Somebody give this itchbay made n***a a Zoloft! Tiki Barber’s sorry cheatin’ a$$ will be crying us a river on a HBO special scheduled to air Tuesday.

In the special Tiki says it was his failures as a human being following his 2006 retirement from football that made him depressed for over a year! Now the 36-year-old is on a campaign to clean up his image and make a return to football — the sport that he acknowledges he needs more than it needs him.

Tiki says he’s been going hard in the paint working out, in hopes that he can get back on the football field, even though he’ll have to wait (like the rest of the country) to find out if the NFL will be able to work out a new collective bargaining agreement.

Barber says football is a must for him since his life has gone to isht thanks to his dirty dog divorce and getting the ho sit down from his gig at NBC.

“The game never needs you because there’s always someone else to come and take your place,” he said. “But right now, I need the game.

“I need to prove to myself that I can be successful at something,” told HBO. “I know I’m going to be successful as a football player. I don’t know why. The odds say ‘No.’ I’m 36 and I haven’t played in four years. But I just know.”

Even though we’ve all read the stories already — expect Tiki to give his side on HBO — including how he was fired as an NBC football analyst, his marriage went south and his swirly love affair with a 23-year-old intern screwed up his family man image.

In the TV special Barber blames losing his job at NBC (first as an analyst for Football Night in America, then being featured on the Today Show) for his depression.

“I crafted this career, right?” he said. “And I had gotten to the point where I was right where I wanted to be and then I failed. It’s hard to deal with.”

Barber said after his job at NBC ended, he didn’t do anything for a solid year.

“I remember there were days where I would literally wake up, have coffee, get something to eat and sit on the couch and do nothing for 10 hours,” he said. “I started to shrivel. I didn’t have that confidence. I didn’t have the, that aura anymore.”

However, Barber will continue to plead his case that his dalliance with the lil Becky started only after his marriage was already a wrap. Tiki claims things started going south with wife Ginny Cha within six months after he ended his 10-year NFL career. He also says the couple tried working out their differences, which is how she got pregnant — but says her being knocked up with twins only made things worse … so he moved in with his intern because it was the only thing that felt right!

“I was in a bad marriage,” Barber said in the interview “It was in trouble for a long time. And we decided to get separated. But Ginny got pregnant in the middle of it. And a lot of people think children save marriages; sometimes it makes it worse. And we split soon after she was pregnant.

“And I was on my own for a few days, and then I moved in with Tracy. And then, five months later, here comes the New York Post stalking me.”

Barber said he never second-guesses his relationship with his girlfriend.

“NBC, marriage. I mean, the only thing that felt right was Tracy,” Barber said. “It was the only thing that made me not really feel depressed.”

A FEW DAYS Tiki? Really? SMH… This dude truly ain’t isht.

Tiki says his gray skies started to change to blue around February during the Super Bowl in Dallas, after friends and former coaches began encouraging him to come back to football. Since then Tiki has been working out daily at Joe Carini’s gym.

“There’s a lot of coaches who I both have played against and played for who I think know what I’m about,” Barber said. “And that gives me the belief that this opportunity is for real. And not only am I going to be on a team, I’m going to be a big part of a team.”

Good luck with that Tiki. Not only is it looking real bad for football right now — we don’t foresee this story being re-written with you as a hero. Cry about it all you want. It’s a recession and plenty of folks got laid off — and not from $2 million gigs at NBC. Plenty folks got divorces too — and we don’t think too many will have sympathy for a man leaving his wife with FOUR KIDS for blonde bimbo barely out of diapers her damn self.
