It touches my heart when I see a man take interest in his daughter”s grooming. My daddy used to braid my hair…he even pierced my ears (with ice and a needle). I don’t understand why people who don’t even have nappy hair always want credit for not having a relaxer. Ummm…that little girl clearly has mixed people hair. Of course she doesn’t have any chemicals in it. Show me someone with super nappy hair without a relaxer. Everyone with “good” hair that wants credit for no relaxer needs a ho sit down.

So you condone the use of chemical straighteners on babies if they have “nappy” hair? I’m not sure what you’re arguing, kinky hair textures are beautiful. I’d take my nappy hair that I can do anything with over some uber processed thin perm hair. Just me tho, some folks can’t live life without the lie.. Oh, I mean lye ^.^

*I know relaxers don’t use lye anymore, trying to make a point don’t get butthurt.
