BOSSIP has confirmed exclusively that Kat Stacks has been turned over to immigration officials in Tennessee.
According to a rep for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office the celebrity groupie, born Andrea Herrera-Cardenas was released from the Nashville Correctional Development Center For Females into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers. Stacks had been in the facility since her arrest on Friday.
Which confirms that she is awaiting a deportation trial.
In many cases, immigrants are released on bond during the deportation proceedings until a final decision has been made to remove them from the U.S. However, if the illegal immigrant has been convicted of a crime, they are typically held in custody while awaiting an Immigration Judge’s decision.
If Kat Stacks is ordered to leave the country, she would have 90 days from her hearing to do so. During that time, she would remain in custody while her travel arrangements are made.
In other words, her mother’s Twitter prediction that “she’ll be home soon” and back to sharing her tales of skankiness on the web was terribly wrong.
