Actually they do, b/c it gets results for their competitions and photo shoots, what these people do is take diuretics 2-4 days right before they shoot or go on stage to get rid of their “water weight” Antibiotic steroids cause bloating of the mid section as well and athletes and models still take them, It’s how you take them and when, you need to cycle off of these drugs to achieve the desired effect, unfortunately you cannot control the final outcome.
