I think you may have answered your own question.
Although I don’t think being a man and calling yourself Miss Jay is a lack of self respect. How is someone who knows who he is disrespecting himself by expressing it. It’s kind of ironic that your the one being disrespectful by implying he somehow has no respect for himself.
There is in fact a spectrum of human sexuality from heterosexual to transsexual and everything else in between. No one and I do mean no one is born perfect. Using your logic that would mean a woman who was born with 4 arms and 4 legs and calling herself Spider Woman would also be disrespecting herself. Wouldn’t that be her choice and honestly what would that have to do with her self-esteem.
