A male student at Riverview High School in Florida was kicked out of class for wearing high heels. The reason behind him getting the boot was not because of him wearing the heels, but because he they were distracting the class. Bob Heilman, the school principal finally coerced the young man to remove the shoes and had this to say:
“As the principal of a high school, I have to take the paternal side, I have to make sure that he’s going to be okay,” he said. “One boy wore a dress on Monday,” said Heilman. “After we chatted, he decided not to do that. I was concerned about his safety.”
Hmmm…we wonder what kind of get-up he was wearing with the shoes…
