Ciara is currently on a promo tour getting all her fans that are left ready for her album “Basic Instinct” that is suppose to drop this November. She took a little break to go perform at a private function in Kazakhstan. By the looks of it, Ciara is enjoying especially with that hookah pipe in her hand!!!
