Basic Ho Instinct: Lindsay Lohan Does Her Best Sharon Stone Imitation For ‘Your Honor’

Wonder if Linds went commando too

Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty to a jewelry theft rap on Wednesday – but she sure didn’t look innocent.

Wearing a painted-on white minidress, with her blond hair pulled back, the actress brought Sharon Stone in “Basic Instinct” to mind as she clicked her black heels into court.

Lohan’s look-at-me outfit didn’t impress the judge, who warned her to stay out of trouble as she pleaded not guilty to swiping a $2,500 gold necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store.

“Everybody else has to follow the law. You’re no different than anyone else,” L.A. Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz told the Long Island-raised “Mean Girls” star.

“So please, don’t push your luck.”

Schwartz threatened to throw LiLo in the slammer if she breaks the law while out on bail. When asked if she understood the consequences of another misstep, she answered, “Yes, sir.”

“You’re in a different situation now because there’s a felony filed against you,” Schwartz said.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers asked the judge to bar Lohan from contacting the owners of the jewelry store she’s accused of ripping off.

The jewelers recently received flowers, apparently from Lohan, that left them “somewhat alarmed,” Meyers said.

After the arraignment, Lohan, 24, posed for her fifth mug shot in four years.

The judge was so unimpressed that he actually popped fly with her lawyer:

Defense lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley informed the court that Lohan’s probation officer described her as a “good probationer” with clean drug and alcohol tests.

Meyers scoffed, “A good probationer doesn’t pick up a new case.”

Lohan responded by rolling her eyes and was overheard sarcastically telling her attorney, “I didn’t know we were playing jokes today.”

Good try LiLo, maybe in a different city you might have been able to get a little nicer judge, but we’re sure a L.A. judge has seen it all. Good luck on not going to prison though! We’re sure there’s some ladies that would love to “have” you…
