Adios amigo!!

A Brooklyn man already facing 40 years in prison for allegedly shoving a cop to his death was hit with a 41-count domestic-violence indictment, the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office announced yesterday.

George Villanueva (left) is facing an aggravated-murder charge after a March 13 domestic incident ended with him allegedly pushing Officer Alain Schaberger off a stoop, with the cop suffering a broken neck in the stairwell below.

Villanueva, who had a voluminous history of domestic-violence complaints, had four cases outstanding when Schaberger was called to mediate the dispute between Villanueva and his paramour, Kim Dykstra.

Dykstra had refused to cooperate and the charges were languishing. But her testimony before the grand jury that charged Villanueva with murder led to the new indictment, which includes 30 instances of violating an order of protection. Assault and harassment charges are also included.

So this guy thought he could beat up the woman he was cheating on his wife with, kill a cop, and just walk away scot-free sheeeeeeeeeeit. They got special place for people like you holmes, enjoy your new housing!
