Ciara In A Bra

Ciara performed at the Essence Festival yesterday wearing a white version of her BET Awards performance costume. Is it just me…or is there just something that is not sexy about Ciara in this get-up. She kinda looks “like a boy” for real…now her in those skin tight pants is a different story.
