Askmen.com recently revealed their annual Top 49 Most Influential Men of 2008. Barack Obama topped the list coming in at #1.

Look who else made the list -

1. Barack Obama

17. Kanye West

18. Kobe Bryant

20. Lebron James

49. Lil Wayne

John McCain was number #10 and we find it hilarious that Hell’s Kitchen Chef Gordon Ramsey,#6, and Robert Downey Jr (who’s habitually in rehab), #4, have more influence than him.

Hopefully, Obama’s influence will be reflected in the polls in November as well. Yes We Can!!!!! and Yes We Are!!!!

  • Licea

  • Licea

I would like to thank my momma, my dad, oh and I can’t forget the man above.

But on a serious note, Obama has shown that he has what it takes to be president. Let’s hope he can be the most influential man in the next 8 years. Yes, We Can!!!

Top 49 Most Influential Men of 2008?? Why not 50? Dont get it? Anyway I love that thats beautiful. Yall aint have to diss McCain though just to big up Obama that doesnt make us look good. And by the way Robert Downey Jr. had the biggest movie in Iron Man so dont hate, he bounced back.

The #1 choice is spot on, but I don’t know about the rest of those folks. They could have thrown anyone on the list after Barack in any order.

  • DA TRUFF!!! The Truth Will Set You Free!!!

BARACK OBAMA IS THE EASY, NO SURPRISE CHOICE TO BE NUMBER ONE!!!!!!!!

AS FAR AS #49 GOES……., THEY DID NOT SAY IT HAD TO BE A POSOTIVE INFLUENCE.

  • FONIA LOVE

    @DA truth>>>> WHO IS THEY Dumb@#@$@%###?

  • Kitten

    OBAMA!!!!!!!

  • Nita

    “17. Kanye West

    18. Kobe Bryant

    20. Lebron James

    49. Lil Wayne”

That’s not something to be proud of. That’s disturbing. Then I looked back and saw that it was ‘Askmen.com’ and shrugged my shoulders. Their polls and lists are always worthless; if a bunch of white folks want to claim a bunch of black entertainers are more influential than the Tavis Smileys of the world, then whatever.

  • liyah

aint nobody worried bout no mccain!!!! obama aint got nun to worry bout. he got dis. DO WAT IT DO!!!!!!

  • jonjon23

I am voting for Obama, but not because he is black. I didn’t make up my mind between he Hillary or Romney, but when he got the nomination, I studied and researched him. It was then and only then that I knew he was the right man for the job. He’s intelligent, poised, and dynamic. If he was white he would be 20 points ahead of McCain–real talk. If somehow Bill Clinton could run again, and he was going against Obama, Bill would definitely get serious consideration because he is a proven leader and life was a lot better when he was president. Now the clear choice is Obama.

lol if you want something more about the annual Top 49 Most Influential Men of 2008 go look at a dating site ** T a l l c h a t.c o m ___ which is a hot dating site for all tall friends and tall singles.

  • Lin

Dynamic Senator Obama is. For all those people trying to doubt Obama is because they are biggots. Can you really look and listen to sarah and mccain and say they are positive role models for America. mccain and his stupidity, sarah and her prejudice ways in Alaska, sarah not knowing even half of what she should in order to RUN America, God forbid, mccain and sarahs hate forums against Obama, etc.,etc.,etc. It’s really ridiculous. Black people STOP doubting your own color of race. Black people, isn’t Obama a PRIME example that you really can be anything you want to be in America?

  • Lin

@Jahpson ABSOLUTY TRUE, because they say, yes, Obama is leading and then this morning, now they are tied in over 20 states. You MUST NOT trust the MEDIA. PEOPLE DO NOT trust the media coverage on the polls.

  • warning:very opinionated
