Granted, you should carry your identification at all times as you never know what can happen. This is ridiculous though. I bet if it were young Caucasian patrons who believe it or not, do get rowdy and break laws, there wouldn’t be this type of action taken. And for crying out loud this is Top Flight security acting as though they have authority. Someone needs to tell him he is MALL security in case he missed the memo no one takes them seriously.

Look at the big picture here, no one should be banned for being loud. There is some other issues here that are not being addressed…and if they can ban her, they can ban you. How about banning people who cant pull up their pants? How about banning people who are talking on cell phones?? How about banning people who come to the mall just to hang out and do not buy anything? How about banning people with braids? How about banning people who have on the color yellow? How about banning people who are democrats? Where will it stop??? This issue is bigger than her.

No one should be made to feel that way. If the issue was her behaviour and the volume of her voice, then it should have stated such on the paperwork. He knew he had no basis so he came up with the next option…even then, I doubt they can ban you for 10 years, especially if you’re not accused of criminal activity.

Mixed feelings about this:
On more than one occasion I’ve been somewhere, like the mall, and witnessed ghettoness at its ultimate; feet shuffling, rainbow weave wearing, foul-mouthed, seemed-to-be-raised-by-barnyard-animals chicks, come in and speaking loudly seemed to have gone with the territory.

I wished I could have walked up to them with a citation telling them they were banned indefinitely from any public forum until they figured out how to behave when leaving their residences.

On the other hand, if she handled the situation with any amount of decency and intellect, the way it seemed she could have, then what they did was not justified.
