Conjugal visits do exist. To my knowledgde there are only 6 states in the country that allow them. I know in NYS they do it, California, and 1 jail in Mississippi. I don’t know the other 3 states but I guess arkanasas is not one.

Also, in NYS it is only the state facilities. The Federal Prisons don’t allow them at all. Don’t know if that is nationwide though.
