To me this is a jury of his peers. We know he had something to do with his ex wifes and her friends murder. It’s finally time to pay the piper. We all in the black community knew he did it, I think most were happy with a not guilty plea because the tampering of evidence and the racist cop.

It depends also on where the trial is being held. I agree that there should be an equally represented jury but if they are in Boise, Idaho there might not be any black people around just per capita, or asians or hispanics for that matter. This is in Nevada, so it might be a case of slim pickins.

Explain what was “clear” about it.
The murders themselves, the brutal way the couple were butchered indicates that the killings were done out of rage. Nicole’s neck was cut from ear to ear, nearly severing her head from her body. Ron Goldman had numerous stab wounds including 5 puncture or “taunting” type wounds. Impersonal killings are normally done quickly so as not to draw attention. They are usually shot or stabbed once, maybe twice. A rage, or vindictive killing such as Nicole and Ron suffered, were committed by someone who hated Nicole, at the least was very angry with her. That would mean that they knew her, so who, other than OJ, that knew Nicole, would be angry enough, or hate her enough, to do what was done to her? No one but OJ.
Back to A Killer Among Us
When told of his ex-wife’s death, Detective Lange took note of Simpson’s lack of emotion. Lange would later report that OJ reacted with what could only be termed “mild shock” He reacted in a manner of which someone who already knew the person was dead. It didn’t seem like a surprise to OJ. Lange would also state later that after over 20 years on the force and investigation over 100 murders, he’d seen alot of devastation. In nearly every case the families of the slain victim would always asks “the w questions”, who, what, when, why and how. Simpson asked none of these.
Moments after notifying the Brown family of Nicole’s death, Denise Brown ( Nicole’s sister) screamed over and over, “OJ did it! OJ did it! He said he was gonna kill her and he did it!” While this is not damaging evidence against OJ, it certainly shows that Denise Brown had reason to believe that OJ was capable of killing her sister.
A left hand glove is found at the Bundy murder scene. The gloves themselves are not normal K-Mart gloves, but a $55.00 pair of Aris Isotoner gloves, size extra large, a brand created specifically for Bloomindales. Bloomingdale’s has proven that Nicole Brown Simpson purchased two pairs of these gloves from them on December 18,1990. An executive from Aris testifies that due to the blood drying on the gloves, they had shrunk a full size. Though Simpson claimed to never have owned a pair of these gloves, several media pictures at different events over the years show him to be wearing them.
***** shoe prints are identified at the crime scene as a size 12 Bruno Magli shoe, matching Simpson perfectly. The shoes are another rare and very expensive piece of evidence. A very limited number of these shoes were imported into the US. Now, tell me, what drug dealer do you know of, actually who else do you know of, would commit murder in $55.00 gloves and equally if not more, expensive shoes? I’m not sure what drug dealers are wearing these days in California, but I’ll bet they aren’t dressed as well as OJ. OJ claims to have never owned a pair of these specific shoes, he stated that they were “ugly”. However, several pictures have surfaced and been proven to be originals, not tampered with, that show OJ at several different functions, different places, different times, with these exact shoes on. Why would OJ lie about owning a pair of those shoes if indeed he had nothing to hide?
Hair in a dark knit cap found at the murder scene would prove to belong to OJ Simpson.
Simpson’s hair was found on Ronald Goldman’s shirt, even though Simpson claims never to have seen, let alone met Ronald Goldman.
A key piece of evidence which, in my opinion, has been overlooked by the prosecution, is Nicole’s dog. This dog, an Akita, is a family dog, a family pet, fairly big and more than likely protective. If an intruder unknown to the dog would have been inside the gate any time during the night, the dog would have went ballistic and neighbors would have heard him bark. What dog, any dog, small or large, would allow a stranger up to the door, let alone inside the compound, without barking? Yet the neighbors only heard the dog’s sorrowful wail, a death cry so to speak. Also, in the event that the intruder was unknown to the dog and had attacked the intruder, wouldn’t the intruder have tried to protect himself. Here’s a guy that’s stabbing Nicole Brown Simpson to death and this dog is just going to stand there? No way. The intruder would have stabbed the dog as well, or at the very least tried. That tells me that the dog knew who it was in the court yard, knew him well and trusted him. If you wanted to make it look real OJ you should have killed the dog.
The evidence in the Bronco was planted while in the LAPD impound lot, so the defense claimed. Please people, can’t you for just one second realize the implications, the team work that it would take to even ATTEMPT to pull that off? First of all, Simpson’s blood would had to have been mixed with the victims’ blood before being placed at the crime scenes which would have meant that police would had to have gathered up blood from all three, (while Simpson was in Chicago no less) then skipped around LA and planted it in the Bronco, at Simpson’s house and at Nicole’s house all within a matter of maybe an hour or two at best. There would had to have been street cops, detectives, the morgue, the medical examiner, reporters, and city workers in on the deal not to mention the eye witness testimony which gives OJ a solid motive, means, and places him near the scene within minutes of the time the victims died. Is it really possible that all this planted? If you believe that how would you like to send me $10,000 for an operation?

Drivers side ***** shoe print. The print was made from a size 12 Bruno Magli shoe with a Silga sole. This print also matched the prints at the murder scene. There is no denying the fact that Simpson’s Bronco was the means of transportation to and from the murder scene.

Simpson’s Bronco parked on Rockingham. Several witnesses testified to the fact that OJ never parked the Bronco on this street, but ALWAYS parked the Bronco on the Ashford Street in the front of the property. When Dale St. John was asked if in over 100 trips to pick up Simpson, had he ever, even one time, seen the Bronco parked on Rockingham, St. John said no.

This is in Las Vegas. Well, according to the census bureau stats in 2000 the city was 70% white, 10% black and 23% hispanic
(this adds to over 100% because some people or multi racial)
So even though it is “slim” shouldn’t at least ONE juror NOT be white? Just speaking logically.
About a week before the murders Nicole realizes that someone has stolen a set of her keys. She tells family members over and over that OJ stole the keys. The keys are later found in Simpson’s Bronco. When questioned about the possession of these keys, Simpson flat out denies any knowledge of having them, even though they were found in his Bronco. Taken from the Civil Trial transcripts:
Q. Do you have keys to the property? (Nicole’s property)
A. None that I know of.
Q. In May of 1994, did you have any keys?
A. None that I knew of.
Q. When you say that you did not have keys to Nicole’s that you knew of, do you have a belief that you had some keys to Nicole’s house?
A. No, I don’t know if – I have no knowledge of having any keys to Nicole’s house.
Allan Park arrives with the limo to take Simpson to the airport. Park testifies that he buzzed more than once with no response. He waits so long that he calls his boss and inquires as to what he should do. He’s told to wait. Suddenly Park sees a black man of Simpson’s height and weight cross the driveway and walk into the house. Moments later OJ miraculously answers the buzzer. In the criminal trial OJ would claim that the figure Park saw wasn’t him, that he’d overslept and was in the shower when Park arrived which is why he didn’t open the gate. However, in the civil trial, Simpson would suddenly change his story and claim that yes it was him that Park saw, he’d been outside in the yard chipping gold *****. Why the change in stories?
Kato hears three thumps against his bedroom wall. Thumps strong enough to rattle pictures on his wall. Which, in my opinion, were caused when OJ came over the fence in a hurry and fell up against the wall.
In the civil trial, Simpson would testify that he wasn’t concerned about the noises Kato had claimed to hear. It would later be reported that Simpson had a rather nonchalant attitude to the noises that Kato heard. He wasn’t concerned that someone could have gained access to his property? He wasn’t concerned that there could have been an unknown intruder on his property with his oldest daughter staying there? He wasn’t concerned for her safety? That someone may harm her? No, he wasn’t. I submit that OJ Simpson wasn’t concerned about the noises Kato heard because he knew that he had made the noises himself.
Simpson claimed in the criminal trial that he had one cut on his hand (he also stated this in the statement he gave police). During the civil trial he testified that he not one cut on his hand before he left for Chicago. During the same deposition he stated that his finger had been bleeding, he went into the kitchen to get a paper towel to put on it to try to stop the bleeding. So which is it? Was it cut before he went or not?
OJ stated in his civil trial deposition that he “didn’t always let the drivers in.” St. John testified that he “never had to wait at the gate ” during the 100 times or better, that he’d picked Simpson up.
OJ stated that he didn’t open the gate for the driver immediately because he was worried that his dog would escape onto the street. However, St. John testified that during the times he picked OJ up, he never say the dog leave the property.
St. John also testified that Simpson never parked his vehicle on the Rockingham street as it was on the night of the murders. Simpson had stated that he routinely parked the Bronco on that street for the maid to use. However, several witnesses testified that Simpson never parked any vehicle on the Rockingham street, at any time.
When Kato and Park are helping load OJ’s luggage into the limo in preparation for the trip to Chicago, both testified as to OJ’s insistence of retaining the moon shaped bag himself. Both men took note of how adamant OJ was about getting that bag. When Kato reached for the moon shaped bag, OJ hastily stopped him telling him that he’d take care of that particular bag himself. Kato reported that the bag was very full.

Dr. Henry Lee clearly stated that both Ron and Nicole were killed around the same time! how can 1 person kill 2 people at the same time???? There was/is only cir*****stansial “evidence” and “theories” to convict him. The “p*****ionate killing” theory COULD HAVE been one of the many people that Nicole was sleeping with. This was never a true investigation to begin with.

Not to mention, when the Medical Examiner finished with Ron G. he clearly stated in court whoever Ron was fighting with would have had scratches and bruises because Ron fought hard and had evidence of skin under his nails, did I miss something because OJ did not have any bruises at all! Seriously do some more research when trying to present a case! there is so much more! this is why he did not go to jail Johnny Cochran proved all of this…….

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (AP) — A Tennessee teacher’s husband charged with first-degree murder in the death of her student lover was convicted Thursday on a lesser charge of reckless homicide.
Eric McLean has admitted that he shot his wife’s teen-aged lover but says it was an accident.

McLean testified he only wanted to scare Powell away on March 10, 2007, when he approached him with a high-powered rifle. He said the teen grabbed the barrel, and as McLean pulled back with his finger on the trigger, the gun accidentally went off.
When the jury’s verdict was read, McLean was shaking as he hugged his lawyer.

The jury deliberated for about 11 hours over two days after hearing six days testimony on the disintegrating 10-year marriage of Eric and Erin McLean, and the three-month affair she had with Powell.
Prosecutors called it a premeditated killing that Eric McLean planned at least two weeks earlier when he stole the 30-caliber rifle and three bullets from his parents’ house. Eric McLean said he took the gun and bullets to commit suicide.
Eric McLean’s attorney portrayed Powell as “mature beyond his years” and said his client was a victim, too — still in love with his wife and powerless in his own eyes to win her back.
After his arrest, McLean said in television interviews that the shooting was an accident. He told police during an interrogation that he wasn’t even “planning to scare” Powell that night of the shooting.

McLean told police that Erin admitted she had been seeing Powell for several weeks. When Powell came to the McLeans’ small home and refused to leave, McLean called 911. He called off police when the boy made his way to his old Mercedes parked in front of the house.
“After me calling 911, it’s just like basically a blur,” McLean said during questioning. A video of the session was played in court.
“I remember him like starting to leave and then he didn’t,” McLean recounted on the tape. “And then I don’t know what happened after that.”
He told his interrogator, “I just think there is something wrong with me. … I mean I would never do anything like that and I can’t even believe that that happened.”
Prosecutors say McLean went to his truck and got a high-powered rifle he claims he took from his parents a few weeks earlier to commit suicide and walked to the car.
Chief Medical Examiner Darinka Mileusnic-Polchan testified a single shot to Powell’s head killed the boy. She also spotted a small wound on Powell’s right hand that suggested the youth, who had alcohol in his system and cocaine in his urine, tried to block the shot.
McLean also wrote a suicide note and letters of apology, according to testimony.
“I am sorry I took Sean from you,” he wrote in a letter to Powell’s parents. “I am so sorry for everything. I would hope that one day wounds heal enough for you to move on from this.” Crabtree said the Powells were never shown the letter, which was read in court Monday.
Police also found McLean’s diary notebooks describing his failing marriage, a suicide letter to his wife and a letter he wrote to Powell.
“You have had my wife for several months,” the letter to Powell said. “Now it is clear to me that I’ve lost my family. I hope you’re satisfied. I’m sure Erin will make a fine mother-bride for you.”
In his undated suicide letter, McLean wrote Erin: “You are my soulmate. Even when I’m not alive with you any longer, I’ll still be part of you. I will always love you more than anything, even when I’m dead.”
Erin McLean was questioned by police and has not been charged.
