I think Ariel Yahudah is working for Osama but anyway, I agree with him why is it for 400 years they didn’t wanna be like us or have us be part of anything dealing with their culture. Now all of a sudden white people tanning putting rims on they ride and wearing baggy clothing and now wants us to be all patriotic about the country that enslaved us. As far as i am concerned all holidays in American Christmas, Thanksgiving, all these holidays and songs don’t mean nothing to anyone of color.

It’s a respect issue. You can be respectful without being crass. I can’t agree with Josh Howard… and then he tries to play it off like the reason why is because he’s black……….. like there are no patriotic blacks.

He’s learned all the wrong lessons. Or maybe, he’s learned all the ‘right’ soundbytes for the wrong reasons.

I’m with POTUS on this one. I wonder how deeply he’s thought this through. It doesn’t appear he has, but perhaps I’m wrong.

If he lives his life in a way that is political, and he’s never stood or removed his hat for the Star Spangled Banner, that’s one thing. If he were, like, a Jehovah’s Witness, that’s one thing. But has he? Is he?
