Well if I had a tummy tuck every time I delivered one of my five children by C section, I guess I would have a six pack too. as a mum, i can tell you, you dont get abs like that after a couple of kids. you can firm the muscles with exercise, but there is loose skin to contend with for life. she has had a tummy tuck at least. if it was all execise, the goodwill would have been extended to her knees, legs,thighs.
