Atlanta’s Aja Restaurant played host Monday to WE TV’s private dinner and advanced screening of the “Braxton Family Values” reality series.
Over honey ginger chicken and cocktails, Grammy-winning superstar Toni Braxton, her sisters Traci, Towanda, Trina, and Tamar along with mom Evelyn dished on everything from bankruptcies to bad marriages and background singing.
“A lot of things will be revealed on the show that will explain some of the situations I’ve been in over the last couple years,” said Toni, adding with a smile: “But you gotta watch and see.”
HipHopWired was in the building and had a chance to speak with the Braxton ladies on the upcoming insight into their lives.
On the show, which premieres Tuesday, April 12 at 9pm ET/PT on WE tv, viewers will see the ladies in their own personal dynamics—Toni, is touring and performing for autism awareness, an outspoken Tamar Braxton easily becomes the star of the program, an emotional and motherly Traci Braxton is seen crying, the responsible sister and assistant to Toni, Towanda, willingly takes charge, and Trina, “the party girl,” worries her sisters worries her sisters with her love for libations…
