Almost certainly make up. Look at the sides of her nose then look at the bridge, you can see a difference in colour I presume her nose was contoured with make up to make it look smaller (guess it worked as you all conceded that she had surgery) but her nostrils give it away as they are the same width as they had been previously. When a person gets their nose done, you can usually tell by their nostrils.

It’s called contouring…look at the end of her eyebrowns to the tip of her nose and you will see darker makeup on either side of her nose and lighter in the middle. it draws your eye to the middle of her nose THUS MAKING IT LOOK SMALLER………..DAYUM!

Yall are stupid, you can look and tell they outlined her nose with dark concealer and then filled it in with light concealer otherwise her nose looks just the same as the other picture

Its makeup, conturing. Whoever did it, did a great job, but you can see the dark shadow around her nose area, its a makeup trick to add definition to whatever part of your face you want to highlight or camoflague.

Her nose looks the same to me. Its just she’s standing at an angle in one pic and face forward in another. And of course she looks lighter because of the flash of the camera and its obvious she’s standing at a angle in a with a shadow in the other pic. Man some of yall would fall for anything.

It’s obvious that it’s her make up. It’s contoured to give a bridge effect. Also, she has on a lot of make up which gives the appearance of an even complexion underneath the lights. You idiots are so quick to throw the brick at someone. As you may know, (well it’s apparent that you don’t) there there are ways of giving illusions with make up and contouring is one of them… Wake up fools.

I agree, its definitely the makeup. You can see the contouring on either side of her nose (down to the tip of her nose) and the highlight down the center, giving it a slimmer appearance. People don’t realize how much of a difference makeup with the right application can make. She looks beautiful.

It’s funny, I remember reading an article on Serena around that time of the election of President Obama and she claimed that she wouldn’t be voting due to her religous beliefs of being a Jehovah Witness and yet her actions (makeup, jewelry, wearing little clothing etc) is totally against that belief..so yes Serena has definitely been bitten by the Hollyweird Bug.

Exactly- the shading is just darker than it should be so it looks really obvious that her nose appears more structured but its just make-up, people loook closely! When you learn how to do your make up well, these tricks become obvious…

anyone who knows about make up and flash photography willk know that it is a mixture of the following:

-a lighter concealer for a bright eye look

-contouring of the noes

-allot of make up (black skin absorbes the light thus ‘they’ say we need to wear more)

- flash from the photographers lights

Serena DID NOT have surgery. You can do the same thing with the wonderful help of a good makeup artist or just talent; Oprah does the same thing with makeup. Darker makeup is applied on the outer bridge of the nose and lighter makeup on the center and tip to give a thinner appearance. GOOD LOOK either way. Team Serena!!!

There ain’t that much makeup in the world. The tip of her nose and nostrils have been refined.

The nostrils don’t flare up as much on the ends.

A friend of mine got a rhinoplasty based on my nose. Spent some time in the surgeon’s office learning about the procedure. A good nose job is subtle. The patient looks like a better version of themselves.

It’s so OBVIOUSLY surgery, you can SEE the contouring.

My guess is that it’s Kim’s makeup artist. I don’t wear makeup often (just going out or special occasions), but she needs to give some pointers. She is really good with eyes.

Im so tired of it all…the weaves, the nose jobs, the skin bleaching. Its rare to look at the music industry and actually find a Black girl, who’s not light, doesn’t have thin little lips or other Euro features.

As for Serena-it must be hard to keep hearing and feeling how ugly you are. She could have all the self-esteem in the world, but Maria Sharapova makes at least 10xs as much as she does in endorsements. She is the one who is appreciated for her looks. And the public (not just the White part) has really been harsh on both her and Venus. I guess she succumbed to some of that pressure, because If you look at MUCH earlier pics, you can see her nose isn’t the only thng that looks different.

Its a new nose, I think Venus did it too, we talked about this at work like four weeks ago. She looks great (as great as she can) and she kept it ethnic.

@you’renottoobright: there’s not enough makeup in the world to physically reduce the size of the tip of her nose. With Oprah, on a closeup shot, you can actually see all of the insane contouring; here, while there’s obvious color contouring on the bridge, the tip is now retrousse instead of slightly bulbous. Explain that.

I think it’s just the make up which is nicely done if I may say so myself. Even if she did get a (transformation) at least she didnt go over board and hopefully this will be the only one. We’ll see. Cute pic of her though.
