

  94. JustMoi

Ummm… I like weaves….love Bey’s braids & weaves…Tyra’s now I am not a fan of *lol and I love Jill Scott, Ms. Jay, Tracey Ellis Ross & India’s natural curls….I think it is fine to show creativity with your style hair and all :-)

  95. chaka1

I can’t even speak bad about Beyonce. Get it…

  96. JustMoi

Lou: but how fast did Usher hire her tail back *LOL and yeah Usher’s momma does look “stern”

    ************************************************************

    I SEE!!

  98. blaq

    @ Ayame

If you don’t like the child, cool but truth is you don’t know her. Being an entertainer is not an easy job. Destiny Child should have been centered around her because she was the only one who could really sing. The girls got kicked out of the group by the man who funded the group Bey’s daddy, because they wanted to replace him, didn’t know what side their bread was butted on. Now if education is the standard for your approval no entertainer should be on your list, because that is not what they do or want to do, comparing B to an Oprah is like apples and oranges. When she put on a show she really performs from the dancing to the singing and someone can’t give you that. I think there are a lot of talented singers out there, Jasmine sullivan, keish coles, Ledisi etc. But it really sounds like crabs in a bucket, hate her because she is sucessful.

  99. JustMoi

Bottom line it could of been Britney, Christina, Paris or Amy Winehouse on that cover…….glad so glad it isn’t

Bey despite her foolywang traits is a pretty decent roll model and natural beauty…. yes she is T & A for men across the globe but you have to be thankful to see a black beauty gracing the covers of these white mags for once…YES WE CAN :-)

  100. Ayame Zureika Reizu

Lou in the Chi=Typical Beyonce Stan.

If I don’t like someone or something I’m going to say I don’t like it. I’m not going kiss this bitches ass. I stand by my views it’s not called hating. It’s called stating my opinion. Sorry if I talked to badly about your false messiah.lol

  101. JustMoi

BLAQ: Ayame Zureika Reizu made valid points….there are A LOT of beautiful black artist out there it would be nice to see them. Right now you can name the 10 with out a second thought the media rotates of pacify the AA community….nobody is saying Bey is not stunning BUT is she the most talented? No, Is she the best actress? No, Is she the well educated? No, Is she your[Blaq's] wettest dream ever? YES *LMAO ;-)

But she is currently drug free….drama free…scandal free…

The USA is pretty superficial when it comes to women….if it looks good, shimmy shakes good then it is ALL good *LMAO

  102. JustMoi

Uh ohhhh Ayame Zureika Reizu, duck gurl duck THE STANS ARE COMING THE STANS ARE COMINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

    :-D

  103. And...

I bet any amount of money that over half of us went to school or church w/a chick that could sing blow Beyonce’s #243 yaki off her head. In the end – they weren’t afforded what chances she was.

People need to accept that Bey is Bey and she is obviously never going to tone it down.

Her style was, is and will be OVER THE TOP.

Nappy, crinkly, wet, wavy, straight…she likes weave and is going to wear for the rest of her life just like Diana Ross.

I’m sure there are many other female artist that can sing her under a table…unfortunately they haven’t been fine tuned and the packaging isn’t as nice as people would like.

*In the world today it isn’t about how something really looks – it’s about how you make it look. Sad, but true.

  104. JustMoi

I think the picture looks like typical beyonce fronting. her body is in a weird a shape which looks FAKE. everyone says she is “black beauty” how can that be true when everything she does is to make her more like caucasion looking ? constant wigs, tons of makeup and this played up fake media personality. i give her props for making her money but her music isnt relevant, there is no message in it and its typical popcorn bubble gum music that all of the dumb stans will run out and buy. i see so many black girl trying to make their hair look like beyonces and their running out to get some light contact lenses, trying to be more appealing because the media is telling us that shes all that a black women should be. dont feed into the hype, it isnt true. her attitude is just as fake as her lace fronting wig. the thing i probley hate the most is that she goes around of t.v telling people that thatz her nautral hair and u people are dumb enough to believe it. Beyonce, Tyra banks are two great examples of fake wig wearing black women who claim that their real, and their actually the total oppsites.

solange, kelly, michelle will never blow up aslong as their a part or beyonce and her fathers team. its so sad to see them trying their hardest and yet we wont har their song get radio play, no video play, barley any promotion and yet when beyonce is coming out with something new u see it and hear it everywhere. thatz real sad but family will do u the worst sometimes and hold you back.

HANNI: it is constructive words… no one said anything awful BUT if you put yourself out there ALL THE TIME like she does people are going to comment

LOU: Bey aint smart hun *LOL her PARENTS busted their asses to make sure their blk jessica simpson made that loot for them…BEY had little to nothing to do with how HUGE she is…the mega bucks paid to her PR team deserves ALL the credit so I think we ALL should say a BIG THANK YOU to Bey’s FABULOUS PR TEAM *LMAO

    ________

THANK YOU!!! SOMEONE ELSE ON HERE ISN’T DILUSIONAL!!!!

But to be fair to Beyonce, she is no different than any other Superstar that made it!!! Wheather or not they had talent, someone else was pulling the strings and getting the majority of the money!!! That’s the way it goes, the artist is someone else’s creation and the person that created and developed that “artist” is the one banking!!!!!

It’s the record execs job to make them and everyone else believe the hype while they (the execs) are the ones banking!!!

  110. Lou in the Chi

    @ayame

first I’m not a stan. She is not by far my favorite artist. But I see no need to be envious of her success. Like I said it is one thing to not like her, but to find fault in things that are outside of her control(ie how popular she is as compared to your favorite artist) is ignorant. And I could truly care less that you enjoy being a hater. You are not alone sister. But how much do you invest in the careers of your favorite artist? As long as they are still producing music that you love, then why hate on how successful she is? You sound like some of the white folks at my job who insist on hating because I am more successful in a shorter amount of time. When the truth is I am smarter, use my opportunities to my advantage, and work harder than all of them combined. Stop being and hater and just be happy being you.

  111. And...

    @ JustMoi….

    I know right? Lol…

Question. What makes a woman lie about her hair, texture or length? Is it really that big of a deal?

My hair is shoulder lenght now, but when I wear it short I get more compliments and nobody can tell me jack.

*I have waves out the ass that you can’t see when I let it grow out.

actually I don’t even own a Beyonce CD, and the only place i see her is on this blog, overall chicks don’t get me wet, maybe that’s your thing[just moi], broads who don’t get dicked down on a regular are usually unhappy and find fault with others. I just think it’s stupid that we as black women go onto a black blog and have nothing but nasty things to say about the celebrities we signed on here to see. Maybe you should scroll down and look at some fine brothas (or sistas if that’s your thing,) and do that sex at work stuff so you can be happy.

Right now you can name the 10 with out a second thought the media rotates of pacify the AA community….nobody is saying Bey is not stunning BUT is she the most talented? No, Is she the best actress? No, Is she the well educated? No,

    ——————————————-

I agree with you and liked the way you put it.

Ayame I can understand the direction that you are coming from as far as women being glorified for following the more European look. I just think the way you put things come off in a wrong sense and that’s why people see you as hating. I donno I’m just guessing based on what I’ve been reading. I think it’s wrong to call anyone out of their name and you calling her a b***h is not right. You are entitled to your opinion and I respect that but calling other women out their names just kinda undermines your comment.

    @ Blaq

First of all what makes you assume I’m African? I’m not. I dont have disdain for women who wear weaves and wigs at all – I just said you are making mostly White and Asian companies very rich -why dont you go back and read what I wrote.

My problem is that unless you are mixed race then, as an african/american woman, the chances are very high you have kinky/curly/coiled hair – thats just a fact however much you try to deny it.

I dont know any african/african american women whose hair is naturally bone straight unless they are Ethiopian or something like that so dont make me laugh.

My problem is with the large number of black women who feel they have to conform to the western ideology of beauty by chemically altering the structure of their natural kinky hair – that is what relaxers do. So I bet you think its ok to use chemicals to bleach your skin – I really dont see the difference. Either way you are altering your physical self because of self-hatred. If you hate something about yourself you would change it.

Dont get angry at me simply because I’m speaking the truth…keep on burning your scalp and hair to a crisp with harsh chemical relaxers because you feel it makes you look better, is supposedly easier to manage and whatever excuses you want to give. I have no problem I just think its sad especially when black women are still so ignored by the western media.

  143. On this thread, like many others, you have a good number that dislike Beyonce for either logical reasons (in their mind) or petty reasons, and those who do. You go to the Coco threads, and get a good number of folks who clown her, and another who truly don’t care, and the few who applaud what she does.

This is America, and you’re going to get opinions like that everywhere. But moreso on the internet, cause it’s alot easier to say what you want and not have people hating you everyday for it.

  144. Goddess

    @ JustMoi

Humour me and tell me that chemically altering the structure of your hair with harsh chemical relaxers is not a result of low self-esteem. Do you advocate bleaching of the skin as well?

Of course I know that there are black women with naturally straight hair e.g. Ethiopians etc BUT you can not tell me that an african or african american woman has bone straight hair – thats nonsense.

  145. divorced 8-18-08…

    THANK GOD got a date….

  146. kenya

she’s a pretty gal no doubt. she’s been doing that hair since she was a teenager, i’m just saying i’d like to see her mix it up every once in a while because it gets redundant. I’m thinking a chocolate brown bob…not messy or big but sleek. I think it would be a good look on her. there’s nothing wrong with a weave, i wore one through the nineties, but not the same style…i’ve been natural since 2000

  147. @Goddess,

Quick sidenote: I’m Ethiopian (both parents), and we got alotta curly hair, and even “nappy” hair. The bone straight, not so much. :-)

  148. SMDH

    “@SMDH

WHAT? Girl, we stay tearing up Coco and Kim K.”

No Re honey!! Not all of us!! Pay attention to the threads that involve these two whores next time. You will see people who are in here now dogging Bey praising Kim K and Coco for being so beautiful and smart…

  149. SMDH….

….Maybe its just me. Cause I know I be straight tearin’ up that Coco.

Of course I know that there are black women with naturally straight hair e.g. Ethiopians etc BUT you can not tell me that an african or african american woman has bone straight hair – thats nonsense.

I relax MY hair and my self esteem is just FINE…my friends and sisters too ALL of us have gone natural too and yep our self esteem is still in tact…I have worn weaves & braids and yep you guessed it my self esteem is still in tact sooo not sure what your point is…I enjoy switching my hair style up after all it is MY HAIR. My hair does NO define WHO I am as a WOMAN…as an AFRICAN AMERICAN woman. You really shouldn’t make such judgements like that of people

Bleaching your skin has nothing to do with the price of rice in Italy.

Of course I know that there are black women with naturally straight hair e.g. Ethiopians etc BUT you can not tell me that an african or african american woman has bone straight hair – thats nonsense.– Ummmm no my Aunties & several cousins have NATURALLY bone straight hair and are African American…..the world is a VERY big place full of BILLIONS of people….just keep that in mind you have NOT met or seen everything. Saying that African Americans cannot have BONE straight hair is like saying white folks cannot have afros

(First of all what makes you assume I’m African? I’m not. I dont have disdain for women who wear weaves and wigs at all – I just said you are making mostly White and Asian companies very rich -why dont you go back and read what I wrote.)

I never assumed you were african, african american yes. I do assume most if not everything in your home was made in China, or produced by a company who is not black owned, even the beeswax used to twist a dreadlock is probly not produced by a black company, but I bet you Beyonce’s and all the other black entertainers hairdressers are black and touching up a weave every week can be quite profitable.

(My problem is that unless you are mixed race then, as an african/american woman, the chances are very high you have kinky/curly/coiled hair – thats just a fact however much you try to deny it.

I dont know any african/african american women whose hair is naturally bone straight unless they are Ethiopian or something like that so dont make me laugh.)

Well the only race of people who have bone straight hair are usually asian, but people in Sudan and Algeria definatly have straight as well as curly and kinky hair everything came from us baby even blond hair and blue eyes, we are the beginning, what you don’t know could fill a stadium.

(My problem is with the large number of black women who feel they have to conform to the western ideology of beauty by chemically altering the structure of their natural kinky hair – that is what relaxers do. So I bet you think its ok to use chemicals to bleach your skin – I really dont see the difference. Either way you are altering your physical self because of self-hatred. If you hate something about yourself you would change it.)

personally I do not wear relaxers, I wear weaves but not perms, I am quite aware of the damage that was done to our race, but this is out of perspective in my opinion, just because you change something about your appearance does not mean you hate yourself, I see plenty of sistas getting perms, weaves, etc. but they are not getting liposuction in their asses, reducing their lip size, bleaching their skin. does a sister who dyes her dreads blond hate herself? I have big ass lips and put on lipstick b/c I think it enhances my lips and beauty. All the women at my job envy the fact I change my hair and my look up frequently that is part of our African and American beauty.

(Dont get angry at me simply because I’m speaking the truth…keep on burning your scalp and hair to a crisp with harsh chemical relaxers because you feel it makes you look better, is supposedly easier to manage and whatever excuses you want to give. I have no problem I just think its sad especially when black women are still so ignored by the western media.)

I am not angry sista, I love you all of you kinky hair, straight hair, no hair, but what saddens me is the fact we don’t have anything good to say about each other. I feel Kelly Roland is just as beautiful if not more than Beyonce, I think Beyonce would still be pretty if she was darker with kinky hair. I think lil kim does have self-esteem issues that caused her to ruin her face, and she stated she would alway loose her men to light skinned girls with long hair, there is still a lot of work, but if you concentrate on the negative, the negative growns. Women do strange things in the pursuit of beauty all women, from white girls tanning until they look like florida oranges, anorexia, asian girls getting their eyes enlarged. But the backlash of yung berg comment lets me know the majority of black women don’t judge themselves by the standards of beauty circulated by the media. It’s not how they feel about us it’s how we feel about ourselves, that’s why there was a all black issue of italian vogue, that’s why a Alec is a dark skinned bald headed model. Uplift don’t tear down. Peace

It takes a brave, courageous and HONEST soul and I guess intelligent to to be able to articulate to themselves firstly why they have the need or desire to do certain things….whether it is sleeping with a man you know is in a relationship, wearing weave, coloring your hair…it takes all of the above to ‘unpack’ what is really going on…and statements like I DON”T HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM is just a knee jerk response and not even one IOTA of what is really going on with folk…but people are sooo dishonest, most will never even be HONEST WITH THEMSELVES…Im glad that I can be…..and for you weavealiscous girls try having a conversation with yourself one early morning or late night as to WHY the need or desire…HONESTLY.

Kim Kardashian is a true smut skank yuck mouth cum bucket whore. I really hate that bitch! Kim Kardashian’s body is purchased and plastic. Beyonce has a natural body…Kim Kardashian is worthless in my eyes….What does she do for a living? At least Beyonce does some type of work…If it depended on my life to choose one to like, I would choose Beyonce.I still dislike Beyonce but I hate Kim Kardashian more. Just the site of her makes me vomit and wonder how many penises she sucked today.

  189. Good God…. Maybe this is how she like her hair. After all it is her hair or at least she paid for it. Let her do her and stop telling her what she should do. Do you!!! If you like it natural, than wear your hair natural. Someone else might like their weave down their butt. Life is too short.

    @goddess,

Where did you get it that all Ethiopians have bone straight hair? I am African (not Ethiopian) with curly hair, but I sometimes wear weave. All over this world, you will find black people with various hair textures. Wear yours natural if that is what you like, but you cannot force your opinion on others. There are people who do not like the natural (plain jean/homely)look.

  190. No hating or anything but she looks average here nothing stands out. hummmmmm.

  191. Her breast is sagging…

  192. blaq

    @ Ayame

American magazine portray what they think is beautiful, that’s why mags like Essence were started. 2008 brothas still feel like they can say ish like dark butts and it’s okay. This is not school daze (tellin my age) Dark skinned sista’s are beautiful, light skinned sisters are beautiful it’s not one against the other. We are our own worst enemy, some of the population are like light skinned is more beautiful, so us dark skinned women feel disrespected and unappreciated, but we have to separate the falicy and the hype, and aim our rage toward the media, not other black women. Every video that features a fairskinned model, she is not choosen by the artist, shes choosen by the director, who’s hired by the record company to portray a certain image. So dark skinned actresses feel like they won’t be sucessful. Maybe because I’m from Oakland and I don’t see that whole light skinned hype out here, other places I’ve lived yes, but in my opinion if a woman feels she’s the ish, other people catch on and buy in. Naomi Campell is the most sucessful model of our time, she ain’t light, YaYa DeCosta didn’t win ANTM but she has the best career and I know you can’t tell her Eva or any other light skin chick is flyer than she is .

  196. Lawdy Lawd Lawd. I’m Ethiopian, with curly hair. Now, I can wear it curly if I want, or straight. I prefer less combing action, and less maintenance, so am I supposed to NOT straighten it because I need to be true to my roots? I’m just supposed to pull it back sometimes, and that’s the most I can do? To appease all you wannabe “afrocentrics” who claim to dread their hair is natural? Dreds are beautiful, and so are natural curls, but if I want looser curls tomorrow, dammit I’m going to loosen it. And if I want bone straight, then dammit I will get to straightening. And that’s that. Don’t have nothing to do with self loathing.

My mother always did different things with my hair when she used to braid it. Now I live on my own, and want to continue to do different things with it. Why is there so much argument over that? A LONG time ago there were SERIOUS complexes over hair, and today we have the same issues. But if you want to change up your style continuously, then that’s what I call beautiful. Cause you should take pride in expressing yourself, and that’s that.

  197. pussycatdolls *akapcd*

beyonce with all that money you and camel be making

    can’t you get a bra

ma your breast needs a lift

    you not 17 anymore

I’m sorry but I’m not a stan or a hater, but the over-exaggerated “Barbie Waistline” is reminiscent of the NYC trannies.

I hope she’s not buying “Hormones in Harlem.”

  199. Ermy Erm

    smh @ this….

WHY hate on ppl who wear weave or who dont? Its their decision. Good God! Ppl pick the most pettiest things to talk about ppl for. BLAHS @ judgin folks cuz of their hair preference. Whats the big deal. Many other races envy and admire how diverse a sista can get with her hairstyles.

DARE I say Christina Aguilera & that blond fro/braid debacle?

ANYHOO, Beyonce look so pretty as usual. I like her hair and all but she REALLY had a fiyah haircut in that *Me, Myself, and I* vid. Her hair was fiyaaaaaaaaaah!!

  200. DR. TOOTH

The statement that her weave is making is about as lame as the statement Byron is making in the post with is wife! Why!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ayame Zureika Reizu(Check me out!)

I bet if she looked like Alek Wek everyone would because calling this woman ugly….If she would darker people would not feel the same way…I’m tired of America boosting this pasty-azz light skinned women and mixed chicks. Dark skinned women can never catch a break…It’s like a slap in the face….

    ALEK IS GORGEOUS!! ^5

  202. Lady Shady

damn, black women upset about weaves! sheeet, if i had a dollar for every waeve wearin’ sista out there. Just for fun I like to imagine all the black girls at public events without weaves on…would they really be that cute…or even more importantly…would they have the nerve to have an attitude “without” flipping their non existant hair? Hell, every woman on the cover of king magazine has a damn weave unless they are spanish. Lightskinned half breed sistas were the shiznit before weaves.

  203. lisalisa

Alek is gorgeous and so is Beyonce,

  204. flipping horse hair/ how ironic yet fake.

  205. B

Variety is one thing…but most weave wearers ONLY wear WEAVE and they need to ask themselves WHY….

Ofcourse someone who changes it up is not even in the same category as one that cannot be caught dead without they ‘PIECE’….they need…well they don’t need to do anything, but life should be about evolution and growth and if one is truly ALIVE understanding, growing and evolving then challenging and exploring yourself, including your preferences, choices, desires is all part of it..and when you can do that that is when you really grow as a person and appreciate your inner gifts and beauty….

  206. smdh you r right / bey need 2 shake those haters off/ she will last a long time and so will u with u r fine self smdh you make my computer very happy.

  207. B

I remember when I cut off my perm for the first time, my hair was down my back, everyone said don’t do it…I was actually scared, hesistant..all of that…and then when I did I could have slapped myself for being ’scared’ of myself.

My hair is natural but I blow it out sometimes, braid it, twist it, do all kinds of things but BEFORE I WAS STUCK and SCARED and most sisters that have truly gone through the process know its the truth….that its more than a hairstyle if you can’t change it…its more than that…..but again, most people are such LIARS…lying even to themselves that they will just kneejerk…I just like it like this, whats wrong with it…if you have never done anything else than you will never know.

And yes, the man contribute to this cycle…many women are just looking for acceptance…I am so glad that I have a man that loves me from the inside out…not the outside in.

  208. Re: elovely

I agree everyone wears weave, beauty should not be defined by the length of one’s hair. Stop tripping on weave, its convenient and if you have it done properly, it will make your real hair grown and stay healthy. Damm chill on this weave shit it aint that serious. I bet yall hair is jacked up (the ones doing the talking, that is)

  209. Ermy Erm

white and spanish chicks wear weaves too.

so…if i’m understanding this…ppl are sayin that black women who wear weaves are acting “white” and looking down on their black heritage?…so are the white and spanish women who wear weave acting “black”?

I dont get it. Live and let live

  210. B

Lastly, I hope this album is better than BOO BOO DAY…I hear it is as they actually made an investment in decent writers, producers…and I hope the lyrics are not so superficial…

  212. Lady Shady

white and spanish women wear weaves mostly for thickness since their hair usually grows fast, black women wear weaves for length and a whole different texture. Shit, every black woman now looks indian or spanish. Its hard for black woman to make the choice to cut their hair if it grows because it probably took years to get it that length.

  213. DC DIVA

    She looks nice

  214. dapro11

She looking official in this pic

I’m not a B fan but she looks good

  215. Maybe it’s not that black woman hate on beyonce it’s more that you black men only think beyonce is the standard of beauty for black women. We come in all shades of color and hair of all different lengths, the men need to learn to appreciate all of our blackness, then we complain when someone photo shoppe pics that look really light we have the nerve to complain, we our so phoney ,we don’t know what we want. Most of us only see beauty in european features then hollar about being black and proud!

  216. Lady Shady

I hear you pussycatdolls, I don’t mean to say sista’s aren’t beautiful, many are, but the weave just gives them a whole new reason to think they are cute and be stinky to girls with long (real) hair. Yea yeah yeah, brown sistas couldn’t care less about lightskinned sista’s right….oooooookay.

I hear you too june, but look at the media, the epitome of black beauty is beyonce, as well as Naomi Campbell but even Ms. Campbell wears a indian weave…go figure.and so does iman, and the rest of them. Rihanna is the only black beauty with natural hair, but then she’s lightskin.

    @ B

If you have so much love, understanding and acceptance in your life, why so much judgement. Is it because you were trying to please a man with your long perm? If you are aware of the process don’t lump everyone into the same category, Out of all the women I know who wear weaves I cant think of one who doesn’t wear the hair she grew out of her head as well. And if she does wear a weave all of the time, it’ was probley because she like how her hair looks with it, just like how you like how your hair looks without one. It’s real fake when a woman gets a taste of enlightenment and feels as though she’s the ruler to measure other women by.

  227. Ermy Erm

    LMAO @ Oshie….

its gettin OUT-landish in here….weave should NOT be a hot topic…ahahahhaha

Peggy Noonan, Mike Murphy Caught On Tape Disparaging Palin Choice: “It’s Over,” “Political Bullshit,” “Gimmicky”

Wall Street Journal columnist and former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan and former John McCain adviser, Time columnist, and MSNBC contributor Mike Murphy were caught on tape disparaging John McCain’s selection of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate.

    “It’s over,” Noonan said.

When Chuck Todd asked her if this was the most qualified woman the Republicans could nominate, Noonan responded, “The most qualified? No. I think they went for this political bullshit about narratives. Every time the Republicans do that, because that’s not where they live and that’s not what they’re good at, they blow it.”

Murphy characterized the choices as “cynical” and “gimmicky.”

  248. Uh huh

Entertainers need weaves. If they styled thier hair everyday it would stay damaged. Now, Lulu off the street prolly should be saving instead of spending $400 a month on a weave. Most educated men I know shun women with weaves. Hood nukkas love it. Who do you want to attract?

    @ Bubble headed B

And for the record….it is unlikely for a person with low self esteem to ADMIT IT…Just Moi…

~Ugh…puhleesse shut up :-P ~ All of these wanna be Sista Souljas are starting to get on my last nerve…..just let a statement be a statement and stop over anyalizing every frick’n thing :-P Hair is hair it doeesn’t tell one hot dayum thing about a person……….and seeing you DONT know me chick please REALLY dont try to tell me who and what I am

Oh and I forgot to add BITE ME!!! Bey & RiRi take it to the top!!! HA!

@ Just business…(”Where did you get it that all Ethiopians have bone straight hair? I am African (not Ethiopian) with curly hair, but I sometimes wear weave. All over this world, you will find black people with various hair textures. Wear yours natural if that is what you like, but you cannot force your opinion on others. There are people who do not like the natural (plain jean/homely)look.”))

Looks like you need to learn your business before you start talking “just business”. I lived in Ethiopia for seven years and have some Ethiopian friends whose hair is naturally straight believe it or not. Sure they may have to blowdry it a little but most do not have afros so please educate yourself.

What do you mean by people who do not like the “plain jean/homely look” Did you mean plain jane?? You sound so ignorant! What is so homely about celebrating your natural beauty i.e. the natural state of your hair and embracing what you were born with, rather than pandering to someone else’s standards of beauty. Like I said, black women can and will continue to burn themselves with relaxers in the pursuit of a standard of beauty that is the result of the pressure and influence of the western media.

The bottom line is many black women are suffering from self hatred. Think about it, if you love your natural hair you wouldnt desire to burn it with harsh chemicals to straighten it, just like if you are dark and feel that you have to be light skinned to be beautiful you will bleach it. In both cases you are using chemicals to alter your appearance – does that sound like self-love and appreciation to you? It doesnt to me so keep hating yourself burning your hair to a crisp and calling natural sistas “homely and plain jain” or whatever ignorant nonsense you said. SMH.

  260. B

The people HONEST enough to dissect what I am saying…that is who I am talking to….not those of you in DENIAL…those with analytical skills can understand…again, that is who I am talking to…I am far from a bubblehead, I am a property owner, traveled the world and actually work with inner city children who are the victims of all of this…well their actually sense of identity is…I am not being judgemental…I am being REAL..and it is a REAL fact that the white standard of beauty marketed by OUR CELEBRITIES wreaks havoc on the self esteem of young girls who instead of worrying about their grades, developing interests are much TOO concerned with superficial things like weave and brand names….I am a cultivator of VALUES and true values TRANSCEND this superficial crap that has become the END to most inner city kids….I will continue my work and again, those who want to clown me…I bet anything you can not match my level of education, property ownership, world travels, publications, interests and abilities…as I make an investment in myself…not ON MYSELF. Continue worshipping while at the same time neglecting the cultivation of your minds and souls.

  261. B

@just moi…yeah yeah yeah…your self esteem is fine..nothing has nothing to do with nothing…yeah right…choice of clothes, music, icons…tell nothing about a person…yeah yeah yeah…what is the last book you read, the last country you visited, the last investment you made….or do you spend most of your time thinking about your weave and your clothes…yeah yeah yeah…what is your level of education….any college, how about grad school….bet your weave is tight though.

  262. B

Im going to work in our community garden…I will leave you all to fawn over Beyonce….. and try to emulate her ‘beauty’ while at the same time failing to see your own…what happened to God don’t make mistakes…what happened to God being the ICON for life..not a person…puhlease…lata yall…your Beysus is back.

  263. Food for Thought

Bey Stans I am going in.

I know why Jay and Bey are a match made in heaven.

This is how it works, you can’t say you want be a icon, the “people” bestow that on you. You become iconic by changing the trajectory of a field, not by saying I want to be iconic. To be an icon one must have penned sonic masterpieces, championed sweeping social movements, and breathed life into sounds yet unimagined music.

Sorry Get Me Bodied ain’t gonna cut it. You have to have carve out a specific place in the musical fabric for YOUR SOUND.

You have to challenge the status quo and dramatically expanded the possibilities music and film.

Another thing every successful black person does not open doors for the next. We have to drop this concept when it doesn’t apply. One’s mere existence doesn’t not qualify as opening a door unless you REALLY open a door ( mentor, spotlight other talent in a REAL meaningful way).

The other way you open doors is to DO something others BW have NOT been able to do. You can’t do all the stuff black women already did and say I opened doors like Marion Anderson.

To be an icon, you become a chapter in music ie.

    Before & After Stevie

    Before & After Aretha.

I am not saying you won’t be a icon, but from what I now about “icons” when they were creating they weren’t thinking I am going to be iconic they were thinking I doing good music.. and the iconic title can’t be denied.

    Smiles

  264. Random

Food for Thought Ditto! I am a Beyonce fan and she gives a great show, but she is, by no means, iconic. I don’t even think that Halle Berry is iconic, she’s just pretty and that opened alot of doors for her. Some may not agree, but it is what it is. Michael Jackson is iconic. Quincy Jones is iconic. Aretha, Stevie, Ray Charles – iconic.

  265. Its the Foosa

Ummm…Both Jay and Beyonce are icons, so wuit your hating.

  266. So true Food for Thought

This is all that needs to be said. This is exactly why I don’t like Beyonce. She and her camp set out to take the entertainment world by storm minus the creative contribution worthy of the desired fame and fortune.

They cranked out shyt and expect to be put on a pedestal for it. Now the chile wants to market her way to “ICON” status?

    CTFU!

  267. brown sugar

damn i thought beyonce was on break. why cant she just let someone else shine. its like everytime she comes out its beyonce and everyone else. why everyone gotta be compared to beyonce. i like her and all but im no stan.

  268. So true Food for Thought

TThey are only icons for a small strata of the population…not overall as a Bob Marley etc.. only for a small few uneducated souls that worship money before values…they both degrade women on the regular…do not stand for anything of substance first and foremost..its money and fame first and foremost…and for people who arent like this, they could never be an icon…like a Bob..that had value way beyond material…purpose well beyond being ‘it’….but for some yes they are icons, even gods..but fortunately you all are a small few in the population…Bob’s albums are still selling…Blueprint will never do that or Bday…they are just in it for fame..they tell you that…

  269. HoneyChile

There are so many haters on this site! She looks good. So what if she’s wearing weave and her breasts sag a little! If she was standing up there with a busted press-n-curl everyone would say she should have got a relaxer and some weave! If her breasts were too perky everyone would say she has implants! Stop hatin on her because you can’t be her!

  270. Goddess

~AGAIN yet here you are…… *LMAO

  277. Nita

that looks like they stuck Beyonce’s face on another model’s body, then airbrushed it all for skin tone.

  278. Denise_tha sweetie

I love all of her pics but I have to say that this one is not a good one…for the first time ever!!!

  279. Whew!

Can we retire the word “Hater” and think of an alternative?

We all know Beyonce is beautiful and she is a hard worker, I dont think anyone can deny that but……….we can all admit at the same time that she can be a little boring (personality) and robotic. Beyonce has a really good place on the pedestal right now and I dont think she is fully using it to her advantage, her music only consist of kiddy lyrics. I really hope this next album is more mature and socially conscience.

  280. Sweetie Pie

She looks great. Can’t wait for the new album.

  301. Over-rated azz hell and need a new hair style- HOW BOUT THAT!

  302. HoneyChile

I agree with the comments on people showing there natural state, however should a celebrity refuse to do a cover becauser they may have to straighten their hair or be airbrushed? She can’t help that magazines want her on the cover and I’m sure she has a lot of say about what she wears and how she does her hair. I apologize if I offended anyone by calling you all haters, but the truth is the truth. Some people just can’t win no matter what they do it’s not good enough. There will always be people who think they are the authority on how everyone should look. She’s a pretty person and I think instead of always dogging her out give her the props she deserves. I give anyone who is getting their grind on big ups! I mean she can’t help that these magazines want her. Truth be told she’s a top selling artist and very versatile. She takes a pretty pic most of the time. I guess if India Arie was on the cover she would be called a ‘Dark Butt’ or something stupid like that! We are all individuals and I feel that every woman should wear what she wants and how she wants to wear it. If your preference is straight hair go for it, if you like the nappy look do it! We are all beautiful in our own way.

  303. femme_fatale

Nice pic…loving the ‘bronze’ skin tone

  304. femme_fatale

And stop hating on the weave. I’m flat ironing mine right 1B/27 right now so that it’ll be nice and tamed for work in the morning!

  305. Beyonce is a beautiful woman, but this picture is so photoshopped it’s crazy. I agree, she does need to change it up a bit. New hairstyle, new makeup, something fresh and a little more edgy. If she’s really as talented as most people think, she can change up her style and her image will persevere.

  306. dam people...

dam people… leave her alone…so much hate lmao..SHES NOT A HO..SHES NOT ON TV GETTING DRUNK.. she might shake her ass half naked but shes still a good role model in this day and age.. ALL YALL THAT THAT SHIT TOO..

  307. ashley_ya_gurl

I LOVE HOW BOSSIP CALLS THIS FOR THE STANS! SO TRUE. THEY GET CRAZY OVER THIS WOMAN, BUT ANYWAY SHE LOOKS THE SAME. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS AN OLDER COVER. BUT ANYWAYS NOW PPL WANT HER 2 CHANGE HER STYLE TO COMPETE WITH RIHANNA. LMAOO ITS SO OBVIOUS!

  308. The Truth

Food for Thought I agreed you don’t say you want to be an icon people tell you it

The funny thing about beyonce is she never really talk about her music in a way like this is a song i wrote with pride

I guess it is not the music

Say what you about about micheal jackson he is the best icon there is

Beyonce can’t say she is the best singer cause she isn’t she def not a trendsetter unless the fake barbie look then yeah

Beyonce your not a rapper don’t claim icon static been rolling with j i wanna be down z to long

Beyonce i love you during the start of your solo era but now you turning me off

She has so much power yet she is still not an artist

  309. I love Beyonce!!! She’s the only woman that can look good dark. BEAUTIFUL!

  310. truth be told

well she has influenced so many women…for better or for worse…depending on how one looks at it.

I wouldnt want my daughter influenced by her without parental guidance as what does she really stand for and promote? Besides herself ofcourse.

  311. Don't mind me

GO AWAY B. Give it a minute. Just a minute and she looks photoshoot notice that they have tanned her up this time though ha ha she look the same as always

  312. finally17nluvinit

    wether she’s 2 light,2 dark,overly made0up

i want2c her in her natural beauty bc all dat make up is not poppin, her face gon melt

i luv beyonce, but damn give da makeup a rest,UR BEAUTIFUL

  313. Kmia

    @AYAME

Obviously you have issues. Girl we are not slaves anymore we can use whatever products we want we have that right. You must be some type naturalist living in the olde world. Wake up you can be fly too with or without a relaxer. And by the way nothing came easy to this chick until after destiny child and she still busting her a**. Check her out as a teenager a youth always on the grind her parents would see it no other way.So she really was busting her but when I was out playing double butch and hide & seek.Music and performing is really all the girl knows personally her moms being a designer and hairstlyist, her husbamd being a beast for accomplishments she really has her hands full. She probabaly would like for errbody to leave her the hell alone but we know that is not gonna happen all that hard work is paying off, she is errwhere. Sometimes I be like damn somebodyelse but she earned so I don’t hate. Give props when they are due. BETTER YET TTTAAAAKKKEEE NNNNNOOOTTESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

    @ NIKKI

HAPPY FOR U GIRL, ENJOY IT, PUT SOME HILLS ON GIRL WITH WHATEVA YOU WEAR. IM TOLD MEN LOVE THEM WITH JEANS SHORTS SKIRT WHATEVA HILLS GIRL HILLS!!!!

  322. truth be told

@ayame..half of the people, if not more are extremely ignorant and uneducated and have never been exposed to anything besides a TV and Radio..definitely not scholars, differing ideologies…so please pay these fools no mind..they can’t help it.

  323. Lou in the Chi

    @truth be told

Just because we don’t agree with ayame bull that she spits, does not mean we are uneducated. Get out of your little box.

  324. truth be told

@Lou in the Chi….the tone and manner of the ‘disagreement’ is what exposes an obviously uneducated and underexposed mind…the truth hurts…but it is what it is..most people on this site have had an inferior education thanks to public schools, have been raised by BET/MTV and the content of what is said exposes that to enlightened people who have studied:

    critical theorists

    epicureans

    ethicists

    existentialists

    female philosophers

    humanists

    logicians

    metaphysicians

And most of you haven’t and it shows! As if you had you could appreciated discourse and dialogue and you wouldn’t use the though retardant label ‘hater’ when one enlightened soul chooses to engage in discourse and dialogue which is the how humanity has ADVANCED through the years…and that is why some COMMUNITIES are not advancing, they are being destroyed, incarcerated, can’t stand on their own as they are RETARDING THEMSELVES by failing to USE THE MIND!!!

@ayame…don’t pay these fools no mind and all the others who choose to DISSECT and analyze popular social phenomenon.

    PEACE!

  325. whateva

yall r such haters…bey is on top of her game…black ppl loveto hate on each other and thats why we r not going to eaver make it as race…too much jealousy..light skin ppl trying to make the darker skinned ones feel bad…dark skin ppl saying mean things about the lighter skinned ones for no reason..give bey her props she can sing and dance her ass off..so her breast is sagging all natural breast do that…dang…leave the girl alone she aint doing nothing to u..most of yall say things about her and look 10 times worse than her.. honestly yall r pure haters

  326. truth be told

Check the grammatical errors on this site…Hills, I guess she means heels….this is where bottom feeders hang out…on Beyonce’s tail as for them she provides hope that their uneducated behinds can still ‘make it’….education is power and there is no substitute.

Listen to this child’s thought process..I want to be iconic than BE ICONIC…do something that ChAnGES the WORLD…and sorry stans…nothing that Beyonce has done thus far has CHANGED anything….at best she has reinforced the white standards of beauty and at worst she has damaged the psyche of our youth by perpetuating and promoting materialism, vanity, artificiality, greed..among other things….

Beyonce is sad and when she is older she will realize how she and her family were merely USED to advance white supremacy solely out of their thirst and lust for fame and fortune.

  327. truth be told

The reason why the black community is in the present state it isn’t because of ‘haters’ it is because we glorfiy FILTH…Jay Z should be frowned upon…his degrading lyrics, his glorification of all the things that DESTRUCTION are made of..yet BLACK PEOPLE hold him up as if he is some positive role model…that is what is wrong with our community. You don’t see Chinese, Arab, White GLORIFYING and WORSHIPPING mere entertainers…they keep it in its RIGHT perspectives..but for black people the entertainers become the leaders when they have no place whatsoever in that role. Thank God for Obama and Michelle as finally we have someone besdies ENTErTAINERS to hear from and hopefully be INFLUENCED by.

F the influence of J and B….as their ‘model’ will lead a child absolutely nowhere..they are just entertainers and people have the right not to like the FORM of their entertainment and have the right to be OFFENDED and TuRNED off BY IT as it isn’t uplifting to some, it is crass, vain, material, not thought provoking and people have the right to say so.

F off stans and get a clue.

  328. elovely

    @HONEY

BIGS UP TO YOU CAUSE YOUR MIND IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

  329. truth be told

Please note I am not talking about fans that can be objective and say her lyrical content needs growth, her image is sexed up…I am talking about stans who want to verbally assault you at the mere mention of any type of criticism….its like she is above Jesus Christ…and you stans need to soul search and find out why you have allowed someone you don’t even know to become so important in your life. Read a book, go to an art class, volunteer…find meaning beyond defending Beyonce.

  330. Hot tail girls going to find themselves washed up old women trying to find a soldier

I don’t know why someone posted the lyrics to that God awful song…as some hot tail girl…looking for a soldier is going to find herself sorely disappointed when he’s in jail and she has children to take care of. This is proving the point of these people that Beyonce’s lyrics are so irresponsible and totally opposite to her own life, she is where she is thanks to her College educated father not some soldier that cannot do anything for anybody besides ruin your life. It is time that we not only bury the N word but bury these delusions that the Street has anything to offer anybody.

This is where our ancestors were far superior to us, they understood what mattered, property ownership and education and they used their last dimes on them..unlike us using our last dime on some clothes that will be messed up before the year is out.

Its time that we adopt principles, values and beliefs that are really going to take us somewhere…drugs, street life, prostitute dressing should be BURIED and we need to utilize all the educational and training opportunities that are ancestors fought and WON for us.

    Soldier…smh…

  331. Hot tail girls going to find themselves washed up old women trying to find a soldier

Beyonce is where she is thanks to her college educated father not a soldier…you tricks looking for a soldier are so stupid…if women stopped dating gangsters(killers of the community) maybe the men would try to really make something of themselves, the prisons are disproportionately full of who..BLACK MEN SOLDIERS that become BLACK MEN BOOTY BUMPERS that come out and become BLACK SPREADERS OF HIV…F a Soldier…and anyone glorifying this way of life…if you glorifying it you are working to help destroy the black community..its time to get a clue, make a change, be change….

  332. Damn, you telling the truth

Its true even that man that American Gangster was about ended up broke, Denzel had to buy him a house. We do need to snap out of these delusions and face the real world and in the real world crime doesnt pay in the long run and it should be the long run we are interested in. You are right we need to stop glorifying a life that leads nowhere. And most gangster I know end up being taken care of by their Momma who has a J o B.

  333. backingbarack
