Beyonce and Jay-Z attended the New Yorkers for Children Gala last night in the Big Apple. It’s really nice to see the married couple out and about for good causes and wearing their wedding rings and all, but what the f*ck is really good with Camel rockin that sunglasses at night steez as of late. We mean, come on now, it’s a Children’s Gala for chrissakes.

I KNOW!!! God cursed with me a love for basketball and an eye for talent. I hate college sports but the only player I ever watched in college is Allen Iverson. (I’m his STAN too). Kobe didn’t play college ball.

2. Dr. J was the first to dunk from the free throw line… it was in ABA in the 70’s. Michael Jordan freely admits that he patterned his game after Dr. J.
3. the “branding” of Michael Jordan wasn’t done by Jordan, but by Nike. They were initially a “running” shoe company that was being dominated by Converse (who Magic and Larry Bird had contracts with). Nike was on the verge of bankruptcy and bet the entire company on Michael Jordan. Part of what made the shoes popular was that Jordan intentionally wore the wrong color shoes vs. the NBA uniform code. This made them STAND OUT when watching television and NIKE paid all of the fines. Nike is doing the same thing with Lebron (We are all witnesses)

I am not gay.. You don’t have to be gay to be entertained by gays.. And only Splash is a somwhat gay club. .The other wasa comedy club.. If its a gay club now that has happened within the last couple of years. .Hell – it couldhave ben the case then. .I wasn’t really looking.. I was too busy laughing.. I’ll hang anywhere as long as its fun!! Trust me nothing is more gay than Mardi Gras… The comedy club was uberfun!!! I used to go there atleast once a month..

@Diva – I normally tell people what I want but I have regifted a photo frame but it was not at work. It was a gift from work and I gave to my family member! the frame was ugly and I it did not go with anything in my house or office so ….

The cyber pedofile came about when, a few weeks ago, a blogger addressed me on some ol’ bull***** so–if you’ve been blogging long enough, you KNOW I don’t start ***** but I’ve NEVER had a problem checkin’ someone. In hindsight, I think they baited me. Shortly afterward, they jacked my name. Now I didn’t have too much of a problem with that but I logged on and saw that they had jacked my baby’s gravie too! I personally felt violated and *****ed because BOSSIP allowed it to happen.
My thing is–if I can engage in a cyberconvo with anyone and we don’t see eye to eye…that’s OK but when you take it to another level to steal my baby’s picture to try and make other people think I am you, then that is sick!!!!!!!!!!
It personally turns my stomach when I log on and see that person’e on with my baby’s picture!!!!!
I’ve thought about it for quite some time and to be honest-I can say that sick ***** has won because if they want me to reduce the amount of time on BOSSIP than it’s not that big to me.
The person also tries to engage in conversation with others in hopes they’ll respond but most people know my s***** and sometimes it takes a minute to tell the difference but they usually do then just ignore the person. The funny thing is–I’ve got someone checking on some things for me and so far they can tell that it’s someone that uses multiple IP addresses (Like I do). They use two PC’s and a laptop.
This person also switches up names and agrees with bloggers then uses their other laptop to disagree. It’s some sick *****!!!!!!!!!
And all for attention.
It really must suck to want to be me.

Let me share with you guys what my grandmother used to do….
She had a huge picture of Jesus but she stuck family picture in the corners–you know..pictures you send of your little ones and you be sooooooo proud!!!
Once while I was visiting her, she was on the phone with my brother. As she hung up, she told me “hurry, up!! Put the picture of Nay-nay in the back and bring Kevin’s little girl in the front. Hurry up, he on his way over here.” I was like “WTH?”. Gramma do you always do that?” She said “yes but don’t tell *****ody. Let’s keep that between me and you.
Why did I go to the picture and try to find my baby’s picture? It was stuffed behind four cousins and two nephews!!!

But you just know that they are cowards because people with self pride and confidence do not try to belittle others.
I swear to G….If I EVER got a gift back to me that I regifted to someone and they regifted to someone and so on…and so on and it got back to me!

@Diva – I have gotten some gifts from work (gloves) that I swear where worn before. they had no tag, nothing and looked a little linty. they were ugly plain gloves. who buys that for a gift. I kept that gift in my office draw for months then threw them right in the garbage.

The thing that gets to me is….Everyone’s always talking about “black people bring their own down, etc. etc” AND WE DO!!!!!!!!! They get mad when you in here and connecting with others, they get upset when you try to bring people together. I’m like What’s wrong with that??????? I thought we supposed to show some love and respect. And to think it comes from our own people.
In the last few weeks on BOSSIP, I’ve learned that although I’m black, I’m not “black enough” for some or for whatever–they want to rip into me. The thing is, when I’m usually on–we take it to a whole nother level and have a blast at it!!
