NO NO NO! This sounds like a rush job! It makes no sense at all and I doubt this one grows on me!! Beyonce needs to think about keeping the album pushed back and work on it a little bit more because if the whole album sounds terrible like that song then I will not be buying it.

Beyonce has to be careful and not fall into the same pit that Janet has dug for herself into. B’s got to transgress into a more mature sound sooner or later. She’s shown from some of her past work that she can do this and I hope she’s gettin this kind of advice. It might be time for some new experiences for her so that she can become a better writer and overall artist.

During Janet’s reign, she released Control in ‘86, Rythym Nation in ‘89, Janet. in ‘93, The Velvet Rope in ‘97 and All For You in ‘01. Her popularity never waned during this time period, nor did fans feel she was overexposed. Beyonce has 2 movies coming out that should keep her name out there and ven if she didn’t have those, a break would be nice. People need to forget you for a minute to miss you. This album will sell pretty well, but the next album fans wil be more cautious of her albums if this is the ***** she’s producing. I for one won’t be buying the album anyway cause you know she’s gonna re-re-re-RE release the hell out of the disc anyway in ‘09 (or maybe even ‘10). It was diverse, had some really great songs and just was a great R&B album all together. Many people comapre Bey to Alicia Keys, but they are two different artists.
