Well, I don’t have strong opinions about interracial dating. We are all human beings. I am against White supremacy and the ideas that one race is superior to others and this does exist and is very harmful in our society. We have a long way to go in improving race relations and interracial dating is not going anywhere. As far as Halle Berry goes I don’t care who she dates or who the fact that her baby father is white. it’s not any of my business, however, I find her motives and actions somewhat strange. I don’t quite get her, but that’s me. A lot of Black people in the entertainment industry are very strange acting, I prefer Black intellectuals to entertainers anyday because they know more about Black history and they speak up for Black people.

I don’t think Halle is a sell-out. She was physically abused by one husband (black) and was cheated on repeatedly by another husband (black). I think it would have been awful for her to bring a child into either of those relationships because they were already unstable. Also for those of you who don’t know, Halle has diabetes and has been trying to get it under control. She has since done that and was told by her doctors that she could try to get pregnant. When women are diagnosed to be diabetics, they are often told by their caregivers that pregnancy isn’t an option. Also Halle is an older woman so if she wanted to have children, she had to try when she did. I am just happy that her daughter has loving parents who are making the best possible life for her, which is the most important thing!!!
