Look, Latino is an ETHNICITY, not a race. You can be white, black, indigenous indian and in between or a mixture of all of these and be a Latino. Have any of you looked into any research on how Latinos identify themselves? A significant number of them classify themselves as white, including those Latinos from places such a Cuba and Puerto Rico where there has clearly been some African admixture. It’s shared language, culture and history that unites the varied peoples who are labeled as Latino. So all this, “but she’s Cuban” is nonsense. You can be Cuban and also be white.

I’m an Asian man and I love many things about black women in general. I’d have to say the most attractive thing about them is their strength. Strength of character, verbal facility, common challenges of racism and the gumption to overcome them. And they have slammin’ bodies too.

We are ‘obsessed’ with being strong..because our men, in one form or another, have been hoodwinked ,bamboozled,led atstray, run amok…If we were not we would’ve never made it thorough perilous times that we have always been up against…You must know black women of poor chracter and low quality people in general. Every time you post, it’s usually an anrgy post dedicated to black women espousing vast amounts of hatred…The ‘strength’ that we draw from, is to keep going in the face of disparity…We draw from that strength, the majority of black females are raising entire households by themselves, even though they didn’t create those children alone…but, noone sees the ish- we go through, just more of the hate that hate made…

I am married and that means we reside in the same household. I love my husband. Even, if we were to ever break up, I would NEVER interfere in my children’s relationship with their father. They are just as much a part of him , as they are a part of me…I didn’t have the children on my own, so there is no way that I would stop them from being with their father…I’m not using any ‘stars’ relationship as a blueprint fo my own. That’s them and this is me..My children are both black males. They will be raised with integrity,loyalty, honesty , education, ambition and a focus on improving on what We (their parents), have built for them..One day my boys will grow up and become men. When they reach this stage, they will either finish their educations or go into business, like their , parents..However, my children I hope will marry black women…I will accept whatever they decide makes them happy. I never said ALL black women. Just the ones that I have met and I have met alot. And I am not trying to go to white women. I know exactly the kind of woman you’re describing, and I think I’m on the flip side of the equation. From reading some of the posts on here, I’m starting to think I live in an alternative universe with sistas who are educated, professional, well-spoken, don’t wear weaves, have no out-of-wedlock kids, and are great conversationalists.

In my opinion, I think you have to be in the right place mentally in order to attract Mr./Ms. Right. I see a lot of vitriolic generalizations made daily by both brothers and sisters here, and I have to wonder if that baggage gets carried into real-life interactions with the opposite sex. If so, then it’s not going to work whether the man is Denzel or the woman is Halle (figuratively speaking, of course). Just a thought.
