FYI I am in know way condoning this behavior….just simply agreeing with Sydney that this has been something plaguing Africa and many other countries for a long time. With legal immigrants… and many of those claiming amnesty because of this type of abuse to receive expedited legal status….building communities in the US their customs both negative and positive will eventually manifest themselves…..

Um, I live in “Africa” and it is definitely not acceptable to molest children. Africa is bigger than North America and Europe combined so why do people keep generalizing Africa as if it is one big country? child molestation might be common where he is from but that’s just one town in a massive continent.
