Awwww….look at lil Shaffer Smith before he was “NE-YO” with his lil Caesar perm and fuzzy fur hat back in the day. SMH. He was on MTV’s “When I Was 17″ and discusses his life as a teenager in Las Vegas, Nevada at a performing arts high school for visual design.
