You Know The Economy is Bad When…

Posted by Bossip Staff

Niccas are selling their cribs for less than what they paid for them YEARS ago. Click Here to read up on how A.I. is unable to sell his house due to the recession.  He reduced the price by 37% and is still getting no traction.  SMH.

Damn A.I….***** was all good just a couple years ago! LOL!

  4. Lady elle

Has anyone seen the size of his pool?

He lived in Philly, so the pool will be used 3 months out of the year tops…..

    Not worth the maintenance.

People should think about things like this before purchasing but in his defense he was young, he could have paid more for it.

Hopefully he’ll get a buyer soon. He may have to take it off the market and wait it out a while.

    damn

  5. Redd Tony aka Earth Sign The Cops is watchin, The streets is talkin, Ya girl is unfaithful, Ya family ungrateful, Ya *****s aint loyal, Ya *****s aint lawyers, And everybody saw ya, And aint that a *****

AI: Id buy it for 200k..Take it or leave it.

  6. Blacksmith

Bossip, you answered your own statement. The housing economy is at an all time low and this is a buyers market, for those that have the income and credit rating to do so.

This is not just AI’s problem, it’s a national issue. Just open any newspaper where you live and read.

  7. Aunt Viv

Times are hard all around, so not much sympathy here sorry AI.

  8. NEWbagNcoupe

I’m from Philly and those people in his neighborhood never like him , so they persuade new residents not to buy that house . It’s overly racist in that area. Word around philly is that it been on the market for 3years and they only have one buyer to look at it but more then 30 houses were sold in that area since his house was up for sale . Some of the houses sold for more $$$ and less $$$

  9. I seen this story yesterday on Yahoo. It is a nice house. They had pictures and everything. The movie theater was NOT! Anyway, its nice to see him in a picture…He still fine as hell!

  10. WordtotheWise

Sorry, Charlie, but that’s the way of the world.

  11. OhF@ckThat!!!

I glad the recession is getting everyone out of the bling bling era!!!! People have to start being more practical.

Everyone is admitting this except for a few people still putting on heirs…..

  12. Lady elle

    @ NEWbagNcoupe

you are right about that some of those areas are racist as heck…

    :(

  13. Kesha: (I BLEED BLACK-N-GOLD) Its just one of THOSE days...

  14. SMDH

“He could get it twice in the morning, twice at noon, twice at night and twice during the night!”

  16. Oshie

    Neck tattoos = success.

  17. Shyt he is not the only one. The market is screwed right now and his best bet is to hold out until this mess is over. Didn’t his business advisors tell him that? No one has any money!!!!! I’m talking working cl*****.

  18. Wow!!! Everybody feeling the pinch, from PUffy blabbering about gas prices cuz he can’t ride on his private jet, to AI not being able to sell his house..Man and McCain’em talking bout 4 more yrs of this here!!!! NAhhhhhh i’ll p*****s!!!

  19. always knew

    @EVERYBODY WHO CARES TO READ

If you have more coming in, than you spend going out, you’ll always have a surplus. Start saving small, invest in your own 401K, start your own ish..The markets will always fluctuate, but if you have daily cash flow vehicles (businesses, ventures, side hustles, etc) it’s a buyers market, buy low, hold for a few years, then sell when market regains, rent out in the mean time, so you still always have more coming in. Always own the property right out, start out with those HUD homes and foreclosures, DEEP discounts, use them to get yourself, to the next level, say goodbye to your boss, and most important, be true to you, your time is your own and you will not see a recession.Live within your means. (Always have a rainy day fund.), you still won’t hurt, no matter what happens, you’ll only grow..triple your net worth within 5 – 10 years, I guarantee it. We need to stop being victims up in this piece. Yeah, working for a paycheck is good. But my friends, we need to get wealthy. Then maybe we can concentrate on the more important issues, like improving our communities, outlook and expectations of each other and those around us. I would like to see everybody in first cl*****……..

AI ain’t hurtin for any cash, he still playing ball right? Anyway, when you live in areas, that they really don’t want you in, it can be really difficult to unload the property. They do various things, to make buyers disinterested…Too bad, he’s going through it…

  20. Miss Theo

With his contracts and endorsements, AI has to be worth at least close to $200 million at this point in his career (that is NOT an exaggeration), so I think it is safe to say that he is not hurting in his wallet. But it is an inconvenience not being able to sell your house…

And also agree with “Kesha: (I BLEED BLACK-N-GOLD) Its just one of THOSE days”… I’m with ya girl…i’d buy AI too. LOL!! I’m usually not into the “thug p*****ion” types, but he is just too fly… just ridiculous. SMH

  21. Lady elle

    he does have beautiful lips….

  22. chaka1

I am in the market to buy a house now and it isn’t easy because the prices are so overinflated and people are refusing to be reasonable. House prices are falling every month. Buyers know it and are holding on their cash. Sellers need to recognize that they are going to have to take a loss in they can’t keep up with the payments. Keep dropping those prices…

  23. NEWbagNcoupe

I agree those lips ARE the business. I guess that’s why TAWANNA a$$ stay pregnat ! Does anyone know when their 5th child is do ?

  24. Lady elle

    @ chaka1

be patient give it 1 year tops, watch how the prices will drop.

or look at places already in foreclosure…..good luck to you

    homeowner to be

    :)

  25. Lady elle

jsut remember no adjustable loans and have a good down payment.

make sure that credit score is up to par.

  26. intenzemocha

this man aint going through what many home owners are dealing with-it has nothing to do with him specifically it’s the economy-

duh anything to grab bloggers attention…..

what could he possibly do about what’s happening in the economy right now?

  27. He can dump his baby momma and live in my crib lol He can pay the mortgage too.

  28. Suga Mo

    FFFFFFIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  29. kai

People are really dumb in this market.. Apparently investing is not a natural knack for some..However, in an economy like this you have to HOLD ON to properties and stock because as time surp*****es they drop dramatically and they rise dramatically. Same thing with two (prior) reputable companies..i just bought shares in EACH for PENNIES per share and guess what..my value is already higher than the value in which I purchased it. He needs to hold on to that home and stop bull*****ting..Because he could sell it at a loss now, and 5 years from now, miss an opportunity…People get scared and then sell…not a wise move..sell in inflation not recession…

And no one wants that got damn theater lol

  30. kai

real estate and shares are the things to buy now…not to sell…

  31. kai
