Chad Jones LSU NY Giants Car Crash Critical Condition

This is sad:

Chad Jones, a rookie safety for the New York Giants, was reportedly in critical condition from injuries suffered in a car crash on Friday in New Orleans, WWL reports. The Louisiana station reports that Jones had “arteries and nerves exposed” and underwent surgery.

Jones is now said to be in guarded condition. ProFootballTalk and ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted that doctors are attempting to save the 21-year-old’s leg. Jones was drafted in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft after playing football at LSU. Les Miles, Jones’s coach at Louisiana State, posted the following note to Twitter: “Just got news about Chad Jones’ car accident. We are praying for Chad and his family. Keep him in your prayers.”

Let’s hope that he will be okay, he has such a bright future ahead of him.

@ SARAH’re going to hell. I hope one of your children or family members don’t end up in critical condition after a car crash. How dare you. You’re an evil person.

He was going to be a good young player. Quick hard hitting safety…Tons of potential. This is terrible. His life was just beginning and his lot has been taken away from him. May god help this young man fully recover from this injury, and return to the field. I also hope the Giants continue to support him in this trying time. May god place his arms around his family and protect, guide, and strengthen them.

@ Sarah. You must be seriously starved for attention if you would make such a stupid, callous comment. This man’s entire life is changing and all you can talk about is your opinion of his looks. I guarantee you’ll get nothing from this life, and everything you have gotten you’ve pissed it away. People like you should be tied, gagged, covered in blood and tossed into the ocean for the sharks. You’re spiritually bankrupt and have no purpose on this earth.
