Eve Sentenced to Three Years’ Probation

ET Online is reporting that Eve was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to wear an electronic alcohol-monitoring anklet after pleading no contest today to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. According to Entertainment Tonight, the sentence includes 36 months’ probation and 45 days of alcohol monitoring on SCRAM — a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring program — an ankle bracelet that automatically tests for alcohol consumption every hour, 24 hours a day.
This sentence sounds a little harsh but then again, Moesha just killed someone with her car. Maybe if Eve was coked up, drunk, and ran away from the scene she could have copped a get out of jail free card like Lindsay Lohan.
