their defense will be that they were on high alert, given the situation. too many problems and few policemen to go around. they were all working double shifts which explains why they “thought” they saw a weapon…

I’m sure the police didn’t know his mental status, but if they weren’t being so d8mn trigger happy, they could have noticed. Most of all ppl in his condition have tell-tale signs. My heart dropped upon reading this. I wonder how they slept at night murdering a older defenseless man and killing a child whose life had not yet been lived!!!!

PLEASE give these a-holes the death penalty. Why use lethal force against a man who is running away from you? And then to kick and stomp on him as he lay dying? Straight b.y.t.c.h.e.s. I tell you. Killing folks who were just looking for food and supplies. And it doesn’t surprise me one bit that the police tried to cover this up. They are the most corrupt gang in this country. RIP to both victims.
