The government is going to drop $700 billion in stacks to save corporations and Wallstreet. With the dumb Iraq war, that’s over 1 trillion.
Why can’t the government push $200 billion towards better schools, parental education support, and technology in the hood? Why are these greedy corporate mofo’s getting 700 billion when all the hood gets is some food stamps and an ebt card?

The government didn’t have any money to “bailout” people when they were losing their homes.
That money was not available when the high school dropout rate was higher than ever, and schools needed funding.
That money was apparently not around to pay for health care for those who couldn’t afford it.
That money was also not around when college costs kept rising, and college students needed help paying their schools loans.
I mean, I could go and on and on as to all of the uses that this money could have been put to.
But no, now the government wants to become a corporation. They want to buy a company with our retirement money, our social security money, and any money that would actually help this country, and hope that its a good investment. I’ll tell you what a good investment is. That’s investing in the people who are living, working, and fighting for this country. Not those too busy getting and spending their multi-million dollar bonuses that they don’t care whether or not they bury our entire economy to the ground. I am so mad at this subject that if Obama does not become President, I will leave this country for good. With McCain’s circle of friends and advisors being all lobbyist and vying for special interest groups, we are going to see more of this F***ery, government helping out corporations while they should be helping the people.
Government bail out? No, more like we are bailing them out! The government doesn’t not exist without the people. THEY AINT GOT NO MONEY! That’s OUR (and when i say our, i mean the actual people that work, not the low-life sit at home to collect welfare b*tches) MONEY!

Money is supposed to buy you protection from the evils of the world – not THINGS.

I agree that the government has to stop sponsoring out of wedlock births but that doesn’t mean these women don’t need some type of support. I also think black MEN need support as well. We have to stop thinking that these men being apart from their children is a good thing. Give them more access to education, job training and parental education programs…
Why would the federal government ever do anything to try and fix the least among us? If they do that, then who will they have to strereotype, denigrate, demean and blame for all the ills/drama/problems of the world? Even with the eradication of the “lower/poorer” cl*****es, we would still have plenty of ills/drama/problems.
Then the so-called “leaders of the free world” would not have anyone to blame for the shady-ness that is the United States government, their countless Secret Societies, and the constant and consistent tomfoolery/shenanigans/hoodwinkery and general bullshiggity that they stay getting us involved in.

If this doesn’t happen in some form, we’re all *****ed, not just the hood.
The bailout is way more complicated that your simplisitic “what about the hood” question. If the hood REALLY cared, they it would have had technology and better schools a long time ago. When they put new computers in the libraries (imagine that, the hood actually goes to the library) what do the kids do? Look at my*****e all day.
Better schools for what? Kids don’t take it seriously because being smart is a white thing.
Parental education support starts at home with these parents turning off the TV, making their kids do their homework and helping them. They also need to stop treating school like a damn daycare. THAT doesn’t need government funds.
In short, the hood will get financed for initiatives when the hood actually gives a flying *****.

because corporations provide campaign contributions and offer jobs to politicians after their terms. And too many black people don’t vote, run for office in their communities, and otherwise don’t pay the political game. Kids can’t vote so no one really looks out for them. Overall we do not feel we have any power, the black middle cl***** separates itself as much as possible from the lower cl***** and blame everything on loose black women incarcerated black men and rap music. Although things can change we can get our measures on the ballots and elect officials and hold them accountable. Stop being afraid to speak up about these issues for fear we’ll be accused of playing the race card.

I agree that money will not help the hood because the hood has been given more money via non-profits, the governement and taes than any other community in America.
The truth is we have to cut out these poisonous members of our community that refuse to get with the program. Every other race has done it so why don’t we. We have to stop giving these people excuses even they couldn’t come up with. We have to stop on a dime and correct any and all bad behavior we see in children – even if they are not ours.
Cut the fat and we’ll start to see some real change. I believe most black folks want more for themselves but that’s not enough. Unless we are willing to kick these folks to the curb we will forever be linked to them.

i’ll tell u another reason why because people in the hood are not gathering together to march and protest against the lack of everything they get in their living environments..close mouths do not get fed… if we are internally complaining to one another and not to the people who have the right power to actually do something nothing gets done..

I disagree with everyone who states “a close mouth does not get fed”. How long have minorities been pleading for equality? How long have the old, poor, sick, and down trodden pleaded for more attention to thier causes. It has nothing to do with what we say or how we say it. The problem is we are placing our faith in man and man does not have the ability to fix problems, man just causes problems. Now I know I am goijng spiritual and many people are not in tune to thier spirituality so I welcome the nah sayers. But please if you own a Bible, pick it up, read it, and take heed to the advice given. It states that “man dominates man to his own injury” this means that we as humans lack the ability to dominate each other, history has shown the outcome for centuries. We ll have to live in this imperfect and ridiculous world but voting and rebelling and revolutions are not the answers. Instead, make your wants a matter of prayer, beleive that Jesus reign will soon come to earth, and know that this too shall p*****, it’s a sign of the times. Don’t be afraid because God is with the righteous. If this nonsense has taught me anything, it is NEVER to put my faith in an imperfect being, no matter who he is or how good his intentions may be. It has also taught me that my time has come to nuture my spirituality because if worse comes to worse, God is the only being powerful enough to overcome the “weapons” (I use this figuratively) of man.

Financial knowledge is so important. I know so many of us are suffering because of the whole subprime nonsense. Those CEOs are criminal, but with financial knowledge and power, they couldn’t get over as easily, ‘cuz one would know that taking out an adjustable rate mortgage on a $500,000 house on a $30,000 salary just doesn’t add up no matter how great the housing market is! Because looking out for business and special interests has ALWAYS been the Bush administration’s agenda. My question is, WHY ARE PEOPLE ACTING BRAND NEW, like they are surprised that the government would make this move? BUSH DOESN’T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BLACK PEOPLE!
What surprises me more is Obama throwing his support and endorsement behind this mess. I hope upon hope that this new plan does include some relief for the “Main Street” (i.e. the actual people that SPEND the money – you and me) interest as ya boy has been screaming for 3 days now.
The money does not need to be injected into the economy at the corporate level – it needs to be injected into the economy at the level where people actually consume products – again, YOU and ME. I’m not as worried about how well (or horrible) my 401K investments are doing right now – I have another 30 years to work, and by then retirement might not even be an option.
I’m more concerned about paying my bills…and that new purse I want.

The government should take the money, break up those projects they’ve invested in to put all the black people together back in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, and break that sh** up. Give poor black people a REAL place to live. So they can go to a REAL neighborhood school, not the ghetto azz school that get’s no funding. Give the kids hope, and idea of what life could really be like.
Of course this is NOT an overnight process….

SECURITY
It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.
This manual is in itself an *****og declaration of intent. Such a writing must be secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war. Furthermore, whenever any person or group of persons in a position of great power and without full knowledge and consent of the public, uses such knowledge and methodology for economic conquest — it must be understood that a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and the public.
The solution of today’s problems requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral or cultural values.
You have qualified for this project because of your ability to look at human society with cold objectivity, and yet *****yze and discuss your observations and conclusions with others of similar intellectual capacity without a loss of discretion or humility. HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION
Silent weapon technology has evolved from Operations Research (O.R.), a strategic and tactical methodology developed under the military management [Eisenhower] in England during World War II. The original purpose of Operations Research was to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land defense with the objective of effective use of limited military resources against foreign enemies (i.e., logistics).
It was soon recognized by those in positions of power that the same methods might be useful for totally controlling a society. But better tools were necessary.
Social engineering (the *****ysis and automation of a society) requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing economic information (data), so a high-speed computerized data-processing system was necessary which could race ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation.
Relay computers were too slow, but the electronic computer, invented in 1946 by J. Presper Eckert and John W. Mauchly, filled the bill.
The next breakthrough was the development of the simplex method of linear programming in 1947 by the mathematician George B. Dantzig.
Then in 1948, the transistor, invented by J. Bardeen, W. H. Brattain, and W. Shockley, promised great expansion of the computer field by reducing *****e and power requirements.
With these three inventions under their direction, those in positions of power strongly suspected that it was possible for them to control the whole world with the push of a button.
Immediately, the Rockefeller Foundation got in on the ground floor by making a four-year grant to Harvard College, funding the Harvard Economic Research Project for the study of the structure of the American economy. One year later, in 1949, the United States Air Force joined in.

In 1952 the original grant period terminated, and a high-level meeting of the elite was held to determine the next phase of social operations research. The Harvard project had been very fruitful, as is borne out by the publication of some of its results in 1953 suggesting the feasibility of economic (social) engineering. Engineered in the last half of the decade of the 1940s, the new Quiet War machine stood, so to speak, in sparkling gold-plated hardware on the showroom floor by 1954.
With the creation of the maser in 1954, the promise of unlocking unlimited sources of fusion atomic energy from the heavy hydrogen in sea water and the consequent availability of unlimited social power was a possibility only decades away.
The combination was irresistible.
The Quiet War was quietly declared by the International Elite at a meeting held in 1954.
Although the silent weapons system was nearly exposed 13 years later, the evolution of the new weapon-system has never suffered any major setbacks.
This volume marks the 25th anniversary of the beginning of the Quiet War. Already this domestic war has had many victories on many fronts throughout the world.
POLITICAL INTRODUCTION
In 1954 it was well recognized by those in positions of authority that it was only a matter of time, only a few decades, before the general public would be able to grasp and upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new silent-weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as they were for providing a private utopia.
The issue of primary concern, that of dominance, revolved around the subject of the energy sciences.
ENERGY
Energy is recognized as the key to all activity on earth. Natural science is the study of the sources and control of natural energy, and social science, theoretically expressed as economics, is the study of the sources and control of social energy. Both are bookkeeping systems: mathematics. Therefore, mathematics is the primary energy science. And the bookkeeper can be king if the public can be kept ignorant of the methodology of the bookkeeping.
All science is merely a means to an end. The means is knowledge. The end is control. Beyond this remains only one issue: Who will be the beneficiary?
In 1954 this was the issue of primary concern. Although the so-called “moral issues” were raised, in view of the law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent.
Consequently, in the interest of future world order, peace, and tranquility, it was decided to privately wage a quiet war against the American public with an ultimate objective of permanently shifting the natural and social energy (wealth) of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into the hands of the self-disciplined, responsible, and worthy few.
In order to implement this objective, it was necessary to create, secure, and apply new weapons which, as it turned out, were a cl***** of weapons so subtle and sophisticated in their principle of operation and public appearance as to earn for themselves the name “silent weapons.”
In conclusion, the objective of economic research, as conducted by the magnates of capital (banking) and the industries of commodities (goods) and services, is the establishment of an economy which is totally predictable and manipulatable.
In order to achieve a totally predictable economy, the low-cl***** elements of the society must be brought under total control, i.e., must be housebroken, trained, and *****igned a yoke and long-term social duties from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. In order to achieve such conformity, the lower-cl***** family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government-operated day-care centers for the occupationally orphaned children.
The quality of education given to the lower cl***** must be of the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior cl***** from the superior cl***** is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior cl*****. With such an initial handicap, even bright lower cl***** individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their *****igned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper cl*****.
DESCRIPTIVE INTRODUCTION OF THE SILENT WEAPON
Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning.
It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of a chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.
It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone’s daily social life.
Yet it makes an unmistakable “noise,” causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.
The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.
The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to *****ociate with others to defend themselves against it.
When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts / adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up.
Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.
THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION

Today’s silent weapons technology is an outgrowth of a simple idea discovered, succinctly expressed, and effectively applied by the quoted Mr. Mayer Amschel Rothschild. Mr. Rothschild discovered the missing p*****ive component of economic theory known as economic inductance. He, of course, did not think of his discovery in these 20th-century terms, and, to be sure, mathematical *****ysis had to wait for the Second Industrial Revolution, the rise of the theory of mechanics and electronics, and finally, the invention of the electronic computer before it could be effectively applied in the control of the world economy.
GENERAL ENERGY CONCEPTS
In the study of energy systems, there always appear three elementary concepts. These are potential energy, kinetic energy, and energy dissipation. And corresponding to these concepts, there are three idealized, essentially pure physical counterparts called p*****ive components.
(1) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of potential energy is *****ociated with a physical property called elasticity or stiffness, and can be represented by a stretched spring.
In electronic science, potential energy is stored in a capacitor instead of a spring. This property is called capacitance instead of elasticity or stiffness.
(2) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of kinetic energy is *****ociated with a physical property called inertia or m*****, and can be represented by a m***** or a flywheel in motion.
In electronic science, kinetic energy is stored in an inductor (in a magnetic field) instead of a m*****. This property is called inductance instead of inertia.
(3) In the science of physical mechanics, the phenomenon of energy dissipation is *****ociated with a physical property called friction or resistance, and can be represented by a dashpot or other device which converts system energy into heat.

In electronic science, dissipation of energy is performed by an element called either a resistor or a conductor, the term “resistor” being the one generally used to express the concept of friction, and the term “conductor” being generally used to describe a more ideal device (e.g., wire) employed to convey electronic energy efficiently from one location to another. The property of a resistance or conductor is measured as either resistance or conductance reciprocals.
In economics these three energy concepts are *****ociated with:
Economic Capacitance — Capital (money, stock/inventory, investments in buildings and durables, etc.)
Economic Conductance — Goods (production flow coefficients)
Economic Inductance — Services (the influence of the population of industry on output)
All of the mathematical theory developed in the study of one energy system (e.g., mechanics, electronics, etc.) can be immediately applied in the study of any other energy system (e.g., economics).
MR. ROTHSCHILD’S ENERGY DISCOVERY
What Mr. Rothschild had discovered was the basic principle of power, influence, and control over people as applied to economics. That principle is “when you *****ume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you.”
Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency or deposit loan accounts had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people (inductance, with people corresponding to a magnetic field) into surrendering their real wealth in exchange for a promise of greater wealth (instead of real compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange for a loan of promissory notes. Mr. Rothschild found that he could issue more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had someone’s stock of gold as a persuader to show to his customers.
Mr. Rothschild loaned his promissory notes to individuals and to governments. These would create overconfidence. Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect the collateral through the obligation of contracts. The cycle was then repeated. These pressures could be used to ignite a war. Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war. That government which agreed to give him control of its economic system got his support.
Collection of debts was guaranteed by economic aid to the enemy of the debtor. The profit derived from this economic methodology made Mr. Rothschild all the more able to extend his wealth. He found that the public greed would allow currency to be printed by government order beyond the limits (inflation) of backing in precious metal or the production of goods and services (gross national product, GNP).
APPARENT CAPITAL AS “PAPER” INDUCTOR
In this structure, credit, presented as a pure element called “currency,” has the appearance of capital, but is, in fact, negative capital. Hence, it has the appearance of service, but is, in fact, indebtedness or debt. It is therefore an economic inductance instead of an economic capacitance, and if balanced in no other way, will be balanced in no other way, will be balanced by the negation of population (war, genocide). The total goods and services represent real capital called the gross national product, and currency may be printed up to this level and still represent economic capacitance; but currency printed beyond this level is subtractive, represents the introduction of economic inductance, and constitutes notes of indebtedness.
War is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors (the public which we have taught to exchange true value for inflated currency) and falling back on whatever is left of the resources of nature and regeneration of those resources.
Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency gave him the power to rearrange the economic structure to his own advantage, to shift economic inductance to those economic positions which would encourage the greatest economic instability and oscillation.
The final key to economic control had to wait until there was sufficient data and high-speed computing equipment to keep close watch on the economic oscillations created by price shocking and excess paper energy credits — paper inductance/inflation.
BREAKTHROUGH
Thea aviation field provided the greatest evolution in economic engineering by way of the mathematical theory of shock testing. In this process, a projectile is fired from an airframe on the ground and the impulse of the recoil is monitored by vibration transducers connected to the airframe and wired to chart recorders.
By studying the echoes or reflections of the recoil impulse in the airframe, it is possible to discover critical vibrations in the structure of the airframe which either vibrations of the engine or aeolian vibrations of the wings, or a combination of the two, might reinforce resulting in a resonant self-destruction of the airframe in flight as an aircraft. From the standpoint of engineering, this means that the strengths and weaknesses of the structure of the airframe in terms of vibrational energy can be discovered and manipulated.
APPLICATION IN ECONOMICS
To use this method of airframe shock testing in economic engineering, the prices of commodities are shocked, and the public consumer reaction is monitored. The resulting echoes of the economic shock are interpreted theoretically by computers and the psycho-economic structure of the economy is discovered. It is by this process that partial differential and difference matrices are discovered that define the family household and make possible its evaluation as an economic industry (dissipative consumer structure).
Then the response of the household to future shocks can be predicted and manipulated, and society becomes a well-regulated animal with its reins under the control of a sophisticated computer-regulated social energy bookkeeping system.
Eventually every individual element of the structure comes under computer control through a knowledge of personal preferences, such knowledge guaranteed by computer *****ociation of consumer preferences (universal product code — UPC — zebra-stripe pricing codes on packages) with identified consumers (identification via *****ociation with the use of a credit card and later a permanent “tattooed” body number invisible under normal ambient illumination…
THE ECONOMIC MODEL
…The Harvard Economic Research Project (1948-) was an extension of World War II Operations Research. Its purpose was to discover the science of controlling an economy: at first the American economy, and then the world economy. It was felt that with sufficient mathematical foundation and data, it would be nearly as easy to predict and control the trend of an economy as to predict and control the trajectory of a projectile. Such has proven to be the case. Moreover, the economy has been transformed into a guided missle on target.
The immediate aim of the Harvard project was to discover the economic structure, what forces change that structure, how the behavior of the structure can be predicted, and how it can be manipulated. What was needed was a well-organized knowledge of the mathematical structures and interrelationships of investment, production, distribution, and consumption.
To make a short story of it all, it was discovered that an economy obeyed the same laws as electricity and that all of the mathematical theory and practical and computer know-how developed for the electronic field could be directly applied in the study of economics. This discovery was not openly declared, and its more subtle implications were and are kept a closely guarded secret, for example that in an economic model, human life is measured in dollars, and that the electric spark generated when opening a switch connected to an active inductor is mathematically *****ogous to the initiation of a war.
The greatest hurdle which theoretical economists faced was the accurate description of the household as an industry. This is a challenge because consumer purchases are a matter of choice which in turn is influenced by income, price, and other economic factors.
This hurdle was cleared in an indirect and statistically approximate way by an application of shock testing to determine the current characteristics, called current technical coefficients, of a household industry.

With regard to stimulus checks, I bet most people used it to catch up on bills – I know I did. And the little I was able to save has slowly dissipated…that’s right, to pay bills!
That’s why the stimulus package failed – people didn’t go out and “shop” as they were expected to – too many of us had past due bills that needed to be caught up. And for most, I’ll be that check didn’t even make a dent.
I unfortunately believe that our government does not believe education below the college level is profitable. I believe universities often get a better shot at receiving funding than our elementary-high schools. I believe the way our current system is setup that we rely to much on post secondary education and don’t give our children enough of a foundation to pursue careers.
Finally, because problems in theoretical economics can be translated very easily into problems in theoretical electronics, and the solution translated back again, it follows that only a book of language translation and concept definition needed to be written for economics. The remainder could be gotten from standard works on mathematics and electronics. this makes the publication of books on advanced economics unnecessary, and greatly simplifies project security.
INDUSTRIAL DIAGRAMS
An ideal industry is defined as a device which receives value from other industries in several forms and converts into one specific product for sales and distribution to other industries. It has several inputs and one output. What the public normally thinks of as one industry is really an industrial complex where several industries under one roof produce one or more products…
THREE INDUSTRIAL CL*****ES
Industries fall into three categories or cl*****es by type of output:
Cl***** #1 – Capital (resources)
Cl***** #2 – Goods (commodities or use — dissipative)
Cl***** #3 – Services (action of population)
Cl***** #1 has three sub-cl*****es:
Nature – sources of energy and raw materials.
Government – printing of currency equal to gross national product (GNP), and extension (inflation) of currency in excess of GNP.
Banking – loaning of money for interest, and extension (inflation / counterfeiting) of economic value through deposit loan accounts.
Cl***** #2 industries exist as producers of tangible or consumer (dissipated) products. This sort of activity is usually recognized and labeled by the public as an “industry.”
Cl***** #3 industries are those which have service rather than a tangible product as their output. These industries are called (1) households, and (2) governments. Their output is human activity of a mechanical sort, and their basis is population.
AGGREGATION
The whole economic system can be represented by a three-industry model if one allows the names of the outputs to be (1) capital, (2) goods, and (3) services. The problem with this representation is that it would not show the influence of , say, the textile industry on the ferrous metal industry. This is because both the textile industry and the ferrous metal industry would be contained within a single cl*****ification called the “goods industry” and by this process of combining or aggregating these two industries under one system block they would lose their economic individuality.
THE E-MODEL
A national economy consists of simultaneous flows of production, distribution, consumption, and investment. If all of these elements including labor and human functions are *****igned a numerical value in like units of measure, say, 1939 dollars, then this flow can be further represented by a current flow in an electronic circuit, and its behavior can be predicted and manipulated with useful precision.
The three ideal p*****ive energy components of electronics, the capacitor, the resistor, and the inductor correspond to the three ideal p*****ive energy components of economics called the pure industries of capital, goods, and services, respectively.
Economic capacitance represents the storage of capital in one form or another.
Economic conductance represents the level of conductance of materials for the production of goods.
Economic inductance represents the inertia of economic value in motion. This is a population phenomenon known as services.
ECONOMIC INDUCTANCE
An electrical inductor (e.g., a coil of wire) has an electric current as its primary phenomenon and a magnetic field as its secondary phenomenon (inertia). Corresponding to this, and economic inductor has a flow of economic value as its primary phenomenon and a population field as its secondary phenomenon of inertia. When the flow of economic value (e.g., money) diminishes, the human population field collapses in order to keep the economic value (money) flowing (extreme case — war).
This public inertia is a result of consumer buying habits, expected standard of living, etc., and is generally a phenomenon of self- preservation.

Foresight flow is the result of that property of living entities to cause energy (food) to be stored for a period of low energy (e.g., a winter season). It consists of demands made upon an economic system for that period of low energy (winter season).

In a production industry it takes several forms, one of which is known as a production stock or inventory. In electronic symbology this specific industry demand (a pure capital industry) is represented by capacitance and the stock or resource is represented by a stored charge. Satisfaction of an industry demand suffers a lag because of the loading effect of inventory priorities.
Present flow ideally involves no delays. It is, so to speak, input today for output today, a “hand to mouth” flow. In electronic symbology, this specific industry demand (a pure use industry) is represented by a conductance which is then a simple economic valve (a dissipative element).
Hindsight flow is known as habit or inertia. In electronics this phenomenon is the characteristic of an inductor (economic *****og = a pure service industry) in which a current flow (economic *****og = flow of money) creates a magnetic field (economic *****og = active human population) which, if the current (money flow) begins to diminish, collapse (war) to maintain the current (flow of money — energy).
Other large alternatives to war as economic inductors or economic flywheels are an open-ended social welfare program, or an enormous (but fruitful) open-ended *****e program.
The problem of stabilizing the economic system is that there is too much demand on account of (1) too much greed and (2) too much population.
This creates excessive economic inductance which can only be balanced with economic capacitance (true resources or value — e.g., in goods or services).
The social welfare program is nothing more than an open-ended credit balance system which creates a false capital industry to give nonproductive people a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs. This can be useful, however, because the recipients become state property in return for the “gift,” a standing army for the elite. for he who pays the piper picks the tune.
Those who get hooked on the economic drug, must go to the elite for a fix. In this, the method of introducing large amounts of stabilizing capacitance is by borrowing on the future “credit” of the world. This is a fourth law of motion — onset, and consists of performing an action and leaving the system before the reflected reaction returns to the point of action — a delayed reaction.
The means of surviving the reaction is by changing the system before the reaction can return. By this means, politicians become popular in their own time and the public pays for it later. In fact, the measure of such a politician is the delay time.
The same thing is achieved by a government by printing money beyond the limit of the gross national product, an economic process called inflation. This puts a large quantity of money into the hands of the public and maintains a balance against their greed, creates a false self-confidence in them and, for awhile, stays the wolf from the door.
They must eventually resort to war to balance the account, because war ultimately is merely the act of destroying the creditor, and the politicians are the publicly hired hit men that justify the act to keep the responsibility and blood off the public conscience. If the people really cared about their fellow man, they would control their appetites (greed, procreation, etc.) so that they would not have to operate on a credit or welfare social system which steals from the worker to satisfy the bum.
Since most of the general public will not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to reduce the economic inductance of the system.
(1) Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in a war, which will only result in a total destruction of the living earth.
(2) Take control of the world by the use of economic “silent weapons” in a form of “quiet warfare” and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide.
The latter option has been taken as the obviously better option. At this point it should be crystal clear to the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is necessary. The general public refuses to improve its own mentality and its faith in its fellow man. It has become a heard of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth.
They do not care enough about economic science to learn why they have not been able to avoid war despite religious morality, and their religious or self-gratifying refusal to deal with earthly problems renders the solution of the earthly problem unreachable by them.
It is left to those few who are truly willing to think and survive as the fittest to survive, to solve the problem for themselves as the few who really care. Otherwise, exposure of the silent weapon would destroy our only hope of preserving the seed of future true humanity…
THE HOUSEHOLD INDUSTRY
The industries of finance (banking), manufacturing, and government, real counterparts of the pure industries of capital, goods, and services, are easily defined because they are generally logically structured. Because of this their processes can be described mathematically and their technical coefficients can be easily deduced. This, however, is not the case with the service industry known as the household industry.
HOUSEHOLD MODELS
…The problem which a theoretical economist faces is that the consumer preferences of any household is not easily predictable and the technical coefficients of any one household tend to be a nonlinear, very complex, and variable function of income, prices, etc.
Computer information derived from the use of the universal product code in conjunction with credit-card purchase as an individual household identifier could change this state of affairs, but the U.P.C. method is not yet available on a national or even a significant regional scale. To compensate for this data deficiency, an alternate indirect approach of *****ysis has been adopted known as economic shock testing. This method, widely used in the aircraft manufacturing industry, develops an aggregate statistical sort of data.
Applied to economics, this means that all of the households in one region or in the whole nation are studied as a group or cl***** rather than individually, and the m***** behavior rather than individual behavior is used to discover useful estimates of the technical coefficients governing the economic structure of the hypothetical single-household industry…
One method of evaluating the technical coefficients of the household industry depends upon shocking the prices of a commodity and noting the changes in the sales of all the commodities.
ECONOMIC SHOCK TESTING
In recent times, the application of Operations Research to the study of the public economy has been obvious for anyone who understands the principles of shock testing.
In the shock testing of an aircraft airframe, the recoil impulse of firing a gun mounted on that airframe causes shock waves in that structure which tell aviation engineers the conditions under which parts of the airplane or the whole airplane or its wings will start to vibrate or flutter like a guitar string, a flute reed, or a tuning fork, and disintegrate or fall apart in flight.
Economic engineers achieve the same result in studying the behavior of the economy and the consumer public by carefully selecting a staple commodity such as beef, coffee, gasoline, or sugar, and then causing a sudden change or shock in its price or availability, thus kicking everybody’s budget and buying habits out of shape.
They then observe the shock waves which result by monitoring the changes in advertising, prices, and sales of that and other commodities.
The objective of such studies is to acquire the know-how to set the public economy into a predictable state of motion or change, even a controlled self-destructive state of motion which will convince the public that certain “expert” people should take control of the money system and reestablish security (rather than liberty and justice) for all. When they subject citizens are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they, of course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap labor.

I hear ya. Like I said earlier, this is not an overnight process. BUT!
Let’s start from scratch. Many black folks don’t have, or have never had wealth. How can we teach them to preserve it when they’re barely learning to save the little bit of money they’re making? They stay in the hood, around the same people who spend all their money, and their kids will do the same, never learning what means to save. Cause they’re stuck in the same cycle. And they go to the local neighborhood school, which is filled with kids with the same issues.
Put them in a REAL school, with diversity not only just as far as skin tone, but middle cl*****, lower cl*****, and upper cl***** students, and there is inspiration. There is a way OUT.
Not only the prices of commodities, but also the availability of labor can be used as the means of shock testing. Labor strikes deliver excellent test shocks to an economy, especially in the critical service areas of trucking (transportation), communication, public utilities (energy, water, garbage collection), etc.
By shock testing, it is found that there is a direct relationship between the availability of money flowing in an economy and the psychological outlook and response of m*****es of people dependent upon that availability.
For example, there is a measurable quantitative relationship between the price of gasoline and the probability that a person would experience a headache, feel a need to watch a violent movie, smoke a cigarette, or go to the tavern for a mug of beer.
It is most interesting that, by observing and measuring the economic modes by which the public tries to run from their problems and escape from reality, and by applying the mathematical theory of Operations Research, it is possible to program computers to predict the most probable combination of created events (shocks) which will bring about a complete control and subjugation of the public thru a subversion of the public economy (by shaking the plum tree)…
INTRODUCTION TO ECONOMIC AMPLIFIERS
Economic amplifiers are the active components of economic engineering. The basic characteristic of any amplifier (mechanical, electrical, or economic) is that it receives an input control signal and delivers energy from an independent energy source to a specified output terminal in a predictable relationship to that input control signal.
The simplest form of economic amplifier is a device called advertising.
If a person is spoken to by a T.V. advertiser as if he were a twelve- year-old, then, due to suggestibility, he will, with a certain probability, respond or react to that suggestion with the uncritical response of a twelve-year-old and will reach into his economic reservoir and deliver its energy to buy that product on impulse when he p*****es it in the store.
An economic amplifier may have several inputs and outputs. Its response might be instantaneous or delayed. Its circuit symbol might e a rotary switch if its options are exclusive, qualitative, or “go” or “no go,” or it might have its parametric input / output relationships specified by a matrix with internal energy sources represented.
Whatever its form might be, its purpose is to govern the flow of energy from a source to an output sink in direct relationship to an input control signal. For this reason, it is called an active circuit element or component.
Economic Amplifiers fall into cl*****es called strategies, and, in comparison with electronic amplifiers, the specific internal functions of an economic amplifier are called logistical instead of electrical.

DIVERSION, THE PRIMARY STRATEGY
Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.
This is achieved by:
(1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.
(2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:
(a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media — especially the T.V. and the newspapers.
(b) giving them what they desire — in excess — “junk food for thought” — and depriving them of what they really need.
(3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.
These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology.
The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.
DIVERSION SUMMARY
Media: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance.
Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real history.
Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.

CONSENT, THE PRIMARY VICTORY
A silent weapon system operates upon data obtained from a docile public by legal (but not always lawful) force. Much information is made available to silent weapon systems programmers through the Internal Revenue Service. (See Studies in the Structure of the American Economy for an I.R.S. source list.)
This information consists of the enforced delivery of well-organized data contained in federal and state tax forms collected, *****embled, and submitted by slave labor provided by taxpayers and employers.
Furthermore, the number of such forms submitted to the I.R.S. is a useful indicator of public consent, an important factor in strategic decision making. Other data sources are given in the Short List of Inputs.
Consent Coefficients — numerical feedback indicating victory status. Psychological basis: When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government.
AMPLIFICATION ENERGY SOURCES
The next step in the process of designing an economic amplifier is discovering the energy sources. The energy sources which support any primitive economic system are, of course, a supply of raw materials, and the consent of the people to labor and consequently *****ume a certain rank, position, level, or cl***** in the social structure; i.e., to provide labor at various levels in the pecking order.
Each cl*****, in guaranteeing its own level of income, controls the cl***** immediately below it, hence preserves the cl***** structure. This provides stability and security, but also government from the top.
As time goes on and communication and education improve, the lower- cl***** elements of the social labor structure become knowledgeable and envious of the good things that the upper-cl***** members have. They also begin to attain a knowledge of energy systems and the ability to enforce their rise through the cl***** structure.
This threatens the sovereignty of the elite.
If this rise of the lower cl*****es can be postponed long enough, the elite can achieve energy dominance, and labor by consent no longer will hold a position of an essential economic energy source.
Until such energy dominance is absolutely established, the consent of people to labor and let others handle their affairs must be taken into consideration, since failure to do so could cause the people to interfere in the final transfer of energy sources to the control of the elite.
It is essential to recognize that at this time, public consent is still an essential key to the release of energy in the process of economic amplification.
Therefore, consent as an energy release mechanism will now be considered.
LOGISTICS
The successful application of a strategy requires a careful study of inputs, outputs, the strategy connecting the inputs and the outputs, and the available energy sources to fuel the strategy. This study is called logistics.
A logistical problem is studied at the elementary level first, and then levels of greater complexity are studied as a synthesis of elementary factors.
This means that a given system is *****yzed, i.e., broken down into its subsystems, and these in turn are *****yzed, until, by this process, one arrives at the logistical “atom,” the individual.
This is where the process of synthesis properly begins, and at the time of the birth of the individual.
THE ARTIFICIAL WOMB
From the time a person leaves its mother’s womb, its every effort is directed toward building, maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various sorts of substitute protective devices or shells.
The objective of these artificial wombs is to provide a stable environment for both stable and unstable activity; to provide a shelter for the evolutionary processes of growth and maturity — i.e., survival; to provide security for freedom and to provide defensive protection for offensive activity.
This is equally true of both the general public and the elite. However, there is a definite difference in the way each of these cl*****es go about the solution of problems.
THE POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF A NATION — DEPENDENCY
The primary reason why the individual citizens of a country create a political structure is a subconscious wish or desire to perpetuate their own dependency relationship of childhood. Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table, clothe their bodies, tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that everything will be alright when they wake up in the morning.
This public demand is incredible, so the human god, the politician, meets incredibility with incredibility by promising the world and delivering nothing. So who is the bigger liar? the public? or the “godfather”?
This public behavior is surrender born of fear, laziness, and expediency. It is the basis of the welfare state as a strategic weapon, useful against a disgusting public.
ACTION / OFFENSE
Most people want to be able to subdue and/or kill other human beings which disturb their daily lives, but they do not want to have to cope with the moral and religious issues which such an overt act on their part might raise. Therefore, they *****ign the dirty work to others (including their own children) so as to keep the blood off their own hands. They rave about the humane treatment of animals and then sit down to a delicious hamburger from a whitewashed slaughterhouse down the street and out of sight. But even more hypocritical, they pay taxes to finance a professional *****ociation of hit men collectively called politicians, and then complain about corruption in government.
RESPONSIBILITY
Again, most people want to be free to do things (to explore, etc.) but they are afraid to fail.
The fear of failure is manifested in irresponsibility, and especially in delegating those personal responsibilities to others where success is uncertain or carries possible or created liabilities (law) which the person is not prepared to accept. They want authority (root word — “author”), but they will not accept responsibility or liability. So they hire politicians to face reality for them.
SUMMARY
The people hire the politicians so that the people can:
obtain security without managing it.
obtain action without thinking about it.
inflict theft, injury, and death upon others without having to contemplate either life or death.
avoid responsibility for their own intentions.
obtain the benefits of reality and science without exerting themselves in the discipline of facing or learning either of these things.
They give the politicians the power to create and manage a war machine to:
provide for the survival of the nation/womb.
prevent encroachment of anything upon the nation/womb.
destroy the enemy who threatens the nation/womb.
destroy those citizens of their own country who do not conform for the sake of stability of the nation/womb.

(As military service)
Few efforts of human behavior modification are more remarkable or more effective than that of the socio-military institution known as the draft. A primary purpose of the draft or other such institution is to instill, by intimidation, in the young males of a society the uncritical conviction that the government is omnipotent. He is soon taught that a prayer is slow to reverse what a bullet can do in an instant. Thus, a man trained in a religious environment for eighteen years of his life can, by this instrument of the government, be broken down, be purged of his fantasies and delusions in a matter of mere months. Once that conviction is instilled, all else becomes easy to instill.
Even more interesting is the process by which a young man’s parents, who purportedly love him, can be induced to send him off to war to his death. Although the scope of this work will not allow this matter to be expanded in full detail, nevertheless, a co***** overview will be possible and can serve to reveal those factors which must be included in some numerical form in a computer *****ysis of social and war systems.
We begin with a tentative definition of the draft. The draft (selective service, etc.) is an institution of compulsory collective sacrifice and slavery, devised by the middle-aged and the elderly for the purpose of pressing the young into doing the public dirty work. It further serves to make the youth as guilty as the elders, thus making criticism of the elders by the youth less likely (Generational Stabilizer). It is marketed and sold to the public under the label of “patriotic = national” service.
Once a candid economic definition of the draft is achieved, that definition is used to outline the boundaries of a structure called a Human Value System, which in turn is translated into the terms of game theory. The value of such a slave laborer is given in a Table of Human Values, a table broken down into categories by intellect, experience, post-service job demand, etc.
Some of these categories are ordinary and can be tentatively evaluated in terms of the value of certain jobs for which a known fee exists. Some jobs are harder to value because they are unique to the demands of social subversion, for an extreme example: the value of a mother’s instruction to her daughter, causing that daughter to put certain behavioral demands upon a future husband ten or fifteen years hence; thus, by suppressing his resistance to a perversion of a government, making it easier for a banking cartel to buy the State of New York in, say, twenty years.
Such a problem leans heavily upon the observations and data of wartime espionage and many types of psychological testing. But crude mathematical models (algorithms, etc.) can be devised, if not to predict, at least to predetermine these events with maximum certainty. What does not exist by natural cooperation is thus enhanced by calculated compulsion. Human beings are machines, levers which may be grasped and turned, and there is little real difference between automating a society and automating a show factory.
These derived values are variable. (It is necessary to use a current Table of Human Values for computer *****ysis.) These values are given in true measure rather than U.S. dollars, since the latter is unstable, being presently inflated beyond the production of national goods and services so as to give the economy a false kinetic energy (“paper” inductance).
The silver value is stable, it being possible to buy the same amount with a gram of silver today as could be bought in 1920. Human value measured in silver units changes slightly due to changes in production technology.
ENFORCEMENT
FACTOR I
As in every social system approach, stability is achieved only by understanding and accounting for human nature (action / reaction patterns). A failure to do so can be, and usually is, disastrous.
As in other human social schemes, one form or another of intimidation (or incentive) is essential to the success of the draft. Physical principles of action and reaction must be applied to both internal and external subsystems.
To secure the draft, individual brainwashing / programming and both the family unit and the peer group must be engaged and brought under control.
FACTOR II — FATHER
The man of the household must be housebroken to ensure that junior will grow up with the right social training and attitudes. The advertising media, etc., are engaged to see to it that father-to-be is *****-whipped before or by the time he is married. He is taught that he either conforms to the social notch cut out for him or his sex life will be hobbled and his tender companionship will be zero. He is made to see that women demand security more than logical, principled, or honorable behavior.
By the time his son must go to war, father (with jelly for a backbone) will slam a gun into junior’s hand before father will risk the censure of his peers, or make a hypocrite of himself by crossing the investment he has in his own personal opinion or self-esteem. Junior will go to war or father will be embarr*****ed. So junior will go to war, the true purpose not withstanding.
FACTOR III — MOTHER
The female element of human society is ruled by emotion first and logic second. In the battle between logic and imagination, imagination always wins, fantasy prevails, maternal instinct dominates so that the child comes first and the future comes second. A woman with a newborn baby is too starry-eyed to see a wealthy man’s cannon fodder or a cheap source of slave labor. A woman must, however, be conditioned to accept the transition to “reality” when it comes, or sooner.
As the transition becomes more difficult to manage, the family unit must be carefully disintegrated, and state-controlled public education and state-operated child-care centers must become more common and legally enforced so as to begin the detachment of the child from the mother and father at an earlier age. Inoculation of behavioral drugs can speed the transition for the child (mandatory). CAUTION: A woman’s impulsive anger can override her fear. An irate woman’s power must never be underestimated, and her power over a *****-whipped husband must likewise never be underestimated. It got women the vote in 1920.
FACTOR IV — JUNIOR
The emotional pressure for self-preservation during time of war and the self-serving attitude of the common herd that have an option to avoid the battlefield — if junior can be persuaded to go — is all of the pressure finally necessary to propel Johnny off to war. Their quiet blackmailings of him are the threats: “No sacrifice, no friends; no glory, no girlfriends.”
FACTOR V — SISTER
And what about junior’s sister? She is given all the good things of life by her father, and taught to expect the same from her future husband regardless of the price.
FACTOR VI — CATTLE
Those who will not use their brains are no better off than those who have no brains, and so this mindless school of jelly-fish, father, mother, son, and daughter, become useful beasts of burden or trainers of the same.

Let’s start from scratch. Many black folks don’t have, or have never had wealth. How can we teach them to preserve it when they’re barely learning to save the little bit of money they’re making? They stay in the hood, around the same people who spend all their money, and their kids will do the same, never learning what means to save. Cause they’re stuck in the same cycle. And they go to the local neighborhood school, which is filled with kids with the same issues.
Put them in a REAL school, with diversity not only just as far as skin tone, but middle cl*****, lower cl*****, and upper cl***** students, and there is inspiration. There is a way OUT.

I believe the key word is culture. I have said to my boyfriend, who strongly disagrees, that Black Americans have no real culture, we’ve made a lot of changes and some progress since coming to America, but nothing like Jews who’ve had century upon century of culture. We were given our names, given a religion, etc.
I know many people may not agree, but it’s what I feel. We’re a young culture in a young country that is constantly looking for our definition. We don’t have many traditions to go back on to dictate how we’ll handle our money and take care of ourselves and each other.

The government could invest all the money they want in the “hood”. It still would not help. People would have to change their mentality first. Whenever black people, and this is true cause I have seen it, receive any type of money from the government, they want to buy coach bags, or expensive designer clothes. When instead they should try investing in education, or obtaining better productive enviornments for their children. I’m so tried of the government taking money out of my hard-earned check each month to pay for people who refuse to help themselves. I am tired of the excuses. No, it is not easy to better yourself, but it is worth and it can be done.

I have said to my boyfriend, who strongly disagrees, that Black Americans have no real culture, we’ve made a lot of changes and some progress since coming to America, but nothing like Jews who’ve had century upon century of culture. We were given our names, given a religion, etc.
I know many people may not agree, but it’s what I feel. We’re a young culture in a young country that is constantly looking for our definition. We don’t have many traditions to go back on to dictate how we’ll handle our money and take care of ourselves and each other.

I respectfully disagree with this..the problem will not be solved if people are running away from the problem and not attacking it head on. A lot of parents go above and beyond to have their kids go to “good schools” and will continue to walk past a school they’ve dubbed bad and not do anything to resolve the issue..if they do what u suggest we will end up with an even bigger issue then what we have now..even more crowded schools because everyone wants to put their kids in that same “good school” until there are no schools left except for one. The schools that are bad need the same attention the schools known as good get or there will be no schools at all

While I don’t agree with your language, I agree with your point. I grew up in the inner city and watched people of all races run our old neighborhoods into the ground. It’s not just a black thing, white folks will tear some property up and just ABANDON it, black folks will at least try to hold on to the worst of homes because it’s all they have.
My grandmother is on her neighborhood committe, and they’ve given up on trying to get people to come to meetings. They still advertise them and send out the minutes to the families in the subdivision, but those people don’t care. They don’t report crimes, they allow their children to litter and don’t send them to school the first few days. As soon as they’re p*****ed over for something from the city, they want to cry foul and racism.
The difference between the hood and a lot of inner city neighborhoods that flourish is maintenance and education. My family was one of the first black families in our area and we maintain the houses my relatives live in and the ones we rent. We will not rent to people with a spotty rental history, certain criminal offenses, and actually have had Section 8 try to come down on us for rejecting people.
My grandmother told one of the Section 8 lawyers that was helping a family we rejected with their lawsuit against us for discrimination because we ended up renting the house to an elderly white couple that had their grandchildren. My grandmother (who didn’t even go to college and grew up in the back of the woods) walked into court with letters from their previous landlords and even criminal information she found online. She told the judge that her understanding was that Section 8 was to help families, not let them build crack dens and bootleg daycares.
The Section 8 people will only put families in certain neighborhoods, and my family isn’t down with that. We have single mothers, barely employed families looking to start over, etc. living in our homes. If you come to us because Section 8 referred you after your last landlord kicked you out for drugs, property destruction, or your kids were throwing truant parties, you need to find one of these landlords that lives in the burbs and doesn’t see their property everyday.

If any of you were really paying attention, the fact that Obama and McCain released a joint statement yesterday regarding the serious condition our banking system and the fact that something needs to be done and fast, you would realize that EVERYONE should be very scared.
Think about it, we are 6 weeks away from the election and these two are taking a break from fighting each other in order to to come together on this issue. This is SERIOUS yall.
We can say they don’t care about this and that but the truth is that when you step back and look at how we ended up in this situation, GREED from across the board in how.
1. The government from both parties encouraged americans to buy homes and they bragged about how home ownership in this country had never been higher. They collected property taxes on all these inflated homes for years and never complained. The collected taxes and fees for building permits for all of the new homes that were being built and then collected taxes when all of these homes were being bought and sold. What did the state and local governments do with that increased tax revenue?
2. The banks and government made mistakes in altering the requirements that americans needed to meet in order to buy these homes. Low interest rates, no money down loans, no do*****entation loans are all responsible for this situation.
So both government and wall street are to blame for this mess but lets not forget about the citizens of main street as well.
3. People also became greedy as well. Buying too much house. Refinancing and obtaining home equity loans and using that money to buy cars and all kinds of crap. Real estate agents pushing clients into these homes so they could get that large commission.
There is enough blame to go around but the main issue is that this problem with the banking system will hurt EVERYONE and this is what we need to understand as a nation.
What people need to understand is that if they don’t fix the problem with the banks and improve the banks ability to lend money we are all *****ED.

I’m going to have to agree with you on this. I grew up in prep schools, and the alumni from 20-30 years back were saying the schools get easier and easier with each generation. We’re now being taught more technology, but not the same math, English, social studies, etc.
Schools, like colleges, were originally meant as a way to educate royals for the world stage. That’s why I don’t agree with everyone saying college needs to be made more affordable. The US gov’t is to only provide us education from kindergarten to 12th grade. College was created for the wealthy, not for everyman.
I think about all the “black people” who have made a difference and have managed to prosper in this society from Fredrick Douglas to today and it seems to me that one of the common threads amongst all of them is that they weren’t willing to just sit back and accept the lie nor give it any credence and just kept it moving regardless of the obstacles they faced.

In order for people to understand they have to have an interest in learning about how the world works.
This is a difficult thing for alot of us to do because speaking as a black man, we have to learn the game from two different perspectives. It calls for you to learn the rules of the game and then learn a different set of rules as they apply to a black man.
Then the most difficult of all is being able to apply both sets of rules in proper context. Alot of us are not willing to do that.

I’ve seen so many of my homeboys and homegirls go down by violence or legal trouble. So I kept it real as hell when I decided at 18 to get out on my own and do something with my life. I left the hood when I was 18 (6 yrs ago), but I went back a few months ago to visit my old friends. I bull***** you not, they were still doing the same ***** we been doing since I was 15. They just all had kids of their own to join them. They wouldn’t even talk to me because “I have an uppity job”. At the end of the day (uppity job or not) I know that I’m laying my head in my own bed, and not one in my parents’ house. That’s about as real as it gets to me.

But why come back, when you are actually looked down up because you have an education or can actually read a book, or even perhaps intrested in other things besides finding a rich babby daddy, or club hopping. I grew up in a down out area, yet I sought education and I am now an attorney. I act no differently now than I did than, however, I am the one who is acutally looked down upon whenever I chose to go back.
To go back would be the opposite of uplifitng and down right depressing. We can’t make people change they actually have to want to change.

I know how you feel becaus the two times I went home this year the same people going in and out of jail and the same ones still hanging out and laying up. They ones who got out stayed out visit but keep it going. How do we break the cycle that some of our freind and family allowed themselves to stay in. We all know the issues now how do we fix it. I face that problem since I was in the hood. I talked differnt. I listened too all types of music and I always walked home reading a book. I knew I was going to college because my parents did. I would help younger kids with their homework and would help the elder people of my neighborhood. People will call me what they want but I loved being different. I go home now and take my friends kids that live in the hood to cultrual events. Show them I am sucessful and I didnt do it by childsupport welfare or sliding down a pole. I struggled and went to school. I show them all the time if you dont work hard and be Disciplined you wont have anything in this country.
I try to stay away from the black women stero type as much as possible. But you know what no one could call me a sell out because I know myself and I know who I am and where I came from. No black person can tell me that. If I am a sell out so what I dont care. I agree I am just like you. I am a single mother and I do for myself. The change starts at home. It starts with you. I do go back to the hood so the little kids can see that is ok to be different and that you can accomplish something and make it out. You dont have to play sports or sing tho have something. Sometime to inspire a young mind will do it. Some need someone to hold their hand as a child to make it thru. I cant do that for every kid but I can for my son. I can show some kids in the hood things they have never seen. It is not all about you sometimes. I learned that having a son that is not all about me. That little boy who is the same age as my son might grow up to be the one to cause harm to me or him if someone doesnt guide him now. As many children as I can inspire I will or be someone that they know that has made it not someone they read about or heard about. I want to be that tangeble thing.
The problem with the economy does rest largely on the shoulders of the current administration, the greedy banks, mortgage, and investment firms, but also the american people because we have to become more financially savy and understand that when a deal sounds too good to be true, such as buying a 500k house with a 30k a year job, it is too good to be true. We need to become more financially savy because the banks and credit card companies know exactly what to do to make their money, and that’s get people into debt and paying ridiculous fees and interest rates for ***** we couldn’t afford in the first place.
As for the “hood”, when will we realize that as much as some may hope, the great white knight is not going to come in and rescue us and clean it up for us. We as black people may or may not have created the problems affecting the black community, but the only way to clean up the hood and our people in trouble is to do it ourselves. I don’t know what to do girl… I went home and some of my closest friends were looking at me like I was the enemy. A lot of people don’t realize that they can be their own worst enemy. Sadly, I started talking about the election and asking if they were going to vote, and they all went off like I was insulting them. It’s a real sad sight, and I realize that it’s so hard to help those who are so content with their situation. These are people I once looked up to, and now I can’t even help them. That’s a cycle that I’m afraid can’t be broken. Until they want more, they will be stuck. Let me explain something to you my friend and please read with an open mind.
The reason this 700 billion is needed is because the banks are holding a bunch of mortgages that are at high risk of going into default.
In order for our economy to function properly banks need to lend to each other and they need to lend to both small and large businesses and they need to lend to us.
Because they have some of these bad mortgages on their books, banks do not want to lend money too each other. As a result, they also don’t want to lend money to businesses or to citizens.
When this happens, it then becomes easy to see how we are all connected to wall street. Think about it. If it is too hard to obtain credit to buy a home, then home prices continue to fall. If people can’t obtain car loans, then less cars are sold and auto workers get laid off because they don’t need to produce as much.
When small business owners can’t obtain credit to expand their businesses, or in some cases to finance payroll, then less jobs are created and in some cases jobs are lost. As the economy stops creating jobs and starts losing jobs, people stop spending money and this leads to more job losses.
The goal of the 700 billion is for the us gov to purchase the bad debt that the citizens of the country took out in mortgages and home equity loans, and sit on these loans until the housing market and economy settles down and these loans can then be resold back into the market.
There is no point in boo hooing about how the country should not run on credit, because credit has and will always be around and a necessary part of life. It is what it is and unless the government does something to improve the flow of credit in this country we are in deep trouble
Racism on the other hand, although a part of the system, is a mechanism that was set in place by those in power to stay in power and was used as a means of control to hold “everybody” else down. If you had the power would you want to relinquish that power or stay in power?.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told Congress Tuesday the government should pay more than “fire-sale” prices for the toxic *****ets it would acquire under a proposed $700 billion bailout plan. That could mean both higher initial costs for taxpayers and reduced returns when the *****ets are later resold.
Bernanke’s comment was the first indication of how he and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson are thinking about formulating the rescue plan’s medicine in a way that doesn’t kill the patients. Requiring banks and other financial institutions to sell troubled loans and other *****ets anywhere close to recent sales prices of only a few cents on the dollar could wipe out the net worth of many and lead to a new wave of bank failures.
The Fed chairman said he favors buying the *****ets based on their “hold-to-maturity” value, which would require an estimate to be made of what each security will eventually be worth as payments come in over the years.
“If the Treasury bids for and then buys *****ets at a price close to the hold-to-maturity price, there will be substantial benefits,” Bernanke told the Senate Banking Committee. “First, banks will have a basis for valuing those *****ets and will not have to use fire-sale prices. Draft Rescue Bill Bars Court Review, Riling Lawmakers
If the Bush administration has its way, anyone harmed by the Treasury Department’s handling of the $700 billion Wall Street bailout might have no remedy.
Draft legislation proposes sweeping powers for Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to buy and sell mortgage-related securities however he sees fit. Aside from requiring periodic reports to Congress, the bill provides no oversight of the bailout’s management — and specifically bars any court or agency from reviewing it.
Congressional Democrats said they were wary of handing a lame-duck administration what one aide called a “blank check.”
House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr. (D., Mich.) “is very concerned about the breadth of the draft language, and we are working to insure that reasonable limits are included,” a committee staffer said.
The effort to block court review reminded some congressional staffers of the Bush administration’s response to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, when it issued language and took steps to keep judges from second-guessing decisions about wiretapping and detention of suspected enemy agents.

I agree we have come a long way but we could do so much better with proper and equal education..Look at our contributions to the scienes, math and medicine that we don’e even get credit for and we was doing that back in the day with little or no technology..The system gives us enough to get by but not enough to be equal..And you’re so right the white man is prospering while our black shools go to hell the drop out rate for young blacks are at around 50%, just like he prospers off all of the crack, cocain, and heroine that he floods our neighborhoods with to help us destroy our own..I do bleieve that the system is designed for our failure, but the strong survive, those of us who have a sound mind, a desire to learn and rise above being a statistic or the trap that he set, while the uneducated, misguided poor and ignorant walk right into it with their eyes wide open.

Let’s climb aboard the wayback machine and travel to 1999. It is the end of the Clinton administration and U.S. Treasury Secretary Larry Summers is ebullient. He claims for “first time in 25 years, the US Government plans to reduce the size of the national debt,” according to the BBC. “The news represents a transformation of the US budget position, after struggling with huge deficits for most of the last decade.”
In order to demonstrate this fantasy, the Congressional Budget Office releases a chart. It supposedly projects debt reduction upon the magical appearance of surpluses, sort of like manna falling from heaven. It is a chart appropriate for a new edition of Brothers Grimm fairy tales.
“The proposal comes as Democrats and Republicans squabble over what to do with the growing US budget surplus,” the BBC continues.
Last year, the government had a surplus of $69.2 billion, a total which is likely to be exceeded this year. It is the first time since 1957 that the US has had two consecutive years of budget surplus.
Official projections suggest trillions of dollars in budget surpluses over the next 15 years, boosted by a strong economy and strict controls on spending.
Actually, if we invert the chart we get a better idea of what really happened. Moreover, the Clinton White House and the Treasury, led by the free trader — as in unrestrained and unchecked transnational corporate looting — and World Bank globalist Larry Summers, were blowing smoke out of a certain orifice. It was all smoke and mirrors, designed to fool the easily fooled public, that is to say those bothering to pay attention.
Clinton said he was paying down the debt and his scheme would continue to do so. In fact, the national debt continued to go up like a roman candle. Consider the following chart, produced by U.S. Treasury.

Clinton never produced a surplus, as die hard Democrats like to claim, thus the globalist Summers’ projections were pure nonsense. “As can clearly be seen, in no year did the national debt go down, nor did Clinton leave President Bush with a budget surplus that Bush subsequently turned into a deficit,” writes the Lexta website. “As is usually the case in claims such as this, it has to do with Washington doublespeak and political smoke and mirrors.”
When Clinton (and others) said that he had paid down the national debt, that was patently false — as can be seen, the national debt went up every single year. What Clinton did do was pay down the public debt — notice that the claimed surplus is relatively close to the decrease in the public debt for those years. But he paid down the public debt by borrowing far more money in the form of intergovernmental holdings.
How did Clinton make it look like he lorded over a surplus? He took the money from intergovernmental holdings, more specifically Social Security. As the chart below demonstrates, the public debt went down and the intergovernmental holdings went up each year by a far greater amount and the total national debt (which is public debt + intergovernmental holdings) went up. It was a slimy premeditated lie that went over big in the corporate media at the time. Democrats to this day insist Clinton created a surplus, only to be squandered by Bush.

“The net effect was that the national debt most definitely did not get paid down because we did not have a surplus. The government just covered its deficit by borrowing money from Social Security rather than the public,” concludes Lextra.
So, the lesson here is that government not only steals — in the above case, from Social Security — but it will invariably tell big whopper lies to make you think things are peachy keen when in fact they are just the opposite.
For instance, the Banker Party expects us to believe bailing out their criminal mega-klepto friends will save the economy. In fact, all this will do is add an immense weight to the national debt, already straining at the seams, due in large part to neocon wars based on lies and al-Qaeda fairy tales. Sooner or later — and likely sooner before later — the American people will be reduced to poverty under the strain of significantly increased taxation (coupled with crippling hyper-inflation) and thus the predatory government will look to the holders of U.S. dollars and this will completely destroy the currency.
Of course, this path to destruction was sketched out some time ago. After the dollar is destroyed we will be told our only choice will be to create a new transnational currency, most likely the Amero, and in order to survive and prosper we must merge with Canada and Mexico into a North American Union. By the time this scam is foisted on the American people, they will be so desperate they will accept almost anything, as Henry Kissinger knew when he told his globalist buddies at a Bilderberg meeting in 1992:

I realize that the FED is different than The Treasury. New proposals to ease our great mortgage meltdown keep rolling in. First the Treasury Department urged the creation of a new fund that would buy risky mortgage bonds as a tactic to hide what those bonds were really worth. (Not much.) Then the idea was to use Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy the risky loans, even if it was clear that U.S. taxpayers would eventually be stuck with the bill. But that plan went south after Fannie suffered a new accounting scandal, and Freddie’s existing loan losses shot up more than expected.
Now, just unveiled Thursday, comes the “freeze,” the brainchild of Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. It sounds good: For five years, mortgage lenders will freeze interest rates on a limited number of “teaser” subprime loans. Other homeowners facing foreclosure will be offered *****istance from the Federal Housing Administration.
But unfortunately, the “freeze” is just another fraud – and like the other bailout proposals, it has nothing to do with U.S. house prices, with “working families,” keeping people in their homes or any of that nonsense.
The sole goal of the freeze is to prevent owners of mortgage-backed securities, many of them foreigners, from suing U.S. banks and forcing them to buy back worthless mortgage securities at face value – right now almost 10 times their market worth.
The ticking time bomb in the U.S. banking system is not resetting subprime mortgage rates. The real problem is the contractual ability of investors in mortgage bonds to require banks to buy back the loans at face value if there was fraud in the origination process.

Remember when Bill Clinton insisted that “I am still relevant”?
I wonder if Congress is relevant any more. Yesterday, when Hank Paulson and Ben Bernanke advocated legislation that divests Congress of most of its constitutional powers regarding the economy, members of Congress meekly sat there, instead of calling the Sergeant at Arms and having Paulson and Bernanke arrested.
Now Bruce Fein, a careful constitutional scholar and Reagan Administration legal advisor, calls on Congress to exercise another of its powers — to hold impeachment hearings regarding the lies that ***** Cheney told ***** Armey in his effort to get Armey’s support for the Iraq War.
Will the majority Democrat Congress do its duty? Or will it merely coast to victory without rocking the boat? Perhaps candidate McCain should attack this Congress head on: “why do you complain about Bush-Cheney’s power grabs, when you fail to use the constitutional power that you already have?”
Or, perhaps not.
More fraud, as detailed by Daily Kos writer, Jesselyn Radack (apparently, she’s an attorney who used to work for the US Justice Department, and has a book out). As for the tactics she describes, I’ve heard about them too, for years. *****ody cared who was in a position to care, as long as the economy was artificially propped up on bogus numbers. This leads back to foreign banks because these corporations and mortgage lenders were lying about the worth of a lot of these papers. This fraud is the reason why I say none of these people should be paid a dime:

3. false statements in loan portfolios and disclosures of risks to borrowers;
4. “arts and crafts” routines to falsify incomes or loan histories;
5. failure to ask borrowers their salaries when determining financial qualifications;
6. training employees to say “anything necessary” to secure a borrower’s signature.

I’m against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG.
Instead, I’m in favor of giving $85,000,000,000.00 to America in a We Deserve It Dividend.
To make the math simple, let’s *****ume there are 200,000.000 bonafide U.S. Citizens 18 yoa+.
Our population is about 310,000,00 +/- counting every man, woman and child. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 yoa+.
So divide 200 millions adult 18+ into $85 billion and that equals $425,000.00.
My plan is to give $425,000.00 to every person 18 + as a We Deserve It Dividend.
Of course, it would NOT be tax free.
So let’s *****ume a tax rate of 30%.
Every individual 18 + has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes.
That sends $25,000,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam.
But it means that every adult 18+ has to $297,500.00 in their pocket.
A husband and wife have $595,000.00.
What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family?
Pay of your mortgage-housing crisis solved.
Repay college loans- what a great boost to new grad.
Put away money for college- it’ll be there.
Save in a bank- create money to loan to entrepreneurs.
Buy a new car-create new jobs.
Invest in the market- capital drives growth.
Pay for your parent’s medical insurance- health care improves.
Enable Deadbeat Dads to come clean- or else.
Remember, this for every adult U S Citizen 18+ including the folks who lost their jobs at Lehman Brothers and every other company that is cutting back. And of Course, for those serving in the Armed Forces.
If we’re going to redistribute wealth, let’s really do it. Instead of trickling out a puny $1000.00 (“vote buy”) economic incentive that is being proposed by one of our candidates for President.
If we’re going to do an $85 billion bailout, let’s bail out every adult US Citizen 18+!
As for AIG- liquidate it.
Sell off its parts.
Let American General go back to being American General.
Sell off the real estate.
Let the private sector bargain hunters cut it up and clean it up.
Here’s my rationale. We deserve it and AIG doesn’t.
Sure it’s a crazy idea that can “never work.”

I was referencing “the system” as a whole and not “Racism” in and of itself, which I do believe was designed to hold “everybody” else down. Racism to me is only a part of the system which rightfully so is becoming more and more irrelevant in the grand scheme of the way the system exists today. It’s only a matter of time before the person you’ve lied to begins to realize that your lying. All of the tenants of racism were predicated on lies. Such as the black man being 3fths of a man, intellectually inferior and so on and so on. That’s what I hope people start to realize instead of “embracing” those stereotypes. If you take “racism” from the equation, although difficult at times, you begin to see “the system” as it really is and are able to make the system work for you and hold on to what “you” know to be true you can overcome the obstacles that may stand in your way. If something doesn’t work one way, try another and it’s “the system” that allows you to do that. I think it’s in someway a self fulling prophecy to believe that “the system as a whole” was designed to hold you down as opposed to “racism” which is as I said before, in my opinion only “a part” of “the system”.

I just called my county clerk office, they transferred me to the Bureau of Elections, spoke to Mario who said it’s true, don’t wear any hats, shirts, pins, carry any pictures or signs with ANY candidates face or slogans, you will be turned away until you put them away. But then you can vote.
Mario said you have to stay at least 100 feet away from the polling place, if you’re going to do that. He was easy-going about it and said just change your shirts, and you’ll be able to vote.

I don’t believe the system is a total and complete failure it has it’s advantages when used properly, but you have to be eudcated or smart enough to know how to make it work for you and those that aren’t get left by the waste side..I think you have to know both sides of the system, you need to know how the system is designed for your failure but know how to get around it..I think people embarace the negative stereotype because of poor education or lack of proper education..I’m not saying the system is completely responsible but they can do a hell of a lot better with our education system.
Well I really have to comment on this since I do work in the mortgage industry but not for any of the companies that had to be bailed out. The owner of our company was smart enough to see when all of this started about a year or so ago and secured about a 260 billion dollar line of credit so he can fund loans for the next 2 years. But anyway the reason the government bailed out those companies is because as much as we all would like to think it wouldn’t affect us if they went out of business, it would, millions of jobs would be lost, because see it’s like a domino effect when the big boys fall eventually so does everything else and eventaully it wouold have been another depression like in the 1920’s. I sure as hell didn’t think my tax dollars should have went on that but once it was explained to me I was like Oh I get it now. Everything in this economy kinda works hand in hand

It only shows that the government and economy is catered towards big business. Socialism is bad unless it’s to bail out a business or in this case Wall St.
This is a complicated issue and something has to be done. They knew this was going to happen because this has been a circular issue. Giving loans to people who shouldn’t have them then in turn banks are selling loans in lots on the market. Lehman invested heavily in these loans which is why they went bankrupt.

While I think putting 700 billion into the public schools and welfare program is a nice idea, its just not going to happen right now. The reason the government wants to do this is to avoid further economic hardships. Yeah the CEOS are greedy, but their intention was to never swindle people who invested in the company. I agree that the Bush admin has done some pretty dumb *****, this plan is a step in the right direction. It’s aimed towards mainly mortgage for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and securities from AIG etc. Im not sayin we the taxpayers should bail out every company thats going under, but these companies have trickle down problems attached. If AIG dies, so does the insurance for every major airline in the US. If you think it’s bad now just wait. And for the people who have no idea what im talking about, read the news ffs.

what are Americans gonna do with 200 billion dollars for schools if they have no economy left to even support America itself. if a family is left with no money, no home, no health care, and no job how will it send its children to school?? how will it send its children to post secondary school if they cannot afford it. those brand new schools will look mighty good and renovated but too bad they will be empty because the majority of the population will be unemployed and looking for work rather than focusing on education. and if Americas economy fails.. that means bye bye to a majority of the jobs…. including TEACHERS!

Hate to bust you self-righteous idiots bubble but this economic crisis solely falls on the shouders of the mortgage lenders and banks for their bate and switch three year teaser rates…And when you add on the doctoring of unqualified applicants wage earnings and other duplicitous practices, suchas allowing real estate speculators and appraisers to elevate the property values of houses by 40 to 60% over it’s actual market value, thus leading to this collapse. I can’t fault most of the consumers for pursuing the american dream of owning their own property, and lets’ be honest, how many would p***** up the chance to apply for a zero down teaser (three year fix) rate with the promise that before your three year fix is up, you can refinance said loan to keep their monthly mortgage payments affordable? Ultimately, what happened was a combination of greed and stupidity run amok. Hopefully in the long run this will force Wall Street and the real estate market into a major correction.

Everytime its a new president, from a new Party, companies start declaring bankruptcy. They,re taking their money and running. They know its going to be new laws and their shady book keeping is going to be audited by the new Party. Then things like this 700 BILLION dollar handout is to compensate for all the money they have stolen. Now the general employees are left out in the cold, 401k losing money, and held until audits are complete and funding is done. Now this whole process takes a good 5-7 years due to the bankruptcy laws and the new president only has a year or so to correct this. Which during that time he has to have laws approved by the House. Which bought time the laws are near approval its time for another presidential race, and everyones attention is focused on that instead of the past 7-8 years, and the new laws are either forgotten, put to the wasteside, are just been approved. After all that, here comes a new president, from a new Party ready to steal and f**k up everything again. That’s the cycle of America. God Please bless us!

Believe me….First of all, in the Presidental Address the other night, Bush claims the reason America is in debt is because of mortgages, and bank loans the “people” took out and couldn’t afford to pay back. Ummm…..has anyone seen the movie “ZEITGEIST”??? Yeah, well if you haven’t, you should….if you’re religious, skip part one…..but part two and part three are the most crucial for understanding what the government is trying to do to its civilians. They aren’t going to pay into the things that could make America better….they won’t make money off of that. But they sure do like the war….i wonder how much money the banks make off of all the millions of people that have been killed by the war…..?
And ConnaZ….i respect your opinion and all…but regardless of what they do with this 700 billion, America will still end up in a depression…..everytime the government gets a loan from the Bank of America (which is where they got the money…thats where they always get it)….they have to pay back the loan PLUS interest. SO no matter how much they try to convince everyone that they are “fixing” the problem……they aren’t exactly “fixing” it for the long haul….they are just “temporaily bandaging” the situation until the next loan….
Anyone who understands finance will realize this bailout is a necessary evil! Wall Street and Main Street are connected. The banks that give credit to farmers, small businesses and personal loans and finances are invested in Wall Street so if those banks do not survive because Wall Street fails we will not be able to get credit ANYWHERE! It’s a tough deal but the bailout is a necessity!
