Tyra, who has been looking a bit ‘off’ these days, speaks about being stylish in NYC at an event she hosted this weekend:

“You walk the streets of New York and people see you – you gotta look cute. I try to make sure it’s foolproof. That’s why I decided to host this – because I feel like in New York, you have to be popping. Even a simple black dress, you have to do that here. There’s no excuse to not look right. If you catch me looking busted, I deserve the worst dressed list.”

Perhaps she should take her own advice.
